Speaker 2:

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant Airline podcast and welcome to our 100k series. I'm so excited to be sitting down and recording part two for you all. We actually have a lot to cover today. As I was writing up my notes, I was like, okay, this may be a little bit too long, but I am aiming to get this series complete in three parts and, as you guys know, I love to over deliver. So there was like everything I'm talking about today, I do want to be in part two, so it may be a little longer than usual, but honestly, I would rather you learn it all so that you can go away and implement what is really required to grow your business to six figures. So, just for a little bit of a summary, today's episode will all, but we'll be about well, let's hope I can get through the episode talking normal. This episode will be about how to show up like a six figure business owner and the power behind that, what it looks like to build a six-figure brand, capture that and represent that and really make yourself appealing to your ideal dream client. We're also talking about social media and what it really takes to build a six-figure brand within the online space, again to ensure that your brand stands out to your dream client. I'm talking about some systems that you can implement. I'm talking about how to create space for the numbers and the clients and the sales to drop in. I've got some client examples in here. I've got some examples from my journey to six figures. We are covering a lot and this is only part two, so we will have another part coming out next week. So welcome. I'm so excited. As as always, grab your notebook if you can, or really just tune into everything that I am talking about today.

Speaker 2:

Just quickly, before we go in, I did just want to do a quick shout out to the women who have already secured their spot in my 2025 business mastermind her empire. Congratulations to Emily, kat, kendall and Hillary, who are actually returning her Empire students, which says everything about the mastermind. I'm so excited to continue to grow with all of you incredible women. The relationship, the friendship, the connections we have created. This year is so special to me and I know you all have so much to achieve in 2025, and I'm so excited to be a part of all of that. I've already spoken to some a part of all of that. I've already spoken to some of them about their income goal. Emily, for example, is aiming for 200K next year, so she is well and truly going to surpass the six figures, which is just so, so, so exciting.

Speaker 2:

It's an element of freedom that can really be achieved in your business when you're making that kind of money. So let's help you guys get to the six figure mark and let's get into today's episode. So, like I said, it's really important that we kick off with showing up like you're already making six figures. And did I share this quote last week? Or maybe I was talking about this in telegram with my clients? But there is a quote that says showing up like you have already achieved what you want isn't delusional. It's living from a place of certainty. And, as I go through today's episode and I advise you to really start showing up like you are already a six-figure business owner, again, this is not being delusional, being silly, having your heads in the cloud. It's really showing up with a level of certainty that you create what you want and you're not available for anything other than that. So showing up like you were already a six-figure business owner has so much power because one your energy shifts. You go from an energy of wanting to having or waiting to being. Your audience will also see a huge shift in you and once we get to the branding part of today's episode, I'm going to share the incredible results that I manifested when I started showing up differently in my business and how quickly I started attracting my dream clients.

Speaker 2:

And again, like people, can they feed off your energy? They can. They can tell when you are in a lack energy versus a confident having energy. So not only are you ticking the most important box when it comes to manifestation and, again, in order to be a vibrational match for what you want, you need to be feeling like it's already here, but your audience will notice and you will have the shift that you have been waiting for. So how do we show up like the six figure business owner now, even though you may not be seeing those numbers right now, even though we know things can turn around very quick? How do we get in this energy of having when we just don't have it? So I have a few general prompts and a few questions here for you that I need you to go away and have a think about, because this is going to be so unique to you, your business, what you're currently doing and what she would be doing the six figure version of you. So, again, go away and think about these and while today I'm going to provide some examples of things that I've done, things that my clients have done to shift into being a six-figure business owner before they were, again, it's really important that you go away and figure out what this needs to look like for you. If you are a woman in business in my world, then this is for you.

Speaker 2:

Speaker 2:

But the first question is what? And when I say she, that's the six figure business owner version of you, the one that's already making a hundred K plus. What would she be doing in her business and that could look like how she sells. So I know, when I was early on in my business, I felt like I couldn't talk about my products and services too much because I didn't want to come across in quotes to salesy and I felt a little bit icky by that. I felt a little bit awkward. I didn't want to come across as annoying to my customers. But of course, if you were making six figures in your business, it means you have a thriving audience who want to see your content. They want to hear what you're selling. They're literally in your world, that they can pay you and work with you and, as a result of that, that version of you would be selling your products. She would be talking about her services because she would be so lit up about making sure her audience knows what she's got going in her world, as opposed to holding back because she feels awkward and annoying. So really establishing how does she sell her product and service and very likely she sells with confidence. She sells from a place of. I would be doing my clients a disservice by not talking about my product and service over and over again. So how does she sell and, in particular, what does she sell? So there may be a shift in your product and service compared to what you're doing now, and there was for me.

