Speaker 1:

I'm Even my most awesome friends. This is Daphne Walter, and welcome back to Another exciting episode of mompreneur. Like a rock star now I'm already Calling it an exciting episode because I have no idea where this episode is going to go. The title of this is prioritizing wellness as a mompreneur and let me give you a little bit of a backstory of Kind of what's been going on the last month and a half. So, if you've noticed, I've not recorded a podcast since like the middle of October, so it's been quite some time. But if I'm following suit to the title of the podcast of prioritizing wellness, that is exactly what I have needed to do over these last couple of months and honestly, it's it's why it's taken me so long to get this podcast recorded. Quite honestly, it's been written all the notes that you know the dialogue, the content.

Speaker 1:

I have had this done and dialed in for a good couple of weeks talking about, you know, the wellness, but things have been coming up with my own Personal wellness journey. I guess you want to call it that's the right word for it. So today is going to be very laid-back. It's going to be very casual. I've got my coffee next to me so you might even hear me sipping on, you know, some iced coffee. I haven't had iced coffee in over two weeks, you guys, but today was one of those days where coffee called. So let's get started. Like I said, I've had this written out. I'm not going to follow, I'm not going to follow my notes. We're just going to talk, mompreneur to mompreneur, just about wellness. At the end of the episode, I'm going to share with you A wellness guy that I created, actually created a few years ago, um, and then I went out and I kind of diced it up for you guys A few weeks back and just it is exciting. So, yes, this is going to be an exciting episode. So let's go ahead and get started, because Y'all know I like to quote Other influencers, and tony robbins is one of my faves, and I think it was tony that said A healthy person has many goals, an unhealthy person has just one. Hmm, am I right? Let's talk about that.

Speaker 1:

Let's explore the importance of health and wellness, specifically when it comes to a mompreneur, because I know you're all going to agree with me when I say that entrepreneurship is rewarding like this is. Of all the jobs that I've had, by far, this one blows Rewarding Out of the water. I mean the fact that you can create your your own life by being an entrepreneur your own schedule, your own goals, your own income, just your own lifestyle. I the reward part of it. That's an understatement. I could not imagine what the last 20 years of my life Would have looked like had I not been doing what I've been doing. I could not even imagine everything that I would have missed out on had I not been an entrepreneur. But as rewarding as it is, it's freaking demanding, it's hard, and for mompreneurs that challenge doubles because you're not just trying to to manage a business and figure the fuck out right, figure it all out. You're also managing a household. You know I've got the kids, I got the husband, I've got all the animals and you know just everything else that comes with being a mompreneur. And there is an integral role that your health will play In your productivity and your mindset that sometimes we're guilty of it the daily hustle can overshadow the essential acts of wellness. So, like I said, before we get started, I kind of want to give you guys a little walk down Daffining lane here of what's been going on the last couple of months when it comes to to wellness and just why it is so freaking important To go and get your wellness checks done.

Speaker 1:

Because when I was young, when I was in my early 20s, I wasn't following up with all the doctors appointments or worried about a certain eight that I had. You know, I was 20. I was Indestructible. Live in life on my terms. Rolling through this is so funny. Rolling through the McDonald's drive-thru this used to be my signature. Anytime I'd go for like lunch or dinner, I would get a two cheeseburger meal. I think it's like a number 10. I got so sad I remember that I think it's like the number 10 a two cheeseburger meal. And then I would get chicken nuggets on this side. No shit, I mean that that was how much food Crap that I would eat.

Speaker 1:

So, like I said, back in my 20s, health and wellness was not top of mind, and so I would say when I got started with my network marketing business almost 13 years ago, that's really when things had to change for me, because that was the whole goal of getting started with my business. I didn't start network marketing to do a business. I jumped into network marketing because of the products that I was using that were for my health and wellness. I jumped into Beachbody because I was trying to lose baby weight. I was trying to get rid of the brain fog. I wanted my postpartum depression gone. I wanted to be able to run up the stairs with my kids and not be so winded that I'd have to drop to the ground to even catch my breath. So fast forward.

Speaker 1:

And here I just turned 47 last month and wellness to this day plays a huge part. It's like the older I get, the bigger the part that it plays right, because these days we have to take a little ache and pain a little bit more serious If we feel that our body is not in alignment or a little off. Those are not things that we can overlook and we really shouldn't be overlooking them in our 20s either. But I figure you know back then the type of lifestyle I was leading. I warranted having aches and pains. These days I'm not at extreme, so you know I shouldn't be feeling the way that I feel sometimes.

