Peoples opinions can kill you…here’s how.

Have you ever been in that big “decision-making” making stage but the mere idea of even saying what you are thinking about doing out loud seems difficult? I think we’ve all been there.
When I finally get brave enough to tell someone what I’m planning to do or to put it down on paper in black and white, I am truly at the beginning stages of that big shift. For me, this is a critical time to listen to myself and to what I need and NOT to listen to the opinions of others.
At this stage in decision-making, I don’t even want others to react to what I’m saying. I’m looking for the opportunity to say it out loud, to hear it spoken into the universe. What I’m looking for instead from them is their support or even just to acknowledge my situation. 
In this episode you’ll hear my friend Ann and I talk about how to set boundaries with those in our life and tell them how we want them to show up for us during this time. It may seem like a tough concept, but your soul will thank you.
