Sometimes, we’re so caught up in our own expectations that we outrun the very blessing God is trying to give us. We mistake God’s correction for condemnation, or we trip over mercy because it doesn’t come the way we imagined. But here’s the truth: you will never outrun God. God is behind you, before you, and within you.
Confession isn’t about punishment—it’s about stopping long enough to let God catch up to you with grace, healing, and restoration. Take a breath. Pause. Watch what God will do.
