Jose Chaires grew up playing soccer but found his true passion for football in his junior year of high school. After battling an injury, his coach inspired him to elevate his game to the next level. 

In this episode, Jose shares his experiences with mentorship from Coach Blankenship, the importance of mental health, NIL as an opportunity for networking, and his rewarding experiences giving back to the Ronald McDonald charity with his teammates in Columbus, Ohio.
