Who are we, and why are we here? People don't serve in their church for two reasons: first, they think someone else will do it or feel they are unqualified for the volunteer position. The Bible has a different truth regarding serving the house of the Lord. Everything made, including you, is His workmanship and a masterpiece creation. You are needed. Every member of the body of Christ is significant. 1 Corinthians 12 states that God has arranged all the different parts of the body. Even the parts that seem to be weaker than others are necessary. The expectation is simple: to put yourself out there because you were created and saved to do more than attend church.