Speaker 2:

So when I first started my business in the coaching industry, I come in thinking I had to start where my clients were starting. So obviously I have a personal development brand and there are many different parts to your personal development journey and obviously you could be on day one and you're just starting to pick up a journal and get used to that practice. You're just starting to meditate, you're just starting to learn about manifestation and read books, like you could be more at the start of your personal development journey. But of course, someone could be much further on in their personal development journey but still have more personal development to do. When I started my brand, I had a belief that I had to start with the people who were just starting out. Even though I had a wealth like I, had so much knowledge and wisdom with inside of me because by the time I started my brand I was a couple of years into my personal development journey I thought that when I started my business, I had to start with people who were just starting out. So I was creating products for those people. You know journal, prompt, ebooks, meditations, um, I had a membership. I had a course called the abundance project and it was very more simplified version of what I now teach today and I thought I had to do that.

Speaker 2:

But what I realized is I really wanted to work with the women who were further along in their personal development journey and they already journaled, they already meditated, they already knew what manifestation was, they were already showing up, they were already super driven and determined and they just needed someone to provide support for that next level and that's who I really wanted to work with. And when I sat down and asked myself that question, what would she do? She would be working with one-on-one clients. She would be having a mastermind of higher level clients who again were further along in their personal development journey, perhaps further along in their personal development journey, perhaps further along in their business journey, and just needed that extra high level support. So what I did was I stopped focusing on filling up my membership. It's still available on my website, alchemy Lane, but I don't focus on it and I don't actively sell it, because what lights me up is working with women in that higher proximity container and the women who are prepared to invest thousands of dollars to get that high level support, and that they are my dream clients. So I stopped focusing on my membership. I stopped building out programs that were for that entry-level personal development client and I opened up one-on-one spots and eventually that transitioned into her empire, which is now my mastermind.

Speaker 2:

Now I was actually having a conversation with a client the other day who is only a couple of months into her business and she has just opened up spots for one-on-one, and she was really excited by this because, again, she identified that she really wanted to work with those women who wanted that one-on-one support, who were ready for that one-on-one support. They saw the value in it and they were prepared to make the investment. She then listened to a podcast from someone who had said that you can't be doing one-on-one mentoring until you are a couple of years into your business. And now this is where I disagree, because I feel like if you know you have value to provide and you have a wealth of knowledge and so much experience up your belt, you don't necessarily have to be in a particular business for a certain amount of time before you can do something. You just need to trust that. If you have this feeling inside of you that you're here to serve people in that container, then you should do that. And so we had that conversation and that's exactly what I did. So I was only a couple of probably six months into my coaching business when I opened up one-on-one spots. I opened up three spots, and for thousands of dollars, and I filled them straight away because I truly believe that I was the person that could take them where I wanted them to go, and I was so lit up by working with those people. So, because there was so much excitement and passion and inspiration behind it, I filled those spots. So really identifying what shifts you might need to make in terms of what you're selling, how you're selling and really ensuring that you're doing so. From that I'm already making the six figures.

Speaker 2:

The next thing is really showing up in your business. Now again, early days in my business, someone said are you showing up like your business is a business or a hobby? And this was more in my network marketing days. But I identified I was showing up like my business was just a hobby because I was getting a paycheck from my law firm job. I didn't rely on my business for an income and therefore I did notice that not only in terms of what I was doing, but how I was feeling towards my business was kind of like it was a hobby in terms of if I didn't work within my business that day, nothing happened within the business and nothing happened in terms of my income because my income was coming from my lawyer job. So really just sitting with that. Are you showing up like your business is a real business that is making 100K per year, or are you still showing up like it's a hobby and something that you can come in and out of when it suits and you just feel like it's not making the 100k. You'll know the answer to that pretty quick because it will be represented in terms of how often you're showing up in your business, how you are selling your products and, again, if you're really sporadic, you're in and out.

Speaker 2:

You're not really consistent, you're not carving out the time to work within your business. If you are putting so many other things ahead of your business work, it's likely you're treating your business like a hobby. Now, of course, the hobby business is not going to be making six figures, because if you were truly making six figures, this would be your full-time job and so you would be prioritizing that above other things. You would be consistent, you would be showing up daily, you would be pouring so much into this business because it's your full-time income, it's your full-time job, so really starting to step into that. Now this is my full-time job, this is my business that supports me financially and therefore you would start to make more time for it, it would be ranked higher in your priorities and you would be super consistent with it.

Speaker 2:

The next question is what decisions would she make? So what decisions would the six figure business owner version of you make? If you truly trusted the money was coming, what would you be doing and what decisions would you be making? So, again, if you were truly making six figures in your business likely this would be your full-time job, in which case you wouldn't be working in your current job, whatever that is for you. So if you truly trusted that the 100k mark was coming, would you be putting in your resignation at your job? Would you be figuring out when that last day is going to be? And you would because, again, if you were making six figures, this is your full-time job. You can't be doing both. I know that's scary, I know that is really going all in, but, speaking from experience, your business will explode once you do this. Your business will explode once you do this. Okay. So I'm not sitting here saying quit your job and go full-time in your business by next month. I do believe you will know when it's time. There'll be something in you that's like yeah, I'm scared, it's unpredictable, I don't know if this is going to work 110%, but I just have this element of trust. You will know when that comes on.

