Episode 37 - April 2023 Market Update

A little late but the numbers have arrived!  The market is moderating - Nick and Nicole give you their hot takes on how days on market and buyer activity have shaped the current landscape.  Some good advice in there as well for buyers and sellers.

Beverages were a mix this week.  Nicole is drinking the Rock Climber IPA from Living the Dream Brewing Co in Littleton, CO.  Nick enjoyed an NA beverage courtesy of Hoplark in Boulder, CO.  It's a Hop Tea made with black tea with 70mg of caffeine - YIKES!  Check out the info for both of these great places below:
