Angela owns a counselling business, as she cares for people who struggle with some of life’s difficult situations, Her life journey prior to being a Counsellor has been all about helping people and a large part of it has been working with the aged and the disability sector.
Through this journey she has seen a lot of change, and has also been concerned with the Support workers wellbeing, their role,  the pressures that they are under, and the expectancies from family’s of those who are being supported, to legislative requirements etc. this has brought her to a point of creating Support Excellence …which is designed to help Support workers navigate the requirements of their role, but also “free-up” their care to those being supported! If you have a family member in aged care, in the disability sector…or is being supporters by NDIS…this learning has the potential to improve their care, their support workers wellbeing and add more life…to life!!