Speaker 2:

When I was in my network marketing business, I set a goal to resign my job, resign from my job, and as that deadline was approaching, I just didn't feel like it was right. I just had this feeling inside of me that it wasn't going to work out. Whereas when I did actually resign from my job once, I was in this brand again, while I was scared, while there was the possibility that I wasn't going to sign one-on-one clients, while there was that fear of failure, I just had this knowing that it needed to happen for me to grow my business. I just had this knowing but that by jumping in at that level, the clients would come and guys I've spoken about this before but my business five X'd in the four week resignation period that I had and by the time my last day came around, I was tripling my income as a, as a lawyer, on a monthly basis. So your quantum leap could be on the other side of you making that commitment and putting in your resignation at work Again. If you truly trusted the money was coming, if you truly trusted those sales were coming, those clients were coming, that is a step that potentially you would take and I think I mentioned this in last episode at the time of resigning. So in my lawyer job it was a four-week resignation period and at the time of putting in my resignation in I didn't have enough one-on-one clients to match my salary. But again, I just had this, knowing that if I took that leap they would come. And again they came 5X my income, tripled my salary, on a monthly basis compared to my lawyer job. So perhaps it's time to take that leap and really create that space so that the clients can come in.

Speaker 2:

Something conversations I have within my mastermind a lot as well is money needs containers to go to. So if, at the moment, you are getting a paycheck from your full-time job and that paycheck supports your life, there is actually no need right now for you to be making this kind of money in your business because your job is taking care of that. So sometimes we need to create a need for the money. Sometimes we need to create a need for our business to be making the money, and resigning from your job is a pretty big way to do that. So something to truly think about, and I don't believe you'll ever get to a point where you just have no fear and it feels so easy Like there will be an element of fear, there will be an element of discomfort, but moves in business that create profound results are the moves you make. Even though you're scared, even though it's uncomfortable, you just leap anyway because you still have that element of trust that you will make this work.

Speaker 2:

Another decision that she may make if she truly trusted the money was coming was seeking out some assistance. So when my business was, I was full time in my business and I had my client load. It was supporting my lifestyle, but I knew, in order to get to the next level, that I had to create another container for more money to come in. So I actually hired a marketing agency to help with the marketing side of my business, and that was at that time about $1,200 a month and it was a commitment. It was a six-month contract. We ended up working together for another 12 months, but it created this extra need for money to come in so that I could pay this agency. Not only, obviously, did the agency help out with my marketing, but it also required my income to up-level even more because I had this extra monthly commitment. So maybe seeking out assistance is a decision that she would make. That could look like marketing, like what I just mentioned. It could like working with a mentor. So, getting inside my business mastermind, it could look like creating website or getting help with someone, getting help by someone who can do that SEO, support, that kind of stuff that she would be doing if she was already making six figures.

Speaker 2:

Moving through now to what would she stop doing? Now, this is something that often my clients in my mastermind overlook. They can really identify the decision she would make or the extra tasks that she may be performing, but often what gets missed is what would you no longer be doing? She may be performing, but often what gets missed is what would you no longer be doing, what would you stop doing? And now these are the tasks that you're doing currently from a place of lack and from a place of fear, like you're just desperate for results, you're just consuming it. You're like you're yeah, you're just like you're doing things from this scarcity, this lack mentality and so really identifying what that could be like for you. I have some examples.

Speaker 2:

So in the start of the year, one of my clients she is an OT and she was manifesting and attracting her dream clients in and she was confronted with an idea that maybe she should promote her services within Facebook groups. She had seen other OTs doing this and it obviously is a way that you could get clients. But she come to me and she was like I know this is an avenue or a way that I could bring in clients, but it just doesn't sit well with me and I feel like if I did start posting my services in these Facebook groups, then that personally for me, is coming from a place of lack, coming from a place of I don't trust that the clients can come through by the means that feel good for me. And so she was at a fork in the road. She could have promoted her services in the Facebook group because she was desperate for clients and she was willing to just throw anything at the wall because she was in that place of lack, or she could not do that because it didn't feel good for her and continue to trust that her dream clients would find her in the avenues that felt good for her and were really aligned with her. And a big thing for her that felt good was referrals, so doing a really good job for current clients and trusting that they would spread the word. And so she didn't post in the Facebook groups and she maintained that the version of me making six figures wouldn't do that, so I'm not going to. And she trusted that the dream clients would come through avenues that felt good for her. And that week she got multiple referrals, multiple inquiries that had come from referrals. So, really, just sitting, what are you doing in your business from a place of lack? And would you still be doing that if you were making six figures and fully trusted the clients would find you in the way that you want them to?

Speaker 2:

Another client of mine was doing a lot of cold reach outs. So, in order to find clients, she would scroll Instagram and cold message or cold DM these people and ask if they wanted to take a look at her business. And I asked her one day why do you do this, like, why are you cold messaging these people? And she's like, well, I feel like that's the only way that I can get clients. And she didn't trust that the clients could come to her. She didn't trust that maybe one of her reels would blow up and her dream clients would see it and then they would actually DM her, they would inquire with her, and she just felt like, in order to get clients, it was up to her to go out and find them, and that's fine.

