My daily routine for productivity as a full-time business owner
Jan 16, 2024 Season 1 Episode 38
Michaela Fong - Small Business Marketing Strategist

I used to try all different productivity hacks, but nothing seemed to stick. I wasn’t aware of this ONE thing. Or I was too stubborn to admit it.

The more productive I tried to be, the more exhausted I was, and I wasn’t getting much more done. I was irritable, and simple tasks would take me longer.

That was until I stopped treating myself as a machine. I realised that how productive my days are often depends on how well I am prepared for that day before it starts.

In this episode, I dive into my daily productivity routine as a full-time business owner.

I am going to walk you through from start to finish how my days look like, how I plan my days, how I prioritise tasks through my days, the productivity start routine for the day, how I work through my work blocks and my work shut-down practice for days that prepare me for the next day.

If you find yourself unproductive, you can test out a thing or two from my systems!

In this episode, we will cover:

  • the ONE realisation that changed my approach to productivity forever
  • breakdown of my daily routine as a multi-six-figure business owner
  • how I plan for productive days ahead
  • 5-minute ritual to boost productivity in your work blocks that work for me
  • actionable tips you can try to boost your productivity today
