SPEAKER_01Hello everybody and welcome back to the Abundant and Align Podcast. I hope you were having a beautiful day, whatever it is that you were up to. I'm actually recording on a Saturday afternoon today. I don't usually record on the weekend, but with the new office or the new podcast setup in the office, it's very enticing to sit here and chat with you guys. We went out for brunch this morning, so the makeup and the hair was done. Bart went to golf, so I thought it was a good afternoon to sit and smash out some podcast episodes for you all. So today I'm actually sharing the trends that I've been seeing in the entrepreneur space and why I predict those who jump on the bandwagon with these trends will be the ones who grow their business the most in 2026. I have six trends that I've seen skyrocket within the online space, but also just within service-based businesses that I want to share with you all. But I put up a poll, and before we get into that, I put up a poll on my Instagram the other day asking for your help with topics and conversations that you want to hear more of on the show. And a lot of you said that you want to hear more about my lifestyle and what I'm doing behind the scenes to grow my business, manifest my desires, more of a day in the life style, which I can absolutely do for you guys. But I thought instead of having a whole episode that's like a diary entry, we could chat about some things that I am doing within different categories within my life. So a book that I'm reading, a show that I'm listening to, something new that I'm learning, a drink, a shift to my morning routine, a shift to my wellness habits, my workouts, like just different things that I'm doing behind the scenes in in different areas and categories. Just sharing what I'm up to, giving you guys some recommendations. I thought that could be a cool way to give you a slice into my lifestyle and what I am doing behind the scenes. So I don't know if the categories will stay the same each time. If things aren't changing in that category, I won't share it every time. But yeah, I'll just try and find things that I am trialing or implementing that I want to share with you guys. So today I have a book, a drink, a wellness habit, a show, and something I am learning at the moment. Um so the book. I am wanting to advance my coaching practice even further this year by adding more modalities to the work that I do with my clients. If you are, I guess, new around here, the basis for the work that I do with my clients is subconscious reprogramming work. Your life is simply just a printout of your subconscious program. That is the beliefs and the thoughts and the emotions that you carry at a subconscious level. It's essentially your computer system. And why this is the core of the work that I do within my coaching practice is because it does not matter how hard you're working, it doesn't matter how much effort you're putting in, it doesn't matter how great your Instagram reels are, you won't experience any any change within your reality unless you have a subconscious wiring to create that. So I get into my client's subconscious program and prime the outcomes and the income and the shifts that they want to experience in their reality into their brain so that they can actually go ahead and create it. And it's very powerful work, it's why my clients do experience huge shifts in their income in a very short amount of time. It's why they do manifest things like their dream home, their dream car, their dream relationship. It's why for them things just feel really easy. They know how to manipulate their results using their subconscious. But I wanted to add to my modalities this year. I've felt a calling to get back into study and just continue to advance my skills. I always want to be the best for you guys. I want to bring uh expertise and speciality that you can't just read within a book, and so I'm constantly evolving behind the scenes. And what's really grabbing my attention and focus at the moment is soul contract reading. Now, I actually did an episode with Charlotte Milder a few months ago, actually last year. She's a soul contract reader, and she actually read out my soul contract on the podcast episode. And I was so obsessed with this idea of a soul contract, and it really resonated with me. You know, when you learn something and it's almost like a remembering, or your soul knows this was something you had to learn in your lifetime. That's what that was for me. It was hearing it for the first time, but it just resonated, it just clicked, it just landed. I didn't really think much more of it after I had that reading. I took on my reading and started to make changes in the background in accordance with my reading, but it was more just about how I can use that within my own life. But this year I felt this pull to actually learn how to read soul contracts and incorporate human design in my body of work so that I can do this for my clients. So the book that I'm reading is actually all about soul contracts and how to how to I'd like to to map out your soul contract and how to read soul contracts. So if you have no idea what a soul contract is, because I'm kind of new to this, I will direct you to that episode for a proper a proper explanation. Um, again, just go back and find that from Charlotte Milder. But essentially, your name, your birth name, your full birth name carries a sound. And so the sound of your name is then translated into Hebrew numbers, and that becomes the numbers that we use on the map, and we go around and plug these numbers on a star, like yeah, a star, um, and it creates a series of numbers, and then these numbers translate into karmic talents, goals, your life purpose. And so that's a very shit explanation. I'm still learning, but anyways, that's that's the gist of it. So, this book is all about