73. What Your Admin Should Do While You Take a Break

Between Christmas and New Year, we don’t tend to get many enquiries for the practice. So, what should your admin team be doing?
There are a number of things that you can ask them to do, which take advantage of the quieter times and set up the year ahead.

- Sending the email about raising fees
- Making sure all GP letters are up to date
- Checking your consent forms regarding the new Code of Conduct
- Getting cyber insurance and protecting your data
- Archiving closed client files
- Updating diaries with holidays, opening hours and professional development
