Muay Thai practitioner Dylan
Dylan took an interesting path into Law Enforcement. He first got hired as a dispatcher by a local agency. He later went to policing but didn't successfully complete training, therefore going back into dispatch. He didn't give up on his goal and got hired on by another agency. He completed training there and did well for a few years.
After attending outside training and meeting one of our officers (shoutout to Nowak), he applied and got hired by GPPD. Despite a rough day 1 (of being late), he made it.
Dylan is a long time martial artists and speaks of his trips to Thailand to further learn Muay Thai. He is also a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Dylan is a story of persistence, determination, and working for what you want.
He tried to spend the whole episode talking about Dungeons and Dragons, but thankfully the hosts kept him on track. Kinda.
