Speaker 1:

Welcome, beautiful soul. This is your time. We've been here today having a moment to be in a calm and you're happy yourself. You're already getting into a comfortable position, either sitting down or lying down, breathing in through your nose before counts Open your mouth and exhaling out through your mouth before. Imagine bringing in feelings of calm, serenity. Inhale, and when you're exhaling you can feel those feelings that a dog was serving. Letting that go. You're feeling the sensations in your body. Notice the breath low, coming in with the inhalation Slowly exhaling. Notice what's happening to your body Ophany, the inhalation Slowly melting into the ground as you exhale, sinking deeper and deeper into the ground. Breathing in through the nose O3, exhaling up with the nose Sinking deeper and deeper into that cushion. Moo, moo, moo, ok. So the rasp. The right hand is her right hand, which will go? 一stinger find she is Imagining breathing, feeling your arm feeling grounded, feeling calm as you inhale, when you exhale. Just let it go off, those feelings that are just no longer serving you. You are a knight, you are grounded.
