5 Ways to Last Longer TONIGHT
Welcome to the Friday mini episode of America’s number one sex podcast Dr. Sex Fairy. I am Dr. Kanwal Bawa, America’s favorite sex doctor and I am here to transform your life. Gentlemen, if you want to learn how to last longer tonight, you have come to the right place. Ladies, don't even think about leaving because these are tips you can share with your man. In fact, you should text him a link to this episode. The average man lasts only 5.4 minutes in bed.
Women need a lot longer than that to orgasm. Premature ejaculation is making lives difficult for both men and women, because how long a man lasts is a couple issue. I have many treatments at Bawa Medical that can give you the sexual function of your dreams, but these are five things you can do at home to last longer tonight!
1. First and foremost, when you feel that you are about to ejaculate, focus on your breathing instead. Start to slow your breathing. Breathe in, breathe out. This will distract your brain enough to keep you from orgasming at that moment. If this does not work alone, also think about something mundane. Think about something very boring. Trust me, it will help.
2. You can also try the start and stop method. Take a break in the middle of sex. With this technique, you stop thrusting when you are close to ejaculation. Stop for 30 seconds until you are in better control of your orgasm. Repeat this technique three to four times before you let yourself come. You can also switch to oral sex or manual stimulation until you feel more in control
3. Then there is squeeze therapy. If you are dangerously close to orgasm and need to last longer, this technique can really help. When you get to the point where you are going to orgasm, pull out and gently squeeze the head of your penis for about 30 seconds. Repeat this technique a few times before letting yourself orgasm.
4. Changing positions is another easy way to delay orgasm. Experiment with different positions that allow you to control the pace and depth of penetration. This can help you last longer and increase pleasure for both your partner and you.
5. If you use condoms, use a thicker condom. Wearing a thicker condom can reduce sensitivity and help you last longer. If you don’t use condoms, consider using one.
Remember, it's important to communicate with your partner and let them know what works for you. Don't be afraid to take breaks or switch things up if you need to. And most importantly, enjoy the experience and don't put too much pressure on yourself to perform. Stress is bad for your performance and your relationship.