Speaker 1:

But I would say that the podcast, this podcast episode number six it has come at the perfect time. You could say it because it is a great reminder of just how important that prioritizing our wellness is, and I'm just gonna keep repeating it and thank goodness that I did take the time these last couple of months. So you know, in the back of my mind I'm like, oh gosh, I haven't recorded my podcast. I haven't recorded my podcast and I have felt stressed out and guilty over it, but I had to remind myself that I'm prioritizing that is a huge keyword right there prioritizing my wellness. So if it meant that I didn't put out my newsletter in time, but here I'm going and I'm getting my mammograms and my colonoscopies and all my blood work and x-rays and stuff that I needed to get done this month, that's fine and I shouldn't feel guilty about that, because I can guarantee everybody else can wait.

Speaker 1:

People aren't sitting behind their computers going. Daphne has not sent out her newsletter today. She said she was gonna send it out on the first of every single month and I'm waiting around for this newsletter that is not hitting my inbox. No, that kind of shit is not. I would love for you guys to be literally like cringe, like waiting right On the edge of your seats, like waiting for it, but that's just, it's not happening. The reality is my body breaking down a little bit. That is what was happening at the time. So that's really what I had to take care of, that's what I had to prioritize.

Speaker 1:

And although this I'm going completely off-lib here with all of my notes and stuff that I wanted to share, I felt like this was important too, because a month and a half ago, when I sat down to write the content for this podcast, I hadn't gone through all the health challenges and things that I just went through in the last few weeks. I mean, I just found out a week ago that I have a heart murmur. So there's one more thing that I got to get started on and go get checked out and things like that. But had I not gone to one appointment that led me to another appointment that led me to a consult where they found that I possibly had a heart murmur, and they got referred back to my doctor? Had I not been staying up on all these wellness checks, I wouldn't have known any of this.

Speaker 1:

So, anyways, like I said, today is a new day. I feel like finally I have the right energy to talk about what I've been wanting to share with you guys. You know, a couple of weeks ago, when I was sitting down and writing this, I'm like this is kind of basic stuff, like I'm hoping that most people get the basics of wellness and kind of what it means to take care of yourself. But surprisingly, a lot of people don't, especially when we embark on an entrepreneurship journey, because when you're an entrepreneur, you're nonstop. You feel guilty, like even me. I felt guilty that I wasn't getting things done by the deadlines that I needed to get done, when I knew that those things didn't even matter At the end of the day, if I'm having health problems, it doesn't matter if my Instagram posts, you know, is getting a certain amount of the hits or whatever. Like I said, I'm totally just making things up out of the air at this point, but I just wanted to share with you that sometimes it's okay to go off track if it means that you're getting on track somewhere else, and so that's just part of being well as well. I guess you could say so.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, let's just talk about wellness. Let's first define wellness. Like what does it mean to have good health or be healthy? Well, the first thing that I want you to understand and let me just take the sip of my coffee as I'm trying to talk to you about being healthy, right? Well, the first thing I want you to understand wellness is not a number and it's not about being skinny and it's not about a physical appearance. That might be a little part of it, because we all want to look good, right, but wellness is a feeling. It's how you carry yourself, it's your energy and your happiness and your ability to overcome challenges.

Speaker 1:

Wellness, it's your love for yourself, and wellness is made up of your habits. It's what you choose to do consistently. And I want to emphasize the word consistently, because being healthy isn't about being perfect with your habits or having the best self-control. Eat the damn piece of cake if you want a piece of cake. You just aren't having it every single night. So that's why I say it's the habits that you choose to do consistently. I'm consistent with my good habits pretty well Every once in a while. Do I have my bad habits? Yeah, absolutely, but I wouldn't call it a bad habit because it's not something I'm consistently doing.

Speaker 1:

The other day when was it, I don't even know what the day was I wanted a banana split. I don't rarely, rarely, eat desserts, but something was like I want a banana split. I ate the freaking banana split. It was so good. Now, I probably won't have one for a long, long time again, but it was so good I didn't feel guilty about it. Even while I was eating it I was like gosh. I haven't had one of these in a really long time and it just tasted good. So if you want the banana split or the cake, have it. Wellness isn't about that.