Speaker 2:

If you are someone who enjoys cold messaging and reaching out to people, then I'm not saying stop doing it. What I'm saying is ensuring that it feels good for you. And you're doing it because it feels good, not from a place of lack. And so we sat with that and I said would you be doing this if your business was making six figures? And she said no, I wouldn't. I would trust that the clients would find me through the incredible content that I'm putting out. Referrals would be a big part of my business and networking in more authentic ways. So going to business events or just finding herself in conversations that felt aligned and then leading the business in through that avenue. And so she held back from cold messaging and she trusted that they would find her in the ways that she wanted to. And she has had success. She's had ideal clients find her and it just feels really really good.

Speaker 2:

Another more personal example I wanted to provide. Actually, I mentioned this just before, but I identified when I was going towards the six figure mark that I would stop focusing on the membership, as I mentioned, because I really wanted to work with those higher level clients in a higher proximity container, such as one-on-one clients, which ultimately transitioned to my mastermind, which is her empire, available on my website, and it is incredible and it's full of so much value that membership was created for more of those entry level personal development clients. And while I love them and I love where they're at personally, I really wanted to work with people who are a little bit further along, so I stopped focusing so much on my membership. At the time, the membership was bringing in sales. At that time, the membership was getting reoccurring new members, so some people would sit with that and go well, you can't stop that because it's working and that's a scary decision to make. Just because something is working doesn't mean it's right for you. And again, an element of trust needs to be here that if you show up and you do things that are fully aligned with the business owner you want to be and it all just feels really good, you've got to trust that that will also work out. And I stopped focusing on my membership. I started my one-on-one clients, which transitioned to the mastermind, and every time I've opened spots they've been full. Every single time I've opened spots They've been full every single time. So again trusting that by pulling back you will grow.

Speaker 2:

In some instances where the pulling back of something is because you were only doing it from a place of lack and then another example I wanted to provide was where I was showing up. So when I first started this brand, I was showing up on Instagram, tiktok, I had my podcast and I was also doing weekly email, mindset newsletters, and I thought that I had to do all of these things again because I was scared that if I didn't, I wouldn't attract clients and I wouldn't hit the numbers that I wanted. But when I sat with that question, what would the six figure business owner not to be doing anymore? I identified that showing up on TikTok in the way that I was back then is not something she would do. I've spoken about this quite a lot, but my TikTok back then was so tragic. I got so swept up in the trends and just watching what others were doing and I would replicate that piece of content and it was just not me. I felt like an idiot doing it. I looked like an idiot doing it and it just wasn't me. But again, I was scared that if I didn't do that well, then I wouldn't get clients. But again, I identified the six figure business owner of me wouldn't be dancing on TikTok Like that's just not your thing. So I stopped and I actually completely got off TikTok for almost a year.

Speaker 2:

I'm back on TikTok now but honestly, so sporadically and it's because I've created a piece of content on Instagram that I think I could put over to TikTok and I pop it up on that app. I don't spend a lot of time on TikTok and that works for me, my business, because I don't necessarily enjoy creating content on TikTok for some reason. Also, I'm just not on the app very often. I'm on Instagram a lot. I enjoy being on Instagram a lot, so I've just made that be enough for my business, along with my podcast.

Speaker 2:

So quality over quantity is something that I'll be talking about in a second, but that is so important. Are you just doing all of the things because you see other people doing it and even when you're doing, you know it's not you? And how can we pull back to ensure that everything you're doing in your business is authentic, it's aligned with you, your personality and the brand that you're here to create? And, again, if that means pulling back on certain things, that you just need to make that be okay and the right move for you. Okay, so that's showing up, like you were already the six figure business owner, and again the journal prompts in. There is what would she be doing, what decisions would she make and what would she stop doing? I really encourage you to go away and have a think about that and really figure out what changes need to happen. And then, of course, get inside my business mastermind because I can help you navigate what comes through from those questions, realizing that, yeah, sometimes pulling back will come with an element of fear because you're like well, but it's working. Now, I know it doesn't feel good, I know I don't really want to be doing it, but it's working, so I've just held onto it. To let go of that and trust that what you really want to do is going to work. Even more does require some reaching in your mind and really just ensuring that you're someone who can trust. So that's the stuff I can help you out with in the mastermind.

Speaker 2:

Moving through now to the importance of making space for the six figures to drop in. So, again, in the realm of manifestation, you won't manifest something if it has nowhere to go. So the perfect example that I always provide around this, and I think this was an example that was provided in the book the Secrets and actually no, because that's a female author, isn't it? This was a guy author. Anyways, the example he gave was he really wanted to manifest his dream partner and he realized that in order to manifest something, you need to create space for it to drop in, and so what he started to do was set the table, the dinner table for two people. He okay, I don't think this was an example, but for example, like, let's say, he had a single bed, he realized he needed to have a double bed If he had a partner. Um, he made space in the closet for a partner's, for his partner's clothes to fit in, and he started creating this space for this person to be in his life so that that person had room to come through. And that's just a really simple example for us to sit with, to identify.

