It is May, so that means Celiac Awareness Month! Living Gluten-Free is a necessity for those of us with Celiac disease. Food is a common ground and a need for us all. For me, as a Chef, it is my love language. Living with a condition that forces you to be on a special diet doesn't change this. If anything, it makes us rise to the occasion to enjoy every bite more than the last. Our tastes and diet needs are as diverse as our individual stories.