Speaker 1:

So let's really talk about the four basic habits that make up your wellness or your healthy lifestyle. I should say, and, as I mentioned, most of these are. They're all pretty common knowledge, unless you're that 22 year old me that really just again went through the McDonald's drive-through every day and thought she could eat whatever she wanted. And you know, just get along with her day and not ever affect her. That just doesn't happen anymore. So let's talk about those four, the four nutrition, exercise, sleep and your circle. Now, your circle is who you surround yourself with, and I've talked about this on many episodes, like who you surround yourself with, getting a mentor being a part of, you know, accountability groups, things like that. So, with these four basic habits, as I mentioned, they're not rocket science but surprisingly, the people that I speak to the other mom pernures that I'm, you know, on daily conversation, in daily conversations with most of them, ignore these habits because they are so simple. They are so basic.

Speaker 1:

It's easy to dismiss your nutrition, it's easy to not wanting to work out that day, it's easy to stay up late and, you know, not get that right amount of sleep and it's easy to hang out with the people that maybe aren't the best influence for us. So, like I said, it's not gonna be rocket science, but I hope you learn something new here today. And I've always said fitness is my business and it is, and it's not because I'm trying to look a certain way or be a certain size. Being fit, your overall wellness, like I said earlier, it's a feeling, it's how you feel, it's the energy you have and how quick that your brain fires. It's your magic that makes things happen. When you are well, when your health is just on par, when you are just fit all around and all aspects of your life, how fucking awesome do you feel? Like you just feel like you could do anything. Being fit, like I said, it's the magic to make things happen.

Speaker 1:

So each of these four habits we're gonna talk about because they each of them, I should say make a connection between good health and success. Like I just mentioned, when you're leading a healthy lifestyle, your success, your life satisfaction, it increases because you have more energy, you're less stressed, you have more ability to focus on tasks much easier. You'll find too that when your wellness is up there, when it is good, your mental clarity is sharper and it's easier for you to problem solve and make decisions. And I know this all too well because there are so many times that I've walked in my office and I've just sat at my desk and I'm like trying to decide what do I do, what problem do I need to solve, what content do I need to create? And I'll literally just sit there staring at my screen, just struggling, and I'll have to think to myself okay, daphne, what's going on here? Okay, what did you have for lunch? Did you have a side salad, or did you have some french fries with lots of salt? How much sleep did you get last night?

Speaker 1:

And it might sound crazy that actually do ask myself these questions, but sometimes I have to go back and almost journal my habits, because it's not normal to feel like shit. You shouldn't feel like crap all the time, you shouldn't be stressed out all the time, you shouldn't be tired all the time. And if you are, you need to figure out why. So I'll start asking myself what habits have I been doing lately, what habits have I been consistent or not consistent with lately? Because your habits are good and bad and your good and bad habits will cause good and bad results. Perfect example Things like poor sleep or foods that are high in sugar. They cause stress, and stress is known to literally kill your brain cells. So I mentioned earlier I just turned 47 in November and I don't know if you guys remember the commercial.

Speaker 1:

It was a dad talking to his kid about drugs and he'd have a frying pan and he had an egg and he would say you know, this is your brain, which is the egg. And then you'd have the hot frying pan and he'd crack the egg into the frying pan and he'd say and this is your brain on drugs, and you see the egg just sizzling right. Well, replace drugs with an unhealthy diet, because it's pretty much the same thing and that's the same results you're gonna get when you take your brain and you feed it bad food. That's the same sizzle as basically giving it drugs. That is how much of an effect that food, that nutrition, has on you. Nutrition and success are so deeply connected because without that proper nutrition, your mental health will severely be affected. It literally will be that egg frying in the frying pan, and I know as a coach Over the years.

Speaker 1:

The top three excuses that I've heard as why people Can't eat healthier or don't want to eat healthier is Healthy food costs too much, especially these days. I can actually, I can actually probably get on board with that one these days, but my kids won't eat the same thing as me. I heard that all the time, or I simply don't have time to make healthy meals. Well, guess what? I'm in the same boat as all y'all. I'm an entrepreneur, I'm a mom and I am responsible for about 1400 different things every single day. So I get it, but I also know the consequences of going through a drive-through or skipping meals or overindulging the things that I shouldn't. So to help kind of negate some of those excuses, let me give you three things that you can do that's easy and cost-effective when it comes to fueling your body with proper nutrition.