Speaker 2:

Have you made room for the clients to drop in, the sales to come in? If you manifested the clients you desire and the sales you desire overnight, are you ready for it? And usually we're not, which is another reason why they haven't dropped in yet. So a few things to think about here. Again. If you woke up tomorrow, let's think about your goal. So, because we're on the six figure series, your goal is six figures in revenue in your business and that may look like a number of sales or a number of clients, whatever. If you woke up tomorrow morning and you'd hit the six figure mark, like overnight, you manifested a ton of clients, whatever. If you woke up tomorrow morning and you'd hit the six figure mark, like overnight, you manifested a ton of sales or a ton of clients, are you ready for it? Do you have the time to show up for those clients to fulfill those orders? Like, have you created the physical space? So right now, maybe you are working full-time in your business, which requires you to be at your job five days a week, from 8am to 6pm, and then you come home and you cook dinner and then you have an hour or so watching TV or reading a book or doing what you do, and then you go to bed and you do that again Saturday. Maybe you have kids, so maybe Saturday is at sport events with your kids, or maybe you have social events with your friends on a Saturday, and then maybe Sunday is house reset and so at the moment, your entire life is molded around you not being full-time in your business and not having the clients that you consciously say you want. So again, if you are like if you woke up tomorrow and you had manifested the goal that you have let's say it's a number of clients you technically wouldn't have the time to be showing up for them, like if they require so at the moment, maybe you have a container open for one-on-one clients and you have got in there that they'll get a one hour call with you every single week, telegram access to you, and maybe you have a workshop in there or something, and you have the goal to fill five spots at the moment. If you woke up tomorrow and all five clients were here and ready to go, that's five hours worth of one-on-one calls with them. If you mentioned there's a workshop in there, factor that in Telegram, hanging out with your clients in Telegram will also take up time. So if we were to look at your current calendar or your current schedule sorry, you actually don't have the time to show up for these clients. Maybe you have an e-com store and, again, if you overnight manifested an abundant amount of sales, you've got to go to work tomorrow and then the next day and the next day. So when are you going to fulfill these orders? You don't even have the space for the orders to come in at the moment. So these are things that we need to really be thinking about. Do you have the time and the physical space for what you're saying you want? The next thing is do you have the processes or the systems in place to support what would be attached to you hitting six figures? So again, the sales, the orders, the clients, whatever it is for you and your business. Do you have the systems and the processes in place to support that? So again an example in my world I was using Teachable as the platform that held my program. So the academy, for example, was all built out and available within a platform called Teachable. My website is through Squarespace. At that time, squarespace didn't offer a course functionality on Squarespace, so all of my orders go through Squarespace and then they would get access to the program through Teachable. Now there was no automation available whereby if someone purchased from me in Squarespace, purchased the academy on Squarespace, they would automatically be put into Teachable. That process was all manual, so when people enrolled in the academy, I had to literally go through the list of names, their email address and manually put them into Teachable. Now, as the academy grew, that was obviously really time consuming, and what I realized is I was likely blocking the growth that I wanted within the academy because manually putting hundreds of names into Teachable would be a huge task. And so, thank God, squarespace eventually came out with a course functionality, so now everything is automated. But I realized that definitely would have been a block for me. Consciously, I would have set the goal, say, of a hundred students inside the academy, but manually putting a hundred names into Teachable was a task, and when there is something that your subconscious knows you want to avoid, you block the manifestation from coming through because subconsciously you want to avoid that. So, really considering, what are your current systems and processes in your business and are they allowing for the influx and the growth that you're saying you want, and how can we start to build out these systems and processes to support that, which, again, is something I can help you with inside my mastermind? Another thing to consider is communication with your clients and your audience. So maybe the way your business is set up is you personally respond to every single DM, and I had a client in my mastermind. She had a network marketing business and the way her business was set up is when she was talking about her product. In her story she would say send me a DM if you're interested in the product. And so she created that customer journey where they would say her story be prompted to DM her. So they would DM her about the product. And then she was required to get back to every single person and she had a series of questions that she would go through before she would then make the sale. And I said to her if you woke up tomorrow with a hundred DMs, responding personally to a hundred DMs, asking the series of questions you're asking before you make a sale, is delaying the sale. But also that is so much work that your subconscious mind knows you want to avoid. So of course in that case she was blocking the influx of clients because the system she had set up was going to be so overwhelming if she actually did manifest the number of clients that she wanted. So we went through and set up some automations in her business. We changed the messaging. So instead of encouraging her clients to send her a DM to ask some questions before making the sale. We just simply put the link there and said, go and buy it and we removed her from that journey. We also set up some automation. So ManyChat is an incredible communication or automation that you can use through instagram. You might have seen it where people say comment the word money and I will send you a link to my money manifestation track. That all, all of that can be automated. So the moment they comment money in the comments, many chat will automatically set a send a dm that you can personalize with a little message and then the link, and then they can just go through and access