10 Things I Have Learned About Sex In 100 Episodes

Welcome to the America’s number one sex podcast Dr. Sex Fairy. I am Dr. Kanwal Bawa, America’s and the world’s favorite sex doctor, and I am here to transform your life. I am delighted to have reached my 100th episode as the host of this great podcast. What started out as my little passion project that made some roll their eyes has become one of the world’s most downloaded podcasts. It is now in the top 1% of millions of podcasts worldwide across all categories. It has hit #1 in the US, and in many countries around the world.

Over the course of this journey, I have covered a wide range of topics related to sex, sexuality, intimate wellness and relationships from common concerns like erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation to more taboo subjects like consensual nonmonogamy like swinging and polyamory. Sexuality is a vital part of overall health and wellbeing, and sexual problems can have a significant impact on quality of life.

One of the factors that sets the Dr. Sex Fairy Podcast apart is my commitment to exploring the latest state-of-the-art treatments for sexual health and wellness. I have also addressed the psychological and emotional factors that can contribute to sexual problems. From stress and anxiety to relationship issues and low self-esteem, I have explored a range of psychological concerns, and this podcast has empowered individuals and couples to take control of their sexual health and enjoy more fulfilling sex lives.

As much as I have taught my listeners, I have also learned a lot about attitudes towards sexuality myself. Let’s discuss the top 10 things I have learned in 100 episodes!

1. Men want huge penises.

Not average. Not big. They want to be epic. I was helping men treat the root cause of Erectile Dysfunction and get harder erections that lasted longer. Many of them would ask if I could also make their penis bigger. I knew that men want big penises but I had no idea how big they really wanted to be, and how many men want to be bigger till I invented the BawaBig non-surgical penis enlargement procedure. Not only did my existing patients do a double take, my podcast listeners were astounded. I was shocked to see how many people started filling out the contact form on my website drsexfairy.com and traveling from all over the US and the world.

What shocked me even more was that once I made them bigger, they realized that they wanted to be even bigger! This was not surgical enlargement, and it was actually increasing the collagen in their penis and so, we could actually keep going! The final outcome was not just epic penises, I was watching these men transform into more confident individuals. Patients have said that I gave them BDE or Big Dick Energy. I released episodes titled “How to Get a Porn Star Penis,” “How to Get Big Dick Energy,” “Bigger, Harder, Longer,” and more.

BawaBig is not surgery. It is a safe, lunchtime procedure that can change a man’s life by making him happier with his appearance, help him in the bedroom and give him the swagger he never had before. I also discussed the double standard, the reverse sexism when it comes to men and penis size, and this scandalized many. I pointed out that no one judges women when they get breast implants, but men often face ridicule for wanting a bigger penis.

That is not OK, and I have said so openly. I have used this podcast to ask for a fair shake for men, and I do believe that men all over the world have found that empowering.

 2. People should learn how to be a better lover but they don’t often care.

Being a good lover is not just about physical technique. It is also about emotional connection, communication, and understanding your partner's desires and boundaries. Unfortunately, many people don't learn these skills, and instead rely on trial and error or porn to guide their sexual behavior. I often see couples who have been together for years but still struggle to communicate effectively about their sexual desires and needs.

Learning how to be a better lover is an ongoing process, and it involves being open to feedback, learning new techniques, and putting in the effort to make your partner feel loved and satisfied. I also do both virtual Zoom and in-office consultations. I do lives on my TikTok account @drsexfairy and my Instagram account @therealdrsexfairy. People also email me from all over the world. Their questions are usually focused on themselves. Very few people want to learn how to be better lovers. It doesn’t matter how big and hard your penis is, or how tight and wet your vagina is if you don’t think about how to please your partner. Sex is a team sport. You can’t ignore the needs of your lover and have great sex. It’s that simple.

3. People should learn more about the medical issues faced by the opposite sex but many are only interested in themselves.

An alarmingly large number of my patients and podcast listeners alike only listen to the episodes that directly discuss their sex. Most men only want to listen to the episodes that mention ED or penis size in the title, and most women only want to listen to episodes discussing female issues.

It's important to understand that men and women have different sexual anatomy, physiology, and hormonal profiles. As a result, they experience different sexual issues. For example, women may experience pain during sex, difficulty achieving orgasm, or vaginal dryness, while men may experience erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.

It is important to educate ourselves about the medical and psychological issues that our partners may face, in order to be supportive and understanding. You may think that your partner does not find you attractive or that they think that you’re not good in bed when the real problem is medical.

This may take reading up on sexual health, talking to a medical doctor or licensed sex therapist, or simply being open and communicative with your partner. The Dr. Sex Fairy Podcast is an excellent resource for men and women alike. You can learn about issues that affect you, and how to treat them, but you can also learn about what affects the opposite sex, and the resources available to treat those issues. The yin and the yang must co-exist for balance. Give a little, and you may be shocked to see how much you get in return.

4. Erectile Dysfunction does not have a one-size-fits-all solution but that’s what most men are looking for.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is a common sexual problem that affects millions and millions of men worldwide. It is important to recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all treatment for ED. The cause of ED can be physical, psychological, or a combination of both, and the treatment that works best for one person may not work for another.

As a sexual medicine expert, I always stress to my patients and listeners the importance of exploring the underlying cause of their ED, rather than just relying on a medication like Viagra as a quick fix. In many cases, ED can be a symptom of an underlying medical condition, such as high blood pressure or diabetes, or caused by the medications that treat these conditions. In other cases, it may be related to psychological factors such as anxiety or depression.