Speaker 1:

The first thing is focus on foods that come right from the ground. This is where you're gonna get the most nutrients. So your fruits, your veggies, mushrooms, nuts, as they say. You know, choose to eat foods of all different colors. Eat from the rainbow, as they say, because this is gonna ensure that you're getting all the proper nutrients in their best state and, as I mentioned, if times an issue for you, then it's easier to focus on the foods that are raw. I mean, broccoli is one of my most favorite things, so things like celery, carrots, different fruits, most of vegetables you you don't even need to cook them. Honestly, when you cook vegetables, you're cooking the nutrients out of them. So if you're short on time, find things that you can have that are best to eat raw, and you're probably going.

Speaker 1:

I Hate to eat vegetables and, trust me, I'm an adult that loves these days to eat Brussels sprouts and asparagus and fennel. You probably just went with the fuck is fennel, because someone did actually ask me that the other day. What is this? But over the years, I've I've just learned to try new things in different ways to prepare them so that I will like them, and when you going back to it, when you love yourself enough, you're gonna eat the vegetables. Don't say things like I don't like them, because that's an excuse that my kids make and you're no longer a child.

Speaker 1:

Okay, and the third tip that I want to give you when it comes to nutrition is to opt for lean protein, so anything that Packages well how should I say like packages are labeled. You can see which ones are healthier, so it'll show you like what percentage of you know fats are in it, things like that. I personally try not to eat a ton of red meat these days. I'm cutting back on it a little bit, but when I do, I like to choose things like bison, because it's gonna be super lean. Otherwise, I'll choose mostly turkey based products Because the leaner proteins are gonna help you stay full or longer, so you're not attempted to snack and go out and choose those unhealthier foods and Think about the money You'll save when you're not constantly going back to the pantry four or five times a day because you're constantly hungry. So when you're eating the right food and you're fueling yourself, that's when you're not going back and eating all those snacks and that's when the money starts to add up.

Speaker 1:

When people say, oh, eating healthy costs too much money. No, it doesn't. It's all the extra chips and garbage that you're throwing into your shopping cart that adds up. That costs too much money. Okay, so we've covered some of the basics and nutrition. Like I said, this isn't like I just handed you a golden key to to feeling better and doing better. This is kind of the stuff that you should probably already know, but maybe it was a good reminder that now's the time to maybe change up your diet and clean things up a bit, just to see if it won't affect how you feel, especially if you've been feeling a little. You know, just slow to go these days.

Speaker 1:

So, as I mentioned the second thing and if you know anything about me and most of you do by now I'm all about moving your body. Movement is the fountain of youth. You will take for granted your ability to move until you are not able to move anymore. And once again, trust me on this one. I'm currently dealing with some things on my right side of my body that is causing some immobility. Like well, I won't share. I was gonna almost share some TMI with you, but I'm not. I'm not even gonna go there today. Let's just say that this 47 year old body feels like a 60-something year old woman at this point.

Speaker 1:

But, aside from avoiding just like stiffening up and getting old, movement isn't just good for your body. It is good for your brain. When you move your body, it boost energy levels. I mean, did you know that a 20 minute walk can give you the same amount of energy boost as as drinking a cup of coffee? So I don't know about you. Well, I do love my coffee. I'm drinking some coffee right now, but when it's a nice crisp day outside, I also like to go for a nice little 20 minute walk to just to get my Blood flowing and the energy levels up. Because when we get moving, we're not just burning calories.

Speaker 1:

You know a lot of people any time you talk about exercise or movement, it's just immediately looked upon as negative, like oh I gotta work out. Oh I gotta sweat, oh I gotta get on a treadmill. No, you don't go for a nice walk, you know. Find other ways to move your body. Moving your body burns away Stress and negativity, in addition to those unwanted calories. It also paves the way for clarity and peace of mind, and who doesn't want that, especially this time of year?

