Mac Rollins (host) began his law enforcement career in 2010 in Northern California. He is currently assigned to his agencies Detectives Bureau. The Zen Cop Podcast focuses on topics ranging from mental health, problems in policing and agency practice, to other relevant issues facing all walks of life and careers fields.

Meagan is retired deputy from the San Bernadino County Sheriff's Department. Her retirement ultimately stemmed from an officer involved shooting where life and death hung in the balance. Since her retirement, she has become an advocate for criminal justice reformation and also mental health within the law enforcement community.
