Good morning everyone. I am driving home from the gym and realized I have so many downloads, so many gold nuggets that I want to share with you guys when I'm driving in the car. And by the time I get home and turn my thoughts into a piece of content or write some notes to turn it into a podcast episode, it loses its zest. And so as I'm driving home today, I thought I am going to start hitting the record button on my phone and sharing these downloads, these little nuggets with you guys as they come through, as they are channeled, that they land with you in the way that I want them to land. So welcome to our first episode of Car Chats with Jess. Let me turn my wipers off. It's honestly going to be such a raw, unfiltered little bite for you to tune into whenever you hit play on this podcast. As I said, I'm driving home this morning. It is Friday. I've been at the cycle class at Therapy Fitness. It is pouring with rain here today on the Gold Coast, which is kind of nice. I'm liking it. I am in the middle of a launch at the moment, and I have some copy to write, some ads to put out, and there's nothing like a rainy day in the office in your comfy clothes to get that kind of work done. It was also so nice waking up this morning and it was dark and rainy. Our house is so loud when it rains, and I love the sound of the rain. So that's the scene on my way home to get on my way home. Today's a little nugget that I want to share. And by the way, these are going to be so random. They may have nothing to do with what we're talking about on the podcast, what we're launching at the moment. Again, it's just a nugget that I want to share with you guys that you can take on board. I'm driving along today and I'm thinking about all of the women in business who right now are feeling so exhausted by social media. They are feeling tied to their Instagram platform, their TikTok platform, and they are feeling so controlled by the algorithm right now. I think even this is feeling even more so with the introduction of trial reels and such an emphasis on going viral and using the right hooks. It's just a lot. And the conversations I'm in lately are I'm exhausted by it. There are so many other things I need to do in my business to grow my business that I enjoy doing in the business, but I just feel so tied to social media. And of course, this this uh feeling of being tied up to social media is because we are so programmed to believe that more effort will create more income and attract more clients. And you may be in that place right now where you truly do believe that your income will rise in your business, or you will attract premium clients when you have more followers, or when your reels start going viral, or when your trial reels start to pop off, or when you get more visibility, more exposure, more eyes on your page. Perhaps you genuinely do believe that more will be better for you in your business. But I think the reality for you is you have been doing more for so long now. You are someone who, for a while now, has been has been very consistent with your social media presence. You are very active online, you are doing all of the things. We see reels, we see carousels, you're on your Instagram story, you are doing trial reels, you are there, and you have been for some time now. You have been doing more effort for a long time, but I know you aren't quite where you want to be in your business. And when I say this, it's never to say there is something wrong with your business, you don't have clients at all, you're not making money at all, because I know you do have clients, I know you are making money in your business and you have been for some time. But 2026 is the year you elevate that. Maybe you've been at this income level for a while now and you're ready to reach the next milestone. That next milestone will create real change in your life so that you can have more financial freedom. Maybe you have been working with clients for a while now, but you're ready to work with clients at a higher level. Maybe they pay you more, maybe they are more established in whatever they do. They're just a premium client at a higher level. So it's not to say there's something broken in your business, it's not to say things aren't working for you, but you're just ready for that next level, you're ready for that next expansion. And so I think we just need to sit and remember you have been consistent on social media for so long. You are doing everything right, you're saying all the right words, there's still something missing for you. And my work is not to shove more work down your throat and to add to that overwhelm that I know you are experiencing, but to shift what you are doing so that it actually creates the results that you want to create. On on my Instagram this week, I put up a carousel saying you can't just shift your messaging and expect to make more money. And it is so true with an emphasis on messaging and marketing and verbiage and saying the right things to your clients. I think so many women are still so wrapped up in that being the solution to making more money and working with premium clients, but it is not the solution and it's not enough. It's your energy, it's your identity behind the work that you are doing in your business right now that's going to create the kind of results that you want to create. And I'm not denying that effort will create something, your effort has got you to where you are in your business, and I want to, of course, congratulate you on the hard work you have poured into your business, on that consistency, on that resilience to show up again and again and again. It's why you have what you have today, and what you have today is amazing, and I know you know that you're grateful for it, but you're ready for the next expansion, you're ready for more, and that's what you're here to create in 2026. So, um, yeah, it's like realizing