the link Again. You don't have to be involved in that process at all. So ManyChat is an incredible functionality you can use through Instagram. I have it set up in my business to automatically respond to people. When they tag me in a story which us now currently, it asks for a podcast review, it lets them know that my mastermind is currently opening and it also sends a link for my free meditation and that is automatically sent out. I don't need to be involved in that. When I am focusing on getting a free product out to people, that usually comes with an influx of inquiries. So again, instead of saying send me a DM for the meditation, and I have to manually do that. I would just say comment the word meditation and then ManyChat automatically sends them the link for the meditation. They go and download the meditation and I'm not involved in that process whatsoever. So, really, taking a look how you can start to automate more things in your business, to remove you from the journey so that you aren't always involved, because you will end up hitting a ceiling there, you will end up maxing your capacity out, which will block the clients and the sales from coming through, and then, finally, is your structure set up for the number of clients and sales that you want. So, again, going back to the example I just gave, within the academy, when the academy was smaller, we did more Q&A sessions with me because the group or the cohort online with me was small enough that I could get through and answer every single person's questions. I realized that I would have blocked clients coming through because, again, if I opened up the academy and I had a thousand people enroll and part of what they get access to is a Q&A where they get a chance to ask me a question, all of them. Obviously, having a thousand people online personally asking a question is not doable. So I had to restructure how that part of the academy would look so that it was suitable for a huge influx of students and so, for example, it could look like they submit a question by Tuesday. I go through and just pick out a few questions and then get on and answer that, as opposed to a thousand people, for example, individually asking a question. So how could you structure your business to allow for the number of clients and the sales that you want? Another example I can provide is usually it is a big thing with like communication. But another example this was a student inside her empire and she has a Bush school for children and she wanted to manifest an influx of inquiries and students and she wanted to really fill out these programs. But we identified when working together in the mastermind that her inquiry system wouldn't allow for the amount of people that she wanted to come through. So at that time her process was people would email her personally, email her and say, hey, I really want to book my kid into this program. Do you have availability? My client would then have to check the availability and then manually respond back to the client and let them know. Yes, I can pop your child into this program, do you want that? And then they would say yes, and she would manually do that. Again, if she manifested a hundred inquiries overnight, for her to manually do that would take time. It would also probably lose the quality that she wanted to create between herself and her clients. So, again, we had to look at restructuring that part of her business so it was more automated. Look at restructuring that part of her business so it was more automated. And what we simply did is, like, just created a like. We spoke about creating a functionality on a website where people can just literally go in, open a link, see the availability for the programs, book their kid in themselves, and then she's not involved in that process whatsoever. So, again, this will be unique to you and your business, of course, if you need my help getting the mastermind, but the simple question is your structure set up for the number of clients and the sales that you consciously want to manifest? Now moving through to building a six figure brand. Now, this is really important to me when I work with my business clients because this had a huge impact on the success of my business and, like I said, my entire network marketing business was not aligned whatsoever in terms of how I showed up, what I was doing and how I was feeling. But there was also a little moment when I started this brand where I started to really just show up, because I saw other other people show up in that way and I really didn't have this solid brand. The moment I worked on building a brand that was completely representative of me and my personality and I honored that and I showed up in alignment with that. My ideal clients literally came out of nowhere and they saw that and they were attracted to me and they purchased from me. So building your brand is so, so, so important and this needs to be your personal brand. It needs to be representative of you because when it is, it makes showing up in alignment so much easier. So what is your brand? And have a creative night to figure this out. You know what is the color scheme that you use. So in my business it's lots of browns and beiges. What is the overarching feeling of your business or the vibe of your brand? So mine is feminine, elegant, luxurious and I I that is representative within everything I do within my business. How can you bring more of you into your brand. So for me, I am all about freedom-based living. I love a wine, I love fashion, like wearing really nice outfits, I love eating out at nice restaurants. So I bring that element of me into my business and so I capture that and I show that. How can you capture your brand and what's some things that you can do to really accentuate your brand, make it look beautiful and really obvious that your brand in my case it's feminine, it's elegant, it's luxurious. They can see the personal touches. They can see I love a wine. They can see I love to travel. They can see that I love fashion. You know, and I share that through my content. So how can you capture your brand? One of the very first things that I'll encourage my clients to do when they start with me in the mastermind is go and book a photo shoot. Go and get some beautiful photos of you that showcase your personality and your brand. They go so far in business. They look beautiful, they look professional and, again, it's a really, really powerful way to capture you and what you're all about. And it's important, obviously, when doing that photo shoot that it does really represent you. So don't just go and do a photo shoot and make it look like my photos, because you, you saw that that's what I do, you know like how can you bring in more of you in that? So my photo shoots? I have a wine, I'm in a blazer, all browns and neutral colors, but that might not be your brand. You know, I often see people at brand shoots have