Shina auditioned eight times for what would become her Broadway debut, the 2009 revival of West Side Story. Since then she's gone on to perform in a total of eight (soon to be nine!) Broadway shows, as she's currently in rehearsals for the revival of Spamalot. As a consummate triple threat, Shina knows what it's like to work hard as a performer. And now as a new mom, Shina is sharing with us how the transition to parenthood has been for her, how she and her husband came to the decision to start a family, and what getting back into the rehearsal room has been like while navigating motherhood, marriage, and her career. For all the parents out there, we salute you! This conversation is for you.