that your effort isn't going to get you to the next level, your effort got you here. What's going to get you to your next level is stepping into an entirely different subconscious identity, having a completely different self-concept. Now, you know you're great at your craft, you know you could be earning more money, you know these things. So when I talk about your subconscious identity, it's subconscious, it's underneath what you're even consciously aware of. You may be showing up on social media, consciously feeling confident, consciously feeling like you know what you're doing, consciously feeling like this is going to land with the right customer. But if you aren't at the level you want to be in your business, subconsciously there's something missing. Subconsciously, there's a part of you that is still shrinking. Subconsciously, there's a part of you that is wondering if people care what you have to say. Subconsciously, there is a fear that the more you grow, the more you'll piss people off, and the more judgment you'll get. Subconsciously, there is something blocking the client and the results that your effort is trying to create. So it's that identity piece that is your missing piece to the puzzle. And then, of course, it's your energy, and this is not, you guys know this is not some spiritual woo-woo component to business. Scientifically, scientifically, you are creating the outcomes in your business based on your energy. So you might be saying all the right things online, your content may be so beautiful, maybe you're actually seeing the views on your reels go up. But if your energy is off, if you are showing up within a broadcast of lack, of impatience, of scarcity, that is going to influence the outcomes no matter what the effort looks like, no matter how good your work is. So that identity, sorry, that energetic piece, and you can't just think positively and shift your broadcast. Again, a lot of the influence towards your energetic vibration is coming from your subconscious program. Now, this is deep work that you have to do on yourself to reprogram that part of your brain that decides your identity, that decides your broadcast, that decides your reality. And I think you know, something that pisses me off on the internet at the moment is the surface level approach to manifestation and quantum physics and energy manipulation to get things in your business. It is deeper than journaling in the morning. It is so much deeper than thinking about the things that you're grateful for. It is so much deeper than going for a run and listening to some music and just making yourself feel better for that moment. Yes, those things help, and yes, they're powerful, but it is deeper than this. And you guys know I'm never here to blow smoke up your ass and give you false hope and make you feel like writing 10 things you're grateful for in your journal is going to make you more money because it's not actually the reality, and it is deeper than this. When I say it's deeper, it doesn't mean this is going to take you a long, long, long, long, long, long time. But you need to know the right modalities. You need to know how to access your subconscious to actually shift yourself vibrationally so that you can start to see the kind of numbers you want to see on your dashboard, the kind of clients coming through your brand and into your business. Um, so that's my little that's my little riff today. Of course, I'm helping you with all of this in the brand new masterclass I'm hosting next week called The Art of Allure. It will be about 90 minutes, an online class, and I'm taking you through the three steps that will create more income in your business for the work you are already doing, and will start to attract these premium high-caliber clients into your brand. So, some homework prior to that class. I'm assuming you're coming, I know you we there, you guys love this stuff. Your homework before this class is to think about who is your premium client. Maybe you are a marketing agency and you have these premium brands that you would love to work with. Maybe you are an interior designer and you have these premium high-level clients who are building luxury homes that you want to work with. Maybe you are a lawyer and you want to start working with the wealthy clients with within the area of law that you do. Maybe you're an accountant and you want to work with wealthy business owners who need their accounting. Who is this premium client for you and get really clear on them, on her, on the brand, and bring that to class with you. I also want you to have in mind an income milestone, income goal that you're working towards. And I want to stretch you on this because you are so good at what you do. There are so many clients out there who would pay so much money to work with someone like you because of how good you are, because of the skill set you bring to the table, because of how much you actually care about your clients, the experience you create for them. There are people out there who would pay a lot of money to work with you. So when you set this income goal, I want you to stretch yourself. I don't want you to keep playing small and just increase it by a little bit because you're still wondering will people actually pay this? My job is to make people pay it, and I will, and I'm very good at this. I'm so good at this. So, income goal and premium client, bring that to the class next week, and I'm going to help you shift what needs to be shifted so that suddenly these clients can start to drop in, so that suddenly you see that income start to grow again. And I'm really excited for what this is going to look like for you. There is my little car chat. The first one. I love that. That was really great. Um, who knows how often I'll do these, but I think they'll just be really fun for me to share with you as these as these downloads come through the channel.
