On todays episode I am so happy to bring you Megan Schenck the Broker/Owner of Three Lagoons Realty, based in North County San Diego, working in the Carlsbad, Oceanside and North San Diego coastal markets. She graduated from San Diego State University and has lived in San Diego the last 20 years. Megan started her real estate career in new home sales and opened her brokerage, Three Lagoons Realty in 2012. Today we will chat about her transition for New Construction Sales to jumping head first into launching her own Brokerage. She has a wonderful team that all compliment each other to best serve their clients. Like me you will be inspired by all Megan does to be involved in her local Carlsbad community and very active in the school system. She is married to Drew, the love of her life, and has two boys, Reid and Wesley and her Boston Terrier Sydney.
