A lot has happened in the past few weeks: Mel is flicking positivity at people, the division president knows about all the issues in the sore, the HR manager is told to spend all his time working on the issues for Mel's store, Mel wrote 9 pages of statements to HR, associates are threatening Jess, Mel pays for lunch when I tell her not to, the stare down, Anna just wants a gold sticker, PTO is approved then declined then approved again, 300 hours cut from the schedule Christmas week and they still won't give Mel time off, Mel can't foresee the future, Fred might be suspended, all the managers offices are cleared out, you had one job Chuck!, Bad references who cares, more associates are going off on Jess, stepping down means management can't tell you what to do, taking brakes on pallets, Mel blew her cover, Carley wants to sue the associates, and a new competitor comes to town and is trying to take everyone.
