If you’ve been here for a while, you know this podcast has always been rooted in real conversations.

From the very beginning, Motherhood Intended was a space for the stories behind the highlight reel—centered around infertility, family building, and the journey to motherhood.

But life evolves… and so do we.

In this trailer episode, I’m sharing why this podcast is shifting, what this new season looks like, and what you can expect moving forward.

Welcome to Her Village—a space for real women, real stories, and honest conversations about the things we don’t always say out loud.

Whether you’re navigating motherhood, identity, relationships, growth, or everything in between… you’re not alone.

And you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

I’m so glad you’re here.

When Your Old Story Shifts

SPEAKER_00

What happens when the thing that once defined your story is no longer the whole story? When you fought so hard to become someone, and then one day, you realized you're still figuring out who you are now. If you've been here for a while, you know this podcast has always been real. From the very beginning, Motherhood Intended was a space for conversations behind the highlight reel. We talked about infertility, family building, the emotional weight of trying to become a mom, and everything that comes with that journey. And I meant every word of it. That season of this podcast and that season of my life was deeply real. It was vulnerable, it was heavy at times, and it was incredibly important to me. And if you've been here through that, I just want to say thank you. But here's the truth. My life has changed. The season I'm in has changed. And because of that, the conversations I feel called to have have changed too. I'm still a mom, I'm still shaped by everything it took to get here. But I'm also navigating so much more now. Identity, relationships, growth, business, what it means to feel like myself again, outside of just surviving or striving. So this podcast is evolving with me. I'd like to introduce you to the Her Village podcast. This is a space for real women, living real life in all of its complexity. Not just one chapter, not just one identity. You can absolutely still expect honesty. That's not going anywhere. But the conversations are expanding. Some episodes will be just me sharing what I'm navigating in real time, other episodes will be conversations with women. About motherhood, yes, but also about life, identity, relationships, growth, and everything in between. Because the truth is, we don't stop needing support, connection, or understanding just because we become moms. In a lot of ways, that's when a whole new layer begins. And one more change I want to mention, I'm moving away from structuring the podcast in seasons. Because honestly, life doesn't happen in neat little chapters. Instead, you can just expect weekly episodes, ongoing conversations that evolve as we do. This podcast is also part of something bigger I'm building. A space for real connection in real life. Not surface level, not performative, but the kind that actually makes you feel seen again. So whether you found me through infertility, or you're here for what comes next, you belong here. Welcome to her village.
