Domestic violence can happen to anyone. Our lives changed in November 2021, and this is our story of rebuilding and coming out stronger and better than before. Secrets that were kept hidden for years, come to light in hopes to help others and provide insight. Something we didn't have when it came to these topics we discuss. In episode five, Bria and Krista talk about the conversation about filing for divorce, how her soon to be ex, reacted and the reason she followed through with filing. The process of filing for protective orders as well are discussed and how they had to be very cautious in regards to that and make sure all steps with perfected in a sticky situation. Each Monday there will be a new episode at 5 a.m. central time filled with more of the story, helpful information to have, as well as tips and tricks that you might find useful in your own journey or someone who is going through this as well.
