Rooted in Creativity, Built on Faith: The Women Behind Good Dirt Pottery

Rae Pardini Matson Season 1

This week on Coffee Monday, we’re getting our hands a little messy—in the best way—with the inspiring trio behind Good Dirt Pottery Studio and Good Dirt Collective. Co-founders Jorden Collins, Christy Manning, and Kasey Jackson join Rae to talk about the heart, hustle, and healing behind their community-driven creative space.

From mission trips in Kenya to motherhood and ministry, each woman brings her own story and strength to the studio. Together, they’ve built more than just a pottery business—they’ve created a safe, joyful space where women, teens, and families can slow down, tap into their creativity, and reconnect with purpose.

We talk about what it means to work in a way that fills your cup (literally and figuratively), how they support one another as co-founders and friends, and the beautiful, sometimes messy process of building something with meaning. Plus, we dive into how the community can get involved, whether it’s by taking a class, hosting an event, or simply cheering them on.

Come for the clay, stay for the conversation. This one’s full of heart, purpose, and a little dirt under the nails.