a disco ball and like obviously that represents their personality. I think that's just really cool. Like me personally, I wouldn't have a disco ball in my brand shoots because that's just not representative of me. Maybe you have a health and wellness business, so maybe your brand shoot could be wearing active wear or having like a green juice in there or something like that. But again, don't just go and do these photo shoots and make it look like someone else's business. Really answer these questions that I've just provided what is my brand, what's the vibe, what's the feeling, who am I and how can I bring that in and then ensure your photo shoot is super aligned with that. Another thing I recommend to my clients is creating a website pretty soon on, because it's an opportunity for people to go a little bit deeper and again see more of your brand. So obviously on Instagram, we can create content that represents our brand, but everyone's profile looks the same in terms of like where your profile picture is, the bio, the fonts, all of that kind of stuff you have no control over, whereas on your website you can really choose that. You can choose your colors, you can choose your fonts, you can choose the experience they get when on your page and again, it just provides that extra personalized element to your business. Squarespace is my recommendation for a website. That's where my website is and I created my website all myself. Somewhere along the line I did bring a website designer in and she jigged a few things, but otherwise I'm back in control of my website. So you don't need to be a guru to create a simple website. And again, I only have experience with Squarespace. But it's actually really easy to use. There's so many templates you can use. You can play around with it. Really just release that limiting belief that you're not good with websites, you're not good with tech, because of course, if you believe you're not good with something, you won't do it. So really just go in and have fun and be creative. The feminine actually loves to be creative. So also drop the belief that you're not a creative person, because if you're a woman, you actually have a lot of creative power within you. The only reason you feel you're not creative is because you don't give yourself space to be creative. So building out a website, I feel like, is a really fun way to get that creative spark and also ensure that you have that extra element of your personal brand available where you can take people and and really just have that customer journey all through your own website. Um, because, of course, like, that is yours to craft, create and own. Um, and then, of course, like, how can you capture this through social media? So, just ensuring your content is representative of you and your personal brand, and I love when it's all aligned. So, if you go and look at my social media my Instagram and my website and you open up one of my emails, my branding is so consistent across there. All of my color schemes are consistent, the type of fonts I use, the photos I use it's all consistent. And that, as a consumer, is beautiful to see and that's important to me as well, like I thrive off seeing that when others do it, so I've created that for my clients as well. And then how can you represent this in your content. So, as I said, brand photos are a huge part of my content because it looks elegant, it looks luxurious and it's a way that it captures my brand. So a lot of the content I create if it's on a story or a like a feed post is using those brand photos that I got and I regularly get them updated. So we usually do like two brand shoots a year, so that's always fresh and updated. When I'm sharing a client win, it's usually me having a wine and then mentioning a client win over the top. So that's a way that I combine my personal life and my business. So, as I said, I love to have a wine and so I'm doing that on a personal note and then I bring my business in there by sharing a client win over the top of that. So I do this, this, and another thing I'd recommend is also avoiding trends that don't align with your brand. So, like I said, I got caught up in the trend trap when I first started my brand, where TikTok, trending um type of content was like dancing and doing voiceovers and all of that stuff and I I did that and I felt like an idiot doing it and I looked like one too, um. So I've realized, like that's not me. Dancing in front of the camera is not me, doing these voiceovers is not me and it's not my brand. And it could be for you Like, uh, one of my best friends is so good at doing the dancing type of content and the voiceover type of content and she just rocks out and that is part of her brand, but it's not part of mine. So, avoiding trends that just don't align with you, your personality and your brand, and don't be scared by not getting involved with every single trend, because you'll be doing yourself a disservice if you're just getting on the trend train, when doing that trend doesn't align with you and your brand Because, again, remember, your people are watching you and if you're not someone that is like that off the app, but you're doing it on the app just from a place of lack, they'll see that. And so it's so important that you want your clients to get to know you for who you really are, and obviously your content is the way to do that. So, avoid trends if they don't sit well with you. Avoid trends if they aren't representative of your brand and find other ways to showcase your brand and your personality. And then, in terms of content, like, obviously just a quick one on this but make your content look good. So, no, you don't need to be in a content studio every time you are creating content. No, you don't need to have your hair and makeup done and a beautiful outfit on if that's not your thing. But basics behind a good piece of content ensuring your text is readable and in the middle of the screen, and again, like texts that you can actually read. It's not like white on a white background, you can't even read what you're saying. Lighting like make sure there's good lighting. Like there's nothing worse than seeing a piece of content where you can't even really see you because the sun's just glaring in the background. I mean, important to me is what's behind me, is all clean and aesthetic and it looks nice, but that's just because that's my brand. Again, elegant, luxurious, feminine, that's my brand. So, like having a clean house in the background is important for my brand, but maybe it's not for you. Like, maybe you're a mom and your brand is all about just showing up messy and really showcasing mom life and there's toys and there's shit in the background, and like, if that's your brand and like you do that. But again like ensuring that, like what's going on behind you is is representing your brand, um, and yeah, again, showcasing your content in that way. Again, you