We started this podcast because we both found that we had very busy lives and we weren't speaking to each other enough. When we did talk, it was always about camping. By putting a podcast episode out every week we make sure we keep in touch. It's as simple as that.

This week Ade and Tim have been joined by Huw Thomas. Huw is an experienced Arctic camper, having been on numerous solo expeditions to Greenland. Huw has also been involved in scientific research, which has seen him leading groups into the Greenland wilderness on more than one "wild goose chase".
Ade and Tim discuss with Huw how he started on this journey, how he prepares for each expedition, the equipment he uses and, most importantly, what he learns from each time he steps into the Arctic wilderness.
Huw gives some top tips and shows that such wild places are not beyond the reach of even the casual camper. Maybe this episode will inspire you, and your next adventure will take you further than you ever thought possible.
