I have broken my goals down into work, family, and self-care as I try to find the ultimate balance, not an easy task as a Mumpreneur, I know!
I decided to go back to my roots for this episode by following the format of my early episodes, and today's segment will be on de-influencing 10 so-called newborn 'essentials'.
