I'm here to guide you on a transformative journey. This podcast features travel inspired hypnosis, real client sessions, belief shifting, travel stories and interviews with experts who are shaping the world of conscious living. All right, it's time to journey within and go beyond. Welcome. This is the human design frequency forecast for gate 16 from May 27 through June 1, 2025 this is your energetic guidance via human design, and there's creative prompts here at the end to help you show up and flow according to gate 16. If we haven't met before. My name is Nicole Hernandez. I am a top clinical hypnotist in New York City as well as a success coach, and I incorporate human design into my method. Now, the whole point of these human design transits is to really take the theme of this energy and to look at it. How is it showing up in your life right now? Are you being called to review a certain aspect of yourself and bring it from maybe a low frequency where it's in the shadow to high frequency, where it's really something that's a divine light or power in your life. The frequency theme gate 16. Gate 16 is knocking with a clear message, it is time to sharpen your edge, known as the gate of skills in human design and enthusiasm in the I Ching, this energy is about channeling, refining and expressing your gifts in ways that solve real problems in the world or in your own world. What this transit is bringing to the party, whether you RSVPed or not, now, gate 16 calls you to master a skill until it becomes your art. It's something that you truly do embody. It's no longer about just what you do, but who you are when you're in that state of flow. But here's the key with this Kate, it only works if you love it, because enthusiasm is fuel, and without it, you burn out fast or bail when things get hard. Now, the definitive book of human design states that it takes seven years to master a technique and a lifetime to embody your craft with depth. So if you're someone who is in year two, three or even five into your skill and you still feel like you're rookie. You still feel like that skill set isn't fully developed, and you have a lot to learn. You're not failing, you're actually forging that mastery. So this is an opportunity and a calling to be kind to yourself. This week's question is, are you using your gifts the way you're designed to so check in with your strategy and authority and adjust accordingly. Now, if you aren't familiar with strategy and authority as it relates to human design, feel free to drop me a comment, and I will leave you a list of books where you can get started to understand these aspects. And additionally, if you're interested in a human design reading so that we can discuss your specific strategy and authority, know that is available to you via the link at the bottom, now the frequency spectrum of gate 16. So let's get honest here for a second, because for such a relatively straightforward message about skills and enthusiasm. There's really a lot to unpack here, so we can start to ask ourselves the many questions here, does what you do actually excite you? Are you refining the right skills or just marketable ones? Are you practicing enough to grow? Are you just spreading yourself then by doing it all? Are you cashing checks with a skill set you secretly hate? Do you love the skill but hate the environment you practice it in? Now I'll give you a little note here. I see so many. People making career changes right now, but it's not that they don't love the skill set that they do, whether they're in sales or whether they are someone like a woman that I know who is in sustainability. So she was working in a corporate environment really defining sustainability for this corporation, but she just found it really stagnant and needed to find new ways to express it. And so she became a consultant, still using the same skill set, but she took herself out of the environment that felt like it was holding her back. So just something to consider there, especially if you've been thinking, I need to make a change in my job, and you're not quite sure if you should just completely change your career, or if you should go somewhere else, sometimes it is just reformatting your environment. Now, if any of us sits home, you're not alone. So let's break this down. Let's look at the low frequency of gate 16. So low frequency is in the shadow space of this energy. Imposter syndrome is driving and your brilliance is hiding in the back seat. So are you actually denying your skills or hiding them in any way, not sharing them with other people because you feel like you still need to refine all of these things. You're going to refine them more as you practice as you are with it you know, as you are expressing them. So just a little note for you, you've lost all joy in what you do, and you're only in it for the paycheck. Now how many people can relate to this? All right? Next point, you lack the discipline to stick with learning a skill. So if you are constantly popping around to different things and really never giving yourself the opportunity to master something, then this is a habit we really want to look at in the next point. You jump ship every time it gets hard, misreading the struggle as a sign to quit. This does layer a little bit into the point before, but I also want you to consider if this is you. So are you quitting because you think that there should never be any struggle, or that you should never have any doubt about this thing, or maybe someone commented that you can improve in some way? Is that when you jump ship and you see that as a sign to quit, if that's you know that you're in the low frequency of this energy. And finally, here you've attached your worth to one identity or skill and forgotten how multifaceted you really are. Now we see this a lot with people who have maybe lost a job, and