What's New
On February 1, 2024, I launched Standout Women. It's all about giving a megaphone to women's voices in business and beyond. And I'm writing a book: "Own Your Lane™ - The Visibility Roadmap for Women in Business." It's the step-by-step roadmap for women to build personal brands, visibility, and thought leadership to create impact and accelerate their businesses forward.

Standout Women is for female entrepreneurs (especially those in mid-career) who want to step up, be heard, and make their mark with their work and ideas. 

Why This Matters
Many of us hit mid-career and think, "What now?" That's exactly why Standout Women and "Own Your Lane" emerged. It's about finding our identities, purpose, confidence, and direction again, then positioning ourselves to uplevel ourselves and our businesses.