learning how to do this, how to map these numbers on the star, how to read the numbers, how to translate someone's soul contract so that you can really identify what your soul wanted for you within this lifetime when it comes to the lessons you have to learn, when it comes to your talents, your goals, and your life purpose. And ultimately, I want to ensure that my clients are living in alignment with their soul contract. So that's the book I'm reading at the moment, and I'm obsessed with it. I personally love studying. I always have loved studying. At school, I loved the idea of printing out articles and highlighting them and taking notes. I was obviously a lawyer, and at law school there is a lot of reading, a lot of note-taking, and I lapped it up. I loved it. Um, so it's really cool to find ways to bring that into my business. So that's the book that I'm reading at the moment, and that's also something new that I'm learning how to read soul contracts. Um, so I'm really excited. If you are a client in my world, I'm really excited to bring this to you guys. The drink is actually a non-alcoholic wine. So I'm not sitting here saying I'm giving up wine, but I am taking a little break from drinking wine. We have had a huge, a huge start to the year with weddings and engagement parties and social events and therefore lots of wine drinking, and so I just want to have a little break from drinking wine. But I've shared this with you guys before. I love the idea of a wine. I love the experience of having a glass of wine and sitting and having a cheese platter or watching the sunset or just sitting on the lounge and watching the footy or maths and just having my wine. Anyways, I've I've been on the hunt, and you guys know this, I've been on the hunt for non-alcoholic options. It was obviously Good Friday yesterday, and all the shops were shut, and I really wanted to have a glass of wine while I made our seafood lunch. Harris Farm was the only shop that was open, so I drove to Harris Farm and found a non-alcoholic Chardonnay, and it was actually really nice. So the actual brand is Jack Squat, and it is a non-alcoholic Chardonnay, and I found it pretty good. I love a dry wine, and so I have been struggling with finding a good dry non-alcoholic wine. I find they usually taste very sweet or like a bit cidery, but this was really good. You could almost taste the buttery notes of Chardonnay in this non-alcoholic option. So that's my drink recommendation if you are someone who doesn't drink alcoholic wine and you are looking for a white wine option. If you are also like me and you would just like to have a little break, Jack Squat Non-alcoholic Chardonnay is the drink recommendation for you today. The wellness tweak that I've made. Um, so I have a pretty, pretty good wellness routine. Morning and evening, I have my supplements, I have my my bone broth, I have my collagen, I have my gut health, my greens, my water, my peppermint tea, my spearmint tea, like I'm pretty good with my wellness routine. But lately I've been adding electrolytes into my water, and the amount of compliments I've been getting about my skin saying it's glowing, and I can only put it down to the electrolytes in my water. I haven't changed anything else. And yeah, I believe I've just been hydrating my skin even more so. I usually drink a lot of water, two to three water, true, two to two to three liters a day, but yeah, just adding the electrolytes into my water has made such a big difference to my skin, and I'm just feeling more hydrated, even though I've been drinking quite a lot of water. So that's my wellness edition. And then the show that I've been loving is MAFs. Let me know if you guys watch MAFs. Please send me a DM if you're a MAFs watcher. Um, I think we live in a world where within the entrepreneur space, it's like, don't watch TV, don't binge reality TV, it's unproductive. There's other things you should be doing, but I'm like, I do not care. I'm the biggest sucker of a reality TV show. I'm getting worse as I get older. Bart said something to me the other day about it because when I first met him, I used to put down people who watch reality TV. I'm like, how? How do you watch this? Anyways, he said something the other day. He's like, as someone who used to hate reality TV, you watch a lot of reality TV. I'm like, I know. I'm obsessed, like I can't turn it off. Anyways, MAFS is something that I'm loving at the moment, but the people within this series, particularly the women within this series, gobsmacked. I just cannot believe their behavior. They are some of them are quite literally crazy, and yeah, I'm just like, I when I watch, I just like I curl up. I'm like, oh like it's often so uncomfortable to watch because of the shit they do, but I can't turn it off. So that's my show that I'm loving. Maths, never miss an episode. There I am, hooked to the TV to see what they're up to. Um, so there's my book, there's my drink, there's my wellness tweak, and there's a show that I'm loving. And then, yeah, the thing that I'm learning lately is soul contracts and how to read them. So there's a little glimpse into things that I'm doing behind the scenes within my life. Take what you would like, leave what you don't want. But now to the episode. So, like I said, I wanted to share some trends that I've been seeing in the entrepreneur space, and why I predict those who follow these trends will be the ones who grow the most in 2026. And the trends that I'm seeing are within the online space, but also service-based businesses that aren't necessarily solely online. My clients are across the board: mortgage broker, interior design, lawyer, coaches, um, network marketing. So I work with women from a lot of different industries, and I'm seeing the trend throughout all of their businesses. Um, and then again, just as I'm kind of looking and