they identified with their work, VP of Marketing, CEO of their company, and they feel like, oh, I don't even know who I am if I don't have this thing. So this is really important that we, yes, have skills that we know, that we're great at, but also recognizing all the other skills that we have in different parts of our lives, be it our hobbies, be it the other ways that we show up as a mother, father, dog owner, whatever it might be, and finding that there's also worth in those things. We're not just one thing, the high frequency of gate 16, you feel confident, capable and proud of your work. Next point, you were recognized for your talents, and you recognize them too. Third point, you are expressing a range of gifts that make you feel whole, not boxed in. And the last point here is you see skill mastery as a playground, not a pressure cooker. You're in it for the joy. And I do think of one of my hypnosis instructors who would tell me that she would go to these conferences and learn about hypnosis, and then she would take one of the techniques she learned and play with it and break it apart and understand how to put it back together to really master that new skill. And so I wonder what it would look like for you to have that kind of sense of joy, of breaking things apart, understanding how they work, and allowing yourself to put it back together so you understand it even more. Now the energetic Tip of the Week, if your work or hobbies feel flat, let's dig in these journal prompts are here to help. So your first prompt for this week is, what am I genuinely enthusiastic about? Maybe you've noticed yourself scrolling online and you find yourself kind of really zoning in on one space. Maybe you find that when you look at the things that you spend your money on, it's kind of this one area. Maybe you admire certain people who are doing this thing or expressing this talent. Those are all things to get curious about and write them down. The second point here, what skills have I wanted to explore? But have it and so many of us don't give ourselves the time to really explore. New things, or the things that attract our interest, and for me, one of those things has been learning how to play the guitar. Now, I did learn a little bit in college, but I haven't played since then, and I was just talking to a friend the other day, and we were both saying how we wanted to actually take a guitar lesson. And it feels so exciting to even just think about it and to dream about that next step. So for me, it's now making the appointment and going there and doing it and just exploring what that feels like again, to have the ability to create music. Now final one here is, what did I love doing before someone told me it wasn't practical. I'll never forget I did a past life regression session. And as we often sometimes regress to the past, we are looking at different ages in our lives, kind of as we go back in our timeline. And this woman said that her parents had told her that it wasn't practical for her to be an art teacher and because she wouldn't make money at it, and so she chose an entirely different career, and she was just finding herself really feeling stagnated by it, and she felt this strong calling for art, a strong calling to express it and to teach it, and especially teach it to children. And I don't know whether she actually followed up on that or not, but that was one of the big things that came through in her session. And I often wonder how many people are moving through their lives right now, and this might be you who's doing something because your parents told you what you truly loved and desired. Was it practical? And what would it be like for you to explore that now to say, You know what? I listened to my parents, I denied myself of that thing, and that's okay. I made that choice, but now I'm going to make a new choice for myself moving forward. Let's get visible. Here are your gate 16 content prompts. So if you are in the place of speaking about a business, maybe you're on a new road, maybe you're creating content. These are prompts that are available to you that are really playing to this theme of gate 16. So try these number one. I used to think I had to pick the safe job, but when I became a insert the new title, an art teacher, an astrologer, a hypnotist, for golfers, etc, I made more money and finally felt aligned. Now this is an opportunity to normalize pivoting towards your true passion and prospering. Number two, here's the truth. Struggling doesn't mean it's not for you. It means you're on the brink of a breakthrough. So this is where we reframe resistance as growth. Number three, call me eccentric, boring, old fashioned et cetera. You just add your own adjectives here, but playing and doing insert your skill after a stressful day is my version of self care. So you could say, call me eccentric, but playing the piano after a stressful day is my version of self care, and this is where we speak to your unique skill or talent as a way to combat stress, encouraging others to do the same. And then finally, here, I don't know who needs to hear this, but you are not just one thing. You are allowed to be the CEO and the artist, the parent and the innovator, and this is where we're going to celebrate our multi dimensionality. All right, so don't fight the energy. Stay in a flow. As a final note, mastery doesn't happen overnight, but this week's frequency says if you keep showing up with devotion and love for your craft, you'll wake up one day realizing, Hey baby, you got skills. Just a couple of quick announcements before we go today. Number one, if you did not know, I have a substack called ready to be seen, and you can become a subscriber there. Now I paid subscribers actually get extra bonuses, including a monthly coaching call with me where we're really working all on visibility and showing up.