Speaker 1:

I think this is Kind of where I personally have been missing the mark lately. Like I just said, my body's stiffening up, I'm just. I'm feeling real old on my right side these days, now left side. It's funny, I'm in one body, like I have a shell of a body, but if I took a line Straight down the middle and separated my left for my right side, it is like two totally different humans. It's insane. But I think what's been happening is I myself I haven't even been moving my body that much lately, I mean with the change in the weather, and then just all the the time away from the home and doing all these Wellness checks in addition to my own wellness, like I mentioned, you guys, we have five dogs and eight cats, so at some point one of them is always hurt, always sick, always needing a Surgery, a cleaning, like my dog. Right now one of my dogs is at the vet getting fixed a microchip and and all that. So something is always going on. So I think I've been neglecting my own Movement and that's part of why I've been feeling that way myself.

Speaker 1:

So again, just a reminder if you feel like you know, matter what age you are, you don't have to be older or aging Just to know that your body just needs to get up and move. Sometimes, you know, and even if you don't have 20 minutes, just standing up from your desk and doing a couple stretches, hearing your body kind of twist and crack and pop. There's just something very enlightening about that, because when I am moving my body, I don't know. There's just I know I'm less anxious, I'm less stressed and, like I just mentioned, stress will kill brain cells. So anytime you feel yourself just feeling kind of a little stressed out, find a way Just to get your body moving. It's the best way that I can can say that and not just like a lulley gag up and down the driveway like do something that Really get your heart rate up. And if you can shoot for those 20 minutes, if you got five minutes, great, 10 minutes great, but if you can shoot for 20 minutes, that would be ideal.

Speaker 1:

Because when you are good with your physical health it is much easier to stay productive in the other areas of your life, like your relationships. I mean, sometimes we don't even relate things that are going on outside of our business to things Within our control. Now, that did not make sense how I just said that. So let me, let me kind of repeat I'm trying to look in the air and think about how I want to say this. So If things are off with your relationships. So say, maybe you and your spouse have just been kind of Bickering for a little while or you just feel like you and your kids just there's just a little bit of disconnect right now, you know, in the parenting role.

Speaker 1:

Just go back to the the first two things that I just spoke about. First, how's your nutrition? That's always the first thing, because that's always going to be the first. And the second thing is when was the last time you got up and just moved your body? You know, if you feel yourself being a little angry these days or a little short with your patient these days, maybe you just need to get up and, you know, go for a little bike ride or you know, like I said, just stand up and stretch at your desk for a little while. Just think about how much better that you will feel in all areas of your life If you just aren't slumping and spilling sluggish right when you feel your best and you look your best. You are at your best in all your roles.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so we talked about the nutrition. We talked about the movement. I also want to talk about Rest and stress, because as much as I want you to move your body. You have to also rest your body as well, and I love to move and it's hard for me to slow down, but I have to know when to stop and not that you always have to just come to a complete halt. Sometimes it is just a matter of just dialing it down a bit. But it's super important that you are getting enough rest and sleep and relaxation, because that is going to be essential for your good health and your success. Let me give you some three pointers here. Sleep can make you healthier by lowering your blood pressure. Sleep promotes good physical activity and sleep helps your brain work better and be healthier by increasing the production of good chemicals that regulate moods.

Speaker 1:

Now, I think most of my listening audiences if I'm right, I think all y'all age range is probably about 25 to 65 years old. So that means that all of us because we're all in that range here we need about seven to nine hours of sleep. That's the recommended amount of sleep for our age group. Now, some days, knowing your body, listening to your body, you might need more or you might need less. There's some days where I'm like I do not want to be laying in bed right now. Not that I like got things to do, but just sometimes I just don't want to be in bed, because if I'm not tired and I'm still like laying in the bed, my body just kind of it starts to sink into that energy and then I really do start to become tired and then my whole day is thrown off and I just feel like I just can't, I just can't catch my wind, and that's when I know that I've probably gotten too much sleep or I'm overly tired. So, like I said, the best thing just pay attention to your sleep patterns, your quality of sleep, which again will lead right back to nutrition and exercise. See how this kind of goes all full circle here, because when all those things are good and all those things are on track, your sleep will improve drastically.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I keep saying I only want to do like 20 minute podcast, and that's just not happening these days because I got one more section I want to talk about with you guys, and that last part. It's the part where I said your circle, the people that you surround yourself with, will make a huge, dramatic impact on your wellness. It can either help or it will hurt you. So what I wanted to reference and say about how important that your circle is to wellness is finding people who genuinely make you feel good about who you are. I mean, I've tried to put myself into places and tried to make myself fit in where I thought that I wanted to belong, but there's been certain circles that they don't make me feel good about myself. They don't make me feel good about who I am or who I want to be. So when I say you know you become the five people that you surround yourself with. Yes, that's true, and you want to make sure that you're surrounding yourself with people that are positive, successful, have the good habits that you want to have, but also don't put yourself in the wrong circle just for the sake of trying to surround yourself with what you feel are the right people, because if you start to feel yourself being torn down or being made fun of or feeling you know less than you're not going to be productive. That's not the influence that you want to be around. Your work will become less productive and you're going to be unsuccessful. So tell anyone who doesn't see your value or how cool and awesome that it is to be surrounded by you that they're missing out on a pretty awesome friendship and collab opportunity to collaborate.

