The Masterclass will complement our English sessions and will be held every Tuesday at 7 pm Eastern Time, starting February 6th. I am going to be adding to the free group coaching that I do live. Every Thursday at 7pm. I go live on Instagram If you haven't checked it out, please do and we discuss different topics that are relatable to you. It enables you to understand yourself better and help you become better version of yourself, the best version of yourself possible, and that helps you, and it also helps you to be a better person for those people who are important to you, who matter the most. So I'm going to be doing this the masterclass in Spanish, in my native language, which I'm going to switch now, in a minute, but I want to make sure that you in the community here, you know about it and you join us live If you are available. You already know that I do the Masterclass in English. I've been doing it for more than two years. I do it on Tuesdays, except when I've had an emergency situation. I haven't done it for a long time, thank God, but I'm there on Tuesdays at 7 pm. I'm there offering tools, techniques, talking about my personal life, how I've overcome myself and I've been cheated right, and how I, as a social worker and also a life coach, having my Master's in Social Worker, working in mental health for more than 30 years and becoming a leader in my communities, right, but especially in my Latin community. So what's exciting is being able to speak in my native language, although I speak English in Spanish and sometimes I cross, because that's what happens. Right, I'm a celebrity, I'm bilingual. I'm not perfect in both, but it's my native language and really, when I express myself in Spanish, I also feel like an electricity in my body very different from when I speak English, which I'm also very passionate about, but in Spanish I feel so connected, right, and I'm going to be able to do these Masterclasses in these classes in Spanish and free of charge, on Tuesdays, starting February 6th. Don't forget, give me the support, please. It's not that they decide to come if they're coming to the Masterclass on Thursday, but look, if they're bilingual and they speak both, they have two opportunities to see me spend an free time and me giving them coaching is phenomenal. But if you've been thinking, oh, I liked it that Smiley had classes in Spanish, this is your moment, this is your moment. Or, if you know someone who wanted to I know I have people who have told me look, smiley, I listen to your podcast and I also go to your classes on Thursdays, which is in English. But I have people who would like it, but in reality, you do it in English and they don't know the language. So it's perfect to be able to invite those people.

Febrero 6 estoy tan emocionada y este mede febrero vienen muchas noticias en smiley empowerment en esta comunidad, tanto como el mes de febrero, que es el mes de el amor. Verdad, no lo había dicho en inglés cuando lo acabé de decir, de expresar solo voy a decir en unos momentos inglés, pero es el momento. Verdad, en febrero siempre estamos celebrando el amor, verdad, la amistad, pero qué mejor de celebrarte también el amor propio, que es tan importante? Y smiley empowerment siempre está hablando de eso, de la del amor propio, porque cuando nos queremos en una manera saludable y podemos aprender más de nuestra propia personalidad, de qué son las cosas que nos nos hace sentir no importante a veces, cuando no nos sentimos valiosos, cuando no nos sentimos personas que pueden alcanzar el trunfo, porque quizá estamos muy encerrado en nuestras mentes, tenemos limitaciones, pensamientos que nos limitan, y son pensamientos muchas veces, que lo hemos aprendido de la desde la niñez y lo hemos aprendido a base de cosas que no hemos superado. Y entonces tenemos estas creencias de limitación que no nos deja expandirnos como personas, como seres humanos.

Fuimos creado para para hacer cosas grandiosamente y cuando hablo grandiosamente no tiene que ser un espectáculo grande, pero cosas significantes en tu vida, porque a veces estamos estancado en la motonía del trabajo, la motonía de ciertas rutinas que tenemos, que no nos lleva o no nos conduce a lo, a lo que nosotros queremos y los deseos que tenemos en nuestros corazones.

A veces nos quedamos como en un viaje de fantasía, no de decir oh yo, algún día, quizás, pero nunca llega, porque nunca lo hacemos realidad. Entonces estas clases que yo doy gratis los jueves a las siete en inglés y ahora, a partir de febrero, seis los martes a las siete en español, son es una hora que estamos realmente hablando de estos temas, verdad que nos ayudan al crecimiento personal y cada vez les estoy brindando, ustedes, herramientas, verdad, técnicas, prácticas para ayudarlos a ustedes en esa área específica, especialmente mi mujer, la mujer mujer es latina, verdad y toco temas que son diversos y relacionables, para que tú puedas aprender más de ti, para que también puedas quizás entender al próximo también. A veces tenemos una amiga que no la no. Nosotros tenemos la compasión o la paciencia y con alguno de los temas que yo toco y las herramientas y la técnica y en la comunidad, las personas que también expresan sus experiencias, expresan en esa hora también hacen preguntas que quizás tú tenías y no no era muy tímida para preguntar. También personas que dan testimonio de su vida, de las cosas que ellos han podido superar. So, la comunidad está creciendo y estoy tan orgullosa tanto de la comunidad que tengo aquí en el parcast y también en las plataformas que tengo.

Tengo el TikTok, el Instagram, el YouTube también no tenga en existencia, pero no le he puesto muchas, muchos videos y eso viene en este año a poner más. Lo que pasa es que uno a veces quiere hacer tanto y es mucho. Y lo que yo, lo que yo le expreso a ustedes y que le digo de cómo ayudarse y estar no tan agobiado con uno mismo, yo también me lo aplico. So, en todo esto estas plataformas y en los proyectos que tengo para el 2020-2024, tengo que ver cómo lo hago poco a poco. So I am so excited because I just shared a lot of information in Spanish and I wanted to share that.

One nugget that I missed out when I was speaking at the introduction in English was that February Smiley and Powerman here in our community, both in the podcast and the other platforms and the Instagram and the TikTok, and also in YouTube, for the month of February and in the year of 2024, but it's specifically the month of February we're going to be really here as a community. I'm going to be announcing special projects and one of the projects I just announced it and I just shared it in Spanish which is doing the free masterclass on Instagram, smiley and Powerman on Tuesdays, starting February 6th, plugging it in again at 7pm Eastern time. I did share in Spanish just a few minutes ago, saying that it's important for us to write, to embrace ourselves and to take the month of February, which we know it as here in the United States and in other countries too, they might practice this, but we celebrate February 14th as symbolically, as a day of celebrating love, and not only romantic love, but the love of friendship. We call them Galantine and I want to push it a step further and make it even popular to celebrate self-love. So, as we're celebrating self-love, I want you to embrace how are you loving yourself, how are you taking care of yourself in every aspect of your life physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and, with Smiley and Powerman, with our community.

Right, I was born in Puerto Rico, my parents are both Puerto Ricans and I was raised here in Brooklyn and I lived in Puerto Rico, in Puerto Rico for a year or so and went to school there and I just love my, my country.