want to make sure your content is appealing to your ideal client. So, again, I had a huge shift in my business when I did this branding exercise and started showing up like that, like my dream clients came out of the woodwork because they saw that and they were appealed Like they were. They were drawn to that works because they saw that and they were appealed Like they were. They were drawn to that. My type of clients are the professional business woman. She is super disciplined, she's super determined, she's here for a beautiful life and so she naturally is drawn to content that encapsulates that. So, whatever, whoever your ideal client is, really consider what does she want to see in content, what is she drawn to? And then ensuring that you're creating content for her. And again, it's it's content that she's just going to stop and watch and be inspired by. And then, finally, quality over quantity every single day. So, like I mentioned before, I'm only really active on Instagram and my podcast, tiktok. I upload every now and then, but that's just not my jam and I'm not over there very much. Even my emails are probably tapered off a little bit over the years. I don't do my mindset newsletter on a weekly basis anymore. I'm still on emails and my emails are incredible. So if you're not on the email list, definitely get on there. Just beautiful emails that you could literally print off and read as a newsletter. So much value in there. I don't send a bunch of emails because that personally annoys me, but mostly it's just Instagram, the podcast and emails, and then like TikTok every now and then, youtube every now and then. So don't feel like you have to be on every single app in order for your business to be successful. And again, my business took off when I actually pulled back, when I just focused on Instagram and made that enough, when I just focused on my podcast and made that enough. You can get the quality across so much better when you aren't trying to have your fingers in every single hole. Is that the word? Is that the saying? So if you're trying to do it all at the moment and, as a result of that, you are diluting your brand message and who you are here to be, then I would really recommend that you pull it back and just get good and consistent at just a couple of different social media platforms that you can be on and again, it doesn't need to be Instagram and the podcast. You could love TikTok, then run with that. Or maybe you love YouTube, run with that. Or maybe you're on threads, run with that. But whatever you enjoy doing and where you spend most of your time already, make that the way that you produce content, because, again, it's in alignment and it's going to be so much easier if you do that. You don't need to be doing it all to hit six figures. You don't need to have a consistent social media strategy on every single social media platform in order to hit six figures, and I promise, when you pull back and you just pick a couple and get good at that, your business will explode. Okay, I think that was everything for today's episode. Like I mentioned, there's a lot in there, but I really wanted this part two to encapsulate your personal brand, ensuring that you're showing up as if you are already making six figures and making the necessary adjustments for that to be the case and, of course, ensuring that you have the systems and the space for your people to come through and again making those adjustments. Now I was chatting with someone in her empire the other day and we're talking about content, and she has just started her second business in the online coaching space. She has a multi-six figure lash salon and she's moved to the online space to one supplement her income but to create a bit more freedom because it's all online, um, and she's just started a brand new Instagram page and so naturally it's still growing and she's still finding her people and her followers are growing. And I suggested a piece of content that she should produce the other day and she mentioned that she is avoiding doing it because she has a small amount of followers, and she was like I'll wait till my followers have grown a little bit before I do that kind of content, and I was like that's the trap, right there. It's very common, but what we do is we are waiting for the results before we show up, in a way to speak to those results. But the results will never come if we're waiting for the results. We need to be showing up like the results are already here. We need to be getting into that routine. We need to be showing up like they're already here and then the results come. Your identity equals your results, but again, what we do is look at that from the other way and we're like, okay, I will start adopting a new identity. I will show up differently once the results are here and again, like you will constantly create that separation if that's how you're going about your business. So, no more waiting for the followers, no more waiting for the clients, no more waiting for anything before you show up in a certain way. Start showing up now like they're already here. Then you become a match for those results, because now your, your identity is in alignment with the results that you want. So that's probably a good place to finish this episode. Please let me know what you thought about part two. Let me know what shifts and changes you may need to make. And then, of course, if you need my help doing that, jump into her empire. We are I think we're almost 50% full, maybe. So I haven't actually checked applications today. So that's why I'm like maybe because there's probably more sitting in there. So there are very limited spots for Her Empire, because it is a really intimate supportive container. You get the most amount of access to me. You get access to the Academy as well. So if you've got your eyes on that, you get access to that. In Her Empire, you get access to incredible guest speakers on topics like marketing, instagram, bookkeeping, tax, women's health. It literally gives you everything you need not just mindset and manifestation, but also those strategic sides of business. I'm so proud of my mastermind. I really do think it's in a league of its own, and I already know the women who have secured their spot. So you're going to be around women who are expanders. They are doing the do, they are going after the business and the life that they want. So just being in a room like that in itself is so powerful. So if you have any questions about her empire, don't hesitate to send me a DM on Instagram. I'm more than happy to clarify anything. I'm more than happy to make sure this is the mastermind for you. Otherwise, if you are just ready to apply and you're so excited to make 2025 the most successful year for you and your business and really get the support that will get you to where you want to be, then the application is in the show notes below Complete that.
