This will be episode one of season two. Short and sweet, but the topic of retention and employee departure is how I wanted to start off the new year. I also discuss future episodes and content. I will be having a lot of guests for season two. I made it a point to listen to you guys, and episodes with guests were by far the favorites of all of season one. Looking forward to what season two will bring, and thank you for listening.
