In this guided meditation, we slow down and make space to listen for God’s voice through the practice of Immanuel Journaling, inspired by Exodus 3:7–12. In this passage, God tells Moses that He has seen the suffering of His people, heard their cries, and is coming near to deliver them. It’s a powerful reminder that God sees us, hears us, and invites us into conversation with Him.

During this episode, I will gently guide you through a series of reflective prompts to help you engage with God through journaling and prayer. You may want to grab a journal and something to write with so you can record what comes to mind as you listen. If writing isn’t possible, simply stay open and attentive to what God might want to bring to your heart.

There’s no pressure to do this perfectly. The goal is simply to slow down, become aware of God’s presence, and respond honestly to Him.

Find a quiet space, take a deep breath, and let’s begin a conversation with the God who sees you, hears you, and is with you.
