Marlon is a retired Sergeant from the Los Angeles Police Department. In his 25+ years with the LAPD, he worked a variety of assignments as an Officer and supervisor including Internal Affairs (yes, he knows I recorded him). Marlon is the host of the "Internal Affairs a Police Podcast" and also an instructor for the Savage Training Group. In this episode we dive into the importance of IA doing its job properly, and how all it takes is one bad apple to ruin the bunch. We also discuss the challenges California is currently facing and what the future looks like for policing in America.