following along other businesses online. Um, so I've I've I've identified six strong trends that I can see within the entrepreneur space, and essentially I just wanted to share these with you today. We live in a weird world at the moment. I don't typically get caught up in politics, in the war. I leave my husband to that. He he um strangely gets around politics and finds it interesting, and you know, each to their own. I like to stay in my little bubble and just focus on my life and what's directly in front of me. And some may say that's silly and delusional, and I need to get my head out of the sand and be aware of the world, but I just I'm happy in my little bubble, and things I I don't know, I believe what you focus on will expand. And if I I can't change the war, I can't change what happens outside of my life. So I just have always been one of those people like I'm not gonna stress myself over this, I'm not gonna lose sleep over this. Um, I don't say that to ever disregard the consequences of what's going on in the world right now, absolutely not. Um, and I know some are affected a lot more than others, but yeah, it's just not something I tend to wrap myself up in, and that's just how I choose to live my life. However, I'm very aware that the cost of living is going through the roof. Petrol prices here in Australia at least are insane, and what this means is there has never been a more important time to make more money. We need more money to survive, it's the reality of the world at the moment, and for that reason, I truly want to help as many women in business make more money, and that's why I wanted to share these trends with you so that you know where to focus your attention, where to be leaning in order to make more money this year within your business and not just make enough money to get by and to cover the extra cost of petrol. I want you to make a lot of money, a lot, a lot, a lot of money. I want you to be rich, I want you to be wealthy, I want you to have so much money that you can actually support your family members who don't have a business that has an uncapped income. You can actually volunteer, you can go the extra mile and really make a difference in the world because of how much money you're making. So when I talk about making more money, that's the kind of money I want you to be making. So, like I said, I thought it would be really helpful if you haven't seen these trends yourself to understand these trends and really jump on the ones that feel good for you. Trend number one is seeing a real tendency for women to be getting into mentorship spaces that offer depth and personalized support as opposed to online courses. And I believe the reason for this is because there is quite literally a book, a podcast, an AI robot that can help you learn or advance a new skill. Where you are in your business and where you want to go in your business requires nuance. It requires real-time feedback, it requires someone who is specialized in the area you want to grow to see the gaps and to help you fill them. And I think again, the reason I'm seeing women want to get into these personalized mentorship spaces is because if you've started a business, it means you are intellectual, capable, it means you have the ability to lean on resources, find the information you need in order to take a step forward. And again, if it was more information that was growing to grow going to grow your business, you would be where you want to be already. Because again, we are overloaded with information, but it's not just information you need, you need real-time guidance, you need that nuance, you need somebody there with you in real time off offering that personalized roadmap to get to where you want to be in whatever area that is for you. So, yeah, seeing a real, real trend towards in-depth personalized mentorship spaces so that you can have that specialized approach within your business or again, whatever area you are focusing on. Of course, we have so many spaces in my world that are built on that foundation. Very in-depth, close proximity to me, and very personalized for that reason. The next trend I'm seeing is in-person events. In-person events are becoming so popular, and I believe that is because women more than ever are craving connection and community offline. I think so many of us, particularly those who have been working online for a few years now, are bored shitless sitting at home by themselves. They are craving in-person connection, like actually being in someone's energy in real life and just getting out of their everyday bubble. So many women are sitting in their office, in their active way, active wear, creating content, and that's their work. They're craving getting all dressed up and going out into the sunshine, grabbing a coffee on the way, and actually being in people's energy in real life. So I'm seeing a really, really big trend towards in-person events, and I'm encouraging all of my clients where they can to offer in-person events within their business. We are obviously doing a lot within my world with the immersions that you get access to within some of my programs and the new year event that we did at the start of the year. This is definitely something we are doing regularly and will be doing more of, and I'm really excited for that. Um, so if you aren't, if you aren't offering in-person within your business, I would encourage you do, or at the very least, get yourself to in-person events because you cannot match the energy that you are experiencing that the energy you experience when you are in person with other women in business. Frequency moves frequency. And when you are in a room with women who are naturally vibrating at a high frequency without you even doing a single thing, it's going to manipulate your energy. So getting into spaces that really are high vibration will