126: When Should You, And Shouldn't You, Hire A Wedding Content Creator?

Imagine waking up the morning after your wedding, still basking in the glow of the previous night's magic, and receiving a link to a treasure trove of candid photos and videos from your special day. Within 24 to 48 hours, you can relive the laughter, tears, and joy through hundreds of unedited and edited moments captured by a wedding content creator. Sounds great, right?

But here's the real question: “When is it a smart move to book a content creator for your big day, and when might you be setting yourself up for disappointment or even undermining the work of your professional photographer and/or videographer?"

I’ve been inspired by the Brad and Karina podcast episode as they shared a few less-than-ideal experiences working with content creators and contrasted that against the times when they’ve worked with collaborative team players.
