Welcome And Immersion Weekend
SPEAKER_00Hello everyone and welcome back to the Abundant and Align podcast. This episode is coming to you a little bit later in the day because I want to share the briefing I did on my Instagram about the collective. So I just wanted to get that uploaded to do so. But it's been a busy day with meetings. We have the immersion this weekend. So I have clients flying into the Gold Coast from all over Australia and America for the immersion, which is the exclusive three-day retreat that happens at the end of my six-month mastermind. We book out a luxury hotel suite in Burley Heads, and it's three days of celebrating all of their milestones and just coming together after spending the past six months together. We also have a day of subconscious reprogramming. I have a breath work facilitator coming up on the Saturday afternoon to do breath work and sound healing. We then have the soiree, which is the real celebration night. We have a beach activation, and then on Sunday we have a panel of speakers coming up to the suite to speak on social media and visibility and brand growth and health as high performers. So a jam-packed weekend, and I'm so excited. Cannot wait to meet my clients in person because we've obviously been working together for the past six months, but some of them but some of them have actually been in my world for more than a couple of years. So it's going to be so cool to see them and meet them in person and just experience this insane weekend with them. On top of all of that, it is the final week of applications being open for the collective. So the cohort for the next six months in my world is enrolling, and this is the final week of applications being open. So just reviewing applications and getting back to your inquiries before those applications do close down on Sunday, which this briefing is for you guys. Why Expanders Change Everything
SPEAKER_00that, actually, we had I've had two meetings today that I want to talk about quickly. The first one was a collaborator session in my mastermind with my clients, and it's an opportunity for them to jump on and share what's working well in their business right now, anything they are navigating, a favorite book, a new skill, just anything of value they can contribute to the group. And it was such an expansive conversation, and it was the perfect reminder of how important it is to be around women who are doing big things in their life. And the reality is unless you are around expanders, you simply won't expand in your own life. Instead, you'll just be stuck on this creation cycle. Thinking the same, making the same decisions, creating the same reality. It's only when you're in a group like the collective that you begin to open your mind to new possibility, but also see a clear plan to actually actually execute on the ideas that you may have. And again, this conversation was just such a reminder of what shifts when you just are around people who think bigger and make bigger moves. For example, one of them is the founder of a supplement brand, and she was sharing what she's been doing to create some pretty profitable in-person referral partners. Another one is a high-ticket closer. She just crossed three million in one year, and she shared the exact questions to ask when you are in a sales conversation to make that sale a no-brainer. Another one is always going viral on social media lately. So she shared what's working when it comes to trial reels, exactly what she posts, how often she posts, and how she is going viral quite often in her industry and in her niche. And then we were also just catching up about sleep hygiene, Substack, and how to use that and monetize that in your brand and in your business, supplements to take for better productivity. We were catching up about one of the women's first class flights she just got off, the one that flew her to Australia for the immersion. And yeah, it was just a really expansive conversation and the kind of conversations you actually need to be a part of, as I've mentioned, to think differently, but also be supported at that next level you are moving into because it's really not a flex to be the biggest fish in the pond. Like if you look around your circle and you are making the most, making the biggest moves, you are kind of on the pedestal compared to everybody else in your circle, that's not a flex. It's actually keeping you smaller than what you could be if you were the small fish in the pond again, and you were around women who were not only creating a big life just as you are, but perhaps already at that higher level you are wanting to move to. Because not only does it normalize it for your brain, but again, you get access to their thoughts, their ideas, their strategies, their way forward, their habits, their routines, and their friendship and their support, which is so important when you are doing incredible things in your life, especially if those things that you are doing is so foreign compared to the lifestyle you had growing up. Um, so yeah, that was one of the conversations I wanted to talk
Recurring Revenue Over Big Cash Months
SPEAKER_00about. And then the other conversation was with one of my clients, and she shared, she's the founder of a marketing agency. She shared that her monthly recurring revenue was 4,000. Now her monthly recurring revenue is just over $35,000 per month. And that's reoccurring revenue. So she's actually had a bigger cash month because a couple of her clients have to pay her upfront before they can enter into a retainer with her. She also has a studio, so she's had some studio bookings. So her cash month has been a lot higher than $35,000. But her reoccurring revenue, which I think is the coolest part to this, is sitting currently at $35,000 with the intention to get it to $80,000 per month reoccurring. And I love to talk about recurring revenue because it's one thing to have a big month this month. It's a whole other thing to know that it's repeated as opposed to having a huge month this month and then nothing like it the next month because it was all collected in cash. So, anyways, we love recurring revenue around here and I'm sure you do as well, which is exactly the kind of work we'll be doing together in the collective. Um, anyway, speaking of the collective, let me Josh and let's let you get into the briefing of the collective. It's going to answer all of the questions you may have around this space, including the kind of results you can expect in this space, the kind of women who usually join this space, when we start, when the live calls are, what the immersion includes, when that will be, everything you need to know to make an informed decision about whether this is the space you want to spend the next six months in. What The Collective Is

I'm jumping on today to talk about how much can change in your business in the next six months when you are in a space like the Collective, which is my high-level mentorship for women in business who are making okay money but want to move to high-income months and work with a more premium client. Just like my client who is the founder of a marketing agency has just done. She went from working with clients who were on a $3,000 per month retainer to now on a $7,000 per month retainer. I also have a client who is a lawyer and she has shifted her self-concept and her positioning so that she now has services available for high net worth clients. So the work we do in the collective isn't necessarily about volume and more clients, but rather about shifting your self-concept and shifting your positioning so that you get in front of clients who are looking to pay more for the work that you do. So I wanted to sit down today and do a briefing on the collective for those who are looking to step into a higher-level space like this and just give you all of the information that you need to know to see if it's see if it's a good fit. So we start week of 13 July, so just over a week left of applications being open. The collective is perfect for those who value the support that comes from private one-on-one mentorship, but you also like to be in a small group with other women in business so that you can chat with them and collaborate with them and celebrate with them, which we know business can get quite lonely sometimes when you are in this by yourself. So it's just so nice to have that support and that network there alongside the depth and the proximity that I know you value when you do step into a space like the collective. Um,
Calls And Retreat Structure
SPEAKER_00it is a mix of online and an in-person component. So we have three online meetings per month, which will alternate between a workshop, a live coaching call, which I want to talk about in a second, and access to my network of specialists, which I also want to talk about. Um, so three live meetings per month, and then we also have your exclusive, inclusive weekend retreat up here on the Gold Coast for the women of the collective, which is beautiful. We actually have so the women who are currently in my space, their retreat is next weekend, and it's at a luxury hotel in Burley Heads, ocean views. Um, yeah, the whole weekend is so luxe and so beautiful, but also full of so much transformation, masterminding, collaborating. It's going to be an incredible weekend. So you get your own in November at the end of this year. So it's a blend of online and in-person, which is really cool. And I know we are all craving more in-person connection and in-person stuff, so that is there. Um, as I mentioned, we have our live coaching meetings every month, and they are not limited. I know some spaces are capped at 60 minutes, and you kind of get around the group really quickly, and everyone only really gets to ask one question and gets five minutes of the coach's time. However, in my world, we do stick around for as long as we need so that everybody on that meeting gets the opportunity to get my eyes and insights on them and their business and actually get the help that they need. And that's why I said the collective is this beautiful blend of what often does feel like private one-on-one mentorship with this small intimate group with other women in business. You also
Specialists For Growth And Visibility
SPEAKER_00get access to my network of specialists, which are insane. I was talking yesterday on my stories about some spaces offering guest speakers and they come along and do a workshop, which is often like listening to a podcast episode. Always very valuable, but we want to ask them questions and we want to get their expertise into our business. So that's what I wanted to create in the collective access to specialists in investing, financial advice, PR, marketing, psychic guidance, women's health for high achievers, because there is so much that goes into creating and holding a profitable, successful business. And I obviously specialize in the mindset, but you do need to know how to sell and market your services in the premium way. When you are making high-income months, you need to know what to do with that money and invest that money and circulate that money. I know a lot of the reasons why women join my spaces is for more influence and to really become more known in your industry. So we need a PR specialist to help you get in magazines, on podcasts, speaking on stages. So I've kind of collected the best from their industries, and I'm creating this network for you to not only get access to but actually work alongside within your own businesses. So I'm really, really excited about that addition in the collective. As I mentioned before, it is a small, intimate group of other women in business, and I am very protective of that because I've been in spaces before where it has felt quite busy, and yeah, there's just a lot going on. And I feel when that is the case and it's starting to look more like a group program, you do miss out on that proximity to the person holding the mentorship space. So we do limit the numbers, we ensure that all of the conversations and yeah, all of those coaching meetings are really expansive and will really add to your business as well. The other question that has come through about those live meetings is when the live meetings will be. So when you are accepted into the collective, you will get the opportunity to let me know your preference for the time and day of those live meetings. However, I can say it's usually a Tuesday or a Wednesday, anywhere from 10am to 12 p.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time. So I believe that works for those over in the US. A little bit more tricky for those in the UK. Um, if we do have a few from the UK, what I often do is open up some night sessions here in Australia so that you guys can jump on in the morning. Um, but we'll kind of see what this group ends up looking like. And then finally,
Dates Time Zones And Final Intake
SPEAKER_00it goes for six months, so you'll be in this really high-level space for the rest of your year, which I kind of like the second half of the year to be in spaces like this because you get to finish your year in this space. And I love making the most of the end of the year, as in celebrating the milestones and the income growth from that year. So it means that you can really wrap up 2026 in a space where you will be celebrating a lot. We see women create such incredible results in my spaces, and it's because we do the work that's required so that you can move to these higher levels in your business. That is to do with your subconscious mind. But then also, like I said, position your work in front of these more high-caliber premium clients so that you are naturally making more money because they are seeking a premium service. So there will be lots of celebrating and lots of miles milestones achieved over the next six months. And yeah, it just means you get to wrap up the end of your year celebrating all of that. So we start week of 13 July, as I said at the start, and wrap up just before Christmas. And we are finalizing the dates for the weekend retreat here on the Gold Coast, but it will likely be early November because I know end of year is madness, so I didn't want to do it in December, so it will likely be early November.
