About the host: Jerrica Aiken is a multi-business owner who balances being mom of 5, community leader, PTA parent, sister, daughter & friend! She has had her own share of experiences from being a teen parent, single parent, survivor of sexual assault, pastor's wife and so much more. Her prayer is to encourage, inspire and uplift women to be their best selves and run a successful business while still being a great mom!

Bridget Ford, MSN, RN is a hardworking mother, wife, Registered Nurse, and author! So many hats she puts on and take off in a day! She is the author of two novels, “Strength Beneath the Scars”, a book that discuss strategies she use to overcome feelings of depression and Vow of Intimacy, a book on a second chance at love. She became a mom at 24! At that time she was old enough to provide for her child, but still growing physically, mentally, and professionally as a woman. She obtained her Master’s Degree in Nursing Education at 27 and now balancing a new hat as a doctorate student! So many hats in a day! A true mom-prenuer!