make you more money. Period. Um, the next trend I'm seeing is women in business prioritizing investments that are growing the woman behind the brand. So I think we are moving away from women investing in content creation courses, funnels, um, you know, what else? What else? Systems and processes and the strategy. I'm seeing women move away from those investments and really pour into growing themselves as the woman behind the brand. And I believe that's because more and more women, thank God, are realizing their business will only grow as much as they grow. Either we're seeing women who are working their ass off and not making the money they want to be making, or they're making the money they wanted to be making, but they feel anxious and burnt out and stressed every single day. So there's either an energetic gap if they aren't making the kind of money they want to be making, even though they're trying to make that kind of money, or there's a nervous system issue if they are making money and it's making them feel very dysregulated. So more and more women are aware of this, they are tuning into this more, they're they're they're wanting to grow themselves so that they aren't capping their income or capping their capacity because they physically or mentally or energetically cannot take on anymore. So seeing a tendency towards investments in functional health coaches, subconscious reprogramming, like what we do in my world, human design, soul contracts, um alcohol-free spaces. I have clients who are coaches in the alcohol-free space, and they are killing it at the moment. Absolutely killing it. I think again, there's a tendency towards drinking less and just being our best version. Um, so I'm seeing those spaces absolutely boom. But again, these investments are prioritizing, upgrading the woman personally, her health, her biology, her mindset, her energy, her subconscious mind, everything that makes her up so that everything external to her can keep growing. Um, I have some recommendations for a functional health coach, human design, soul contract, and alcohol-free spaces. If they interest you, send me a DM and I will send you my contacts. Um, they are excellent at what they do, and of course, come my way if you want to do the subconscious reprogramming. Um, even with that being said, functional health, human design are actually uh expert topics within the collective as well. The next trend I'm seeing is a trend towards women having better quality content and really nailing premium positioning within their market. It's another reason why we introduced this as an emphasis within the collective. So there's five phases in the collective. The first three focus on upgrading you as the woman behind the brand. So we take a look at your subconscious program, your energetic. Broadcast and your nervous system capacity to ensure you are someone who can even create and hold more in your business. But then phase four and five actually looks at your brand, your brand positioning, and your marketing and selling within your market, and that's because I am seeing a trend towards women wanting to get paid more for the work that they already do and wanting to be within the high-end space in their industry. And I am seeing more and more women jump on this bandwagon. So really learning premium brand positioning and then investing in high quality content. Um, I'm actually bringing in a videographer into the collective who you guys can now work with if you do want to bring in higher quality content, but I 100% recommend you do. Markets are oversaturated, mass selling doesn't land with premium buyers, and quite frankly, everyone's content is starting to look the same with everybody jumping on online trends. So you need to know how to be ahead of that, and you need to know how to get seen by premium buyers. Otherwise, the reality is you'll just be another account they scroll past, and you are far too good at what you do for that to happen. Um, so yeah, seeing a trend towards learning how to position your brand in a more premium way and higher quality content online. The next trend I'm seeing is becoming an expert in what you do and being an embodiment of your brand. So becoming an expert in what you do and actually niching down. I'm finding the women in business who are becoming known for a specific thing are the ones who are really sought out after. It's because it's really obvious what they do, who they help, and the results they get, and therefore clients are flooding their way. And it's actually one of the first things I'm doing when a client comes into my world, helping them find their thing. What are you going to be known for? What's your area of expertise? If we were to talk about the result you get for your clients, what is that if we had to narrow it down? Um, so really helping them step into their area of expertise and then become really magnetic to the clients who are seeking that specific thing. Um, I also think from a consumer point of view, people only want to be working with business owners who are an expert in what they do. Again, with the development of AI and so many social media accounts, I think a lot of people can raise their hand and say they do a thing, but not everybody can do the thing well. And people are becoming smarter when it comes to identifying who can do something and who can do it well, and they are paying the ones who can do it well a lot of money and they are choosing them within the market. It's just the reality of it. So, from a consumer lens, they are actively looking for someone who is more niche and who is more specialized in that particular area they want to focus on. And like I mentioned when I was talking about uh trend number three, seeing more women in seeing more women prioritize investments that grow the woman, they are working with a health coach because that's