I have curated an incredible array of treatments for sexual transformation in men from BawaWave, my proprietary protocol for shockwave therapy, to BawaRF, my proprietary protocol for radiofrequency treatments to the BawaShot to my US made Dr. Sex Fairy supplements. That said, comprehensive treatment for ED often includes a combination of lifestyle changes, such as exercise and a healthy diet, as well as sex therapy and hormone therapy or a change in medication as needed. By addressing the root cause of the problem, we can often achieve more sustainable and effective results. So please stop asking me on TikTok lives how to treat your ED. How can I possibly answer that question without a thorough history? This isn’t a fast-food drive through. Real change takes more than a social media live or a Viagra or Cialis prescription.

5. A lot of young men are taking Viagra and gas station sex pills instead of seeing a sexual medicine expert and a sex therapist for their ED.

Yes, you heard me right. Young men suffer from ED too. It’s actually quite alarming when you realize that 2 out of every 10

20-somethings in a line up cannot perform in bed. Some suffer in silence, while some take gas station sex pills or buy generic Viagra from shady websites. The few that go see a family doctor tend to get blown off. They are either prescribed Viagra or Cialis or just told to give it time. Some young men take these medications recreationally and that’s a terrible idea given the potential side-effects.

I hear these stories all the time. Many of you have told me that when you heard me discuss this topic on the Dr. Sex Fairy Podcast, you realized what an injustice your doctor had done to you. I am truly relieved that this podcast is educating you on how to advocate for yourself.

If you are experiencing sexual problems, it is important to see a sexual medicine expert like me, as well as a licensed and certified sex therapist who can help you identify the underlying cause of your issue and develop a treatment plan that is safe and effective. This is especially true if you are older and experiencing ED.

6. Women need to stop faking orgasms.

Unfortunately, many women feel pressure to fake orgasms in order to please their partner or to conform to societal expectations of what sex should look like. However, this is detrimental to both partners, because he thinks that what he is doing is working great, and she is upset because she isn’t experiencing the pleasure she deserves. It creates a disconnect and undermines the intimacy and trust in the relationship. I dare say that your partner would rather know that what he is doing isn’t working than have you fake it. I knew that women faked it, but this podcast has showed me just how many do.

It is important for women to be honest about their sexual desires and needs, and to work with their partner to explore what feels good for both of them. By communicating openly about your preferences, you can create a more fulfilling and enjoyable sexual experience for both partners, and ultimately, a stronger relationship.

7. There are many women with a stronger sex drive than their male partner, and that is okay to admit.

It is a common misconception that men always have a stronger sex drive than women. There are many women who have a strong and healthy sex drive, and who enjoy sexual activity just as much as their male partners, if not more. It is important to recognize that sexual desire is not tied to gender, and that there is no "right" or "wrong" level of desire.

Sexual desire can be affected by a range of factors, including hormonal changes, stress, relationship dynamics, cultural norms, and individual preferences. It is important for people to communicate openly with their partner about their sexual desires and needs, and to work together to find a balance that works for both partners. You should also recognize that having a high sex drive or enjoying a range of sexual experiences does not make someone abnormal or unhealthy. As long as what you are doing is consensual and safe, there is nothing wrong with exploring and enjoying one's partner’s or one’s own sexuality. It is important for you to prioritize your own sexual health and wellbeing, and to feel empowered enough to communicate honestly in your sexual relationships.

8. Bad sex education leads to bad sex lives.

The more I have researched scientific journals and interviewed people while producing episodes, the more emails I have read, the more TikTok comments I have read, the more I know this to be true. One of the biggest challenges facing people around the world is the lack of comprehensive sex education. Many people receive little to no education about sexual health, pleasure, and intimacy. The ones that do receive sex education are taught the basics of STIs and birth control, and not much else. Sex is often taught as something to be scared of. In many cultures it is considered downright sinful unless it is done in pursuit of children.

9. People don't realize that there are treatments that can treat erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and multiple vaginal issues.

One of the most important things I've learned through my work as a sexual medicine expert, podcast host and viral TikToker is that very few people realize that there are many treatments available for a wide range of sexual health issues. Whether you're struggling with ED, premature ejaculation, vaginal dryness, painful sex, urinary leakage or a penis that is shrinking in size, I can help. People can be nasty about how it seems too good to be true. They don’t research the treatments, or call to schedule a consultation, and it is such a disservice to themselves. The ones that have taken the step to get help have found their lives transformed. I once had a patient tell me on this podcast that when she came to me she felt dead inside, and that after her vaginal treatments in my office she felt like she could live again. These are the incredible transformations that I live for.

10. Last but not least, I have learned that sex is still a dirty word, and that the field of sexual medicine does not get the respect it deserves.

Some people openly ask why I do what I do. I am routinely shadow banned on social media. That said, the tide is starting to turn. I have been the subject of two major stories by Insider. My patient success stories and the worldwide success of this podcast have been picked up by Yahoo News, The Daily Sun, and other news outlets around the world. I have done many TV interviews. I am also featured in the current May 2023 issue of Lifestyle Magazine and it says, “Her cutting edge medical approach to sexual rejuvenation and hit podcast has brought former ER physician Kanwal Bawa global renown – but it has taken more than pixie dust for Dr. Sex Fairy to soar.” This statement shows me that while the fight continues, there are people who understand and value the massive attitude shift and medical revolution I am bringing to the world of sexual medicine and wellness.