Speaker 1:

All right, so what are the three things that we need to do if you are not currently on a wellness journey? Well, as I mentioned at the end here, I'm going to be giving you a little guide. So I do want you to go through that guide, but the first thing that you should be doing to change around your habits is one you need to go back to episode number five and listen to that, because I talk about the importance of goal setting. So the first thing is you need to have a goal of what your wellness journey is going to look like. You can't just go okay, I'm going to start a wellness journey today. Well, what is that going to look like? Set the goals, reverse, engineer those goals and, like I said, go back to my episode number five, where I talk about the steps and how to do that. The second thing is, after you kind of declare those wellness goals, as I mentioned, this is something that can really kickstart your journey and something I'm offering to you 100% free.

Speaker 1:

Now, sometimes I hate to say, oh, I'm going to give this to you for free because people will go yeah, yeah, send it to my inbox, you know, and then they they never open it and they never look at it. They're this thing guide that I'm going to give to you. Even though it's free, it is so valuable, like I have used this for years. I have given it to people I've had. I've ran groups off of this guide, challenges with this guide and the different steps that are presented in this guide, and you're like okay, what is it?

Speaker 1:

It is a guide that I created and it is called nine ways to work your wellness. And what it is? It's a series of nine different activities that you do that are meant to create more happiness, bring more peace and purpose into your life, so that you can begin to create that life that you want to live. So if you're interested in it, like I said, it's totally free. Some of the activities you can do in like one day, like simple things to do, like you'll even think how is this going to if I do this one thing, how is this going to help bring more happiness? Trust me, it's the compound effect. So when you get in the habit of doing these simple activities, you will be so amazed how much your life and your wellness can change.

Speaker 1:

So with that, like I said, I'm offering it to you for free. You'll just have to click the sign up link that's in the show notes here below, so you'll have to sign up for that. I'll shoot it over to you and I would love if you go through it. Once you're finished with it, I would love to hear your results. So if you haven't already joined and this is my third call to action to you, if you haven't already joined my free community, which is mom, pretty or like a rock star, it's a group I have on Facebook. Obviously, like I said, totally free to join, but I'm going to link that group also in the show notes below and I'd love to have you join. I'd love to have you go through the nine ways to work your wellness and then have you go back into that group and then share your experience with us. And just in addition, we've got lots of exciting things that are going to be happening in that group. You know we're rounding out, kind of the end of the year. We're going to be talking about setting goals and just really dialing in our wellness for our business and our bodies for 2024. So, with that, be sure that you are following me on social media.

Speaker 1:

I have a special offer that's coming out in just a couple of weeks. That it's my well, I'm just going to share it with you. I was going to keep it a secret, but it is my vision book workshop. So, in addition to setting those goals for your wellness if you do have wellness goals I want to help you reach your health and wellness goals and your success goals, of course, for 2024. So stay tuned for the details of that workshop coming out Again. It is already done, it is already dialed.

Speaker 1:

I just have to. I just have to actually record the actual workshop itself, and I'm so excited. This is my first time. It used to be a vision board workshop that I've rolled out for many, many years. I've had people go through it, have tons of success like 15 million times X their incomes, their careers and I decided to go through and just kind of update it, kind of bring it, bring it up to the times, if you will, cause I don't really know who does vision boards anymore. But this vision book idea, I'm just, I'm just so excited. So anyways, like I said, this is going to be unlike any type of book, poster board training you've ever done before. I guarantee it. So with that, I just want to thank you, as always, for sharing your time with me today and if you have a couple extra minutes, I'd love for you to subscribe, review and share this episode, this podcast, with fellow mompreneurs. So with that, y'all have a great day and we will talk to you later.