their area of expertise, they're then working with someone on their mindset and subconscious reprogramming because that's their area of expertise. They're then working on someone who has an alcohol free space because that's their area of expertise. They're then working with an accountant because that's their area of expertise. So I think if you, from the business point of view, can really lean into your expertise and make your offers, your content, your brand all about one to three clear results you get for your clients, your business is going to explode. So, yeah, that's the expertise part. And then also a trend towards consumers only wanting to work and pay brands who are an embodiment of what they teach. Again, with the development of AI and with I don't know, I think it's so easy to start a business now. It's so easy to say you do something. Um, again, consumers are getting smarter with the ones who just say they do something and the ones who are walking the talk. And you can see straight away if a brand is authentic. Um, you can tell if someone just creates content on that topic versus those who create content on the topic embody the content and actually are walking proof that that that works. Um, so again, there's this trend towards working with business owners, working with brands, working with accounts who are an embodiment of what they do and an embodiment of the results they get for their clients. Um so yeah, really just showing your audience that you are proof of what you say works. And if you aren't doing that enough, I think you will get washed out in the market and you will get stepped over pretty, pretty quick. So show people that you are a walk, you are a walking testimonial of your work. Show them what you teach works and they will trust you and they will pay you a lot of money to be in your world to learn how you've done it. Um, so yeah, becoming an expert and an embodiment of your brand is something I'm seeing a tendency towards. I think this episode will come out after the episode that I recorded with a um an expert in astrology, and she spoke about a big shift when it comes to the planets in July that is going to create a lot of growth for certain businesses only. This shift and this major event happening in July is really going to showcase the brands who are authentic. And she talks a lot about the fact that brands will either take off in July or brands will get swept away in July, and it will depend on how authentic they are being and if they are an embodiment of their work. So, again, it's an invitation. If you are simply just sharing a message and you're not showing your an embodiment of your message, I would really be finding ways to do that. Otherwise, you may be one of the brands that get washed away in July once the things with the planets happen. And again, I'm not the expert in astrology, that's why I've got the episode there for you. So please go and listen to that to understand understand what's actually happening in July and the correct terminology for that. But something's happening July and energetically, as a collective energy, something's gonna happen to the businesses, and the ones who are authentic are gonna skyrocket, the ones who are all talk are gonna get washed away. And then the final trend I'm seeing is a desire to work with less but better clients at a higher price. And I think so many women in business are waking up to the fact that at the end of the day they started their business for the lifestyle and the freedom it could provide. However, because of the way they have built out their business, the programming running the show, they have a full calendar, they are undercharging and they are burnt out. And things aren't stacking up at the moment. So they're really wanting to learn how to position their brand in front of high-paying clients, prime their brain to receive larger amounts of money so they can increase their price and actually get a higher return on their time. So that means they can be earning more while working with less clients. And it is something I'm so good at in my world, helping you get paid more for the work that you already do. And we do that by tweaking your subconscious mind behind the scenes, tweaking your energetic frequency, and then taking a look at your your offers, your prices, and your brand positioning so that we can elevate all of it, so we can raise the bar so that again you get you do the exact same amount of work, but you can charge more for it because you're working with clients who value a higher standard and will pay more for it. Um, so yeah, a huge emphasis on pulling back the workload, pulling back the client load, but increasing prices, increasing the standards so that your income can increase, and ultimately you can get what you came here for when it comes to your business, the lifestyle and the freedom that you truly do desire. Um, so yeah, seeing a trend within that area as well. So they are the trends that I am seeing unfold within the entrepreneur space. And again, I believe those who are either on the movement already or are going to be after this episode will be the ones that we see skyrocket in 2026. All of my clients are mastering everything I've just shared here today. And if you want to be one of the best in 2026, I encourage you join them on this and yeah, get behind all of these shifts and the trends that we are seeing because you're so good at what you do and you should be getting paid more for it. That's where we'll leave it. Let me know if you have identified a trend that I have not seen yet, or something that you are doing in the business that you feel others should be following in order to grow more in 2026. I would love to hear it. Otherwise, that's where we'll leave it for today. As always, thank you so much for tuning into the podcast, and I will speak to you in the next episode.
