About guest: Lisa and her family moved from the suburbs to a small farm and began their homesteading Journey. Lisa started Homesteading and Hungry which is a farm to table food blog and YouTube channel where she inspires others to grow and raise their own food and cook from scratch. Lisa is very passionate about the amazing health benefits of the Mediterranean Diet and loves to teach people healthy meal prep ideas.
