We are going to really use this gate of stillness, really understanding pressure and stress and how to begin to mitigate it and identify our patterns. So I hope you'll join me then, all right, the frequency theme the gate of stillness, the sun's transit through gate 52 the gate of stillness brings your relationship with pressure into focus. This is the energy of intentional stillness and concentrated focus in its highest expression. It's also an invitation to reflect on your patterns around the collective fear and the constant pressure to do we must also examine our relationship with time as a pressure point. And I know this is a big one for many of us. And listen, I won't lie, this week hit me really hard when the US launched an attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. This past Saturday, my nervous system went into overdrive. As a New Yorker, I instantly thought, what if we're next? I spiraled into a survival rabbit hole, binge watching YouTube videos all about survival and ordering life, straws, solar panels and a hand cranked radio Yes, and weirdly hitting that Place Order button on Amazon actually helped me breathe. But as global tensions began to soften, this week, I flipped gears, waking up

at 4:

30am charging through strategy, docs and messaging like I was racing the clock. I was over caffeinated, overachieving, and quickly edging into exhaustion and depletion, and I could feel it in every part of my body. And then yesterday afternoon, I hit that wall. I realized I was in a low frequency pressure pattern, so I needed to break it. I needed to interrupt it, and I decided to listen to some soft music. I curled up on my sofa, and instead of trying to force myself to make dinner, I ordered some chicken enchiladas through UberEATS, they were so good. So if you've been hyper vigilant, feeling that underground pressure is to prep perfect or perform, I see you. I'm there with you. But gate 52 is coming in like a sacred reminder. It says pressure is not the enemy. It's how you respond to it. That creates your reality. This transit is activating the root center in all of us. Yes, that is your pressure center in human design, which is where, if you're already feeling a little stressed out, you've probably been extra, extra on edge. So you're being invited to practice restraint, and restraint is actually the gift of this gate. You know, this is about discernment. It's asking yourself, Do I really need to stockpile canned food? Do I have to finish my first draft of my book by Monday? Number two? You are. Being invited to prioritize stillness, to try lying on the floor and simply breathing. This is the week to swap your hot yoga, your power yoga for yen, and this is a time that you might want to listen to free hypnosis on my podcast and just be where your feet are right now. Now this is also an invitation to trust divine timing, because deadlines driven by fear don't create aligned results. So if you have this idea of I have to meet my soul mate By August, or I have to make $20,000 in my business by the end of this month, that is not a soul lined goal. So slow your roll. Let it come to you, because we have to be really considerate of the kind of energy that we are drawing into our lives. So if I'm running with an aggressive, fear based energy, and all of my efforts are coming from that, you're probably going to get a lesson in return instead of the gift that you're looking for. Audit your stress patterns. So what stories or beliefs are driving your adrenaline filled actions? Who would you be without them? And this is where I really had to look at myself yesterday and understand the pattern that I was looping in. I needed to identify it and really understand it. I actually drew it through my little pattern on a piece of paper. Because for me, when I can see things, I can understand them better. And that really helped me say, Okay, if I keep going in the pattern, what normally happens? Well, I go into complete exhaustion and depletion, and that means I have to cancel everything. And when I'm in that place, I don't know how long it'll take me to get out of it, and I don't want to put myself in that place again. Now, if gate 52 is defined in your chart, in your highest potential, you are built to alchemize stress. For the rest of us, turning that raw pressure into laser, sharp focus and calm, steady momentum. Your superpower is really deliberate restraint. It is graceful presence. It is unshakable, groundedness. But if you're in the shadow of gate 52 it's like a DJ that's playing and remixing all of your fears and driving you to freak out to the point of exhaustion or collapse. And this week, the sun transit is here to remind you there is so much power in your pause the frequency spectrum of gate 52 now let's look at how this energy shows up in its full range. So we want to think about the energy of turning on a light like a dimmer switch, for example. So if I'm in low frequency, I can stay there, right, but I can also turn the dial up on my frequency by taking care of myself, by understanding I'm in fear, understanding I'm pushing and I can turn my dial up. So this is how we begin to turn our dial up by creating awareness around it. So it's not about judgment here, low frequency. All right, let's talk about the low frequency. So number one, you can't sit still. There's kind of a restless sense about you. It's always needing to do something. And I think the difference here is, especially if you're a generator or manifesting generator, is that you need to think about where is this desire to move coming from, if it's coming from a positive place, if it's coming from excitement and joy and satisfaction, then Okay, keep moving. But if it's coming from that fear space, if it's coming from like pressure to do and accomplish, that's where we need to be really clear. So number two is addicted to the adrenaline rush of productivity? We are this kind of magical pharmacy, right? We constantly are producing what we need. And some of us are so addicted to that kind of fight or flight, that adrenaline rush that we get from just being in the last minute to do from putting that extra pressure on ourselves. And just notice, if you've been in that space, number three, pushing for results from a place of lack and fear. And yes, I mean, this is the energy of, I'm making a goal from the place of, I have to prove myself, or I'm tired of waiting, and I see this all the time with people that are trying to maybe find a relationship partner by the end of the summer, I'm going to do this. Or before I turn 50, I'm going to do this. The thing is, is that when we are working from that place of I'm not enough. So. Therefore I'm going to go get it and I'm going to make this happen. That's a very different energy than I'm going to surrender this to God universe, and I'm going to do what I need to do, and I'm going to be in the action of going out on dates. I'm going to be in the action of being open and lively and attending events. It's a very different energy, and you attract very different people into your life from those different energies. Be aware of that. Number four is ignoring rest and burning out and still sprinting. Is that you just notice? All right, let's look at the high frequency here. Number one is choosing pause over panic. So if you notice that you are getting really triggered, what would it be like, instead of like me, to go onto Amazon and start ordering all the things? What would it be like to just go, Okay, let me be with this for a moment. Let me journal about it. Let me go for a walk. Let me just cool my heels a bit before I take any action. Right. Number two is trusting that stillness birth clarity. So instead of trying to figure it out, trying to make it work, we can just trust that when we're still all the ideas will come. So just like I was earlier this week trying to figure out all my messaging, I might find that as I'm going for my walk today, that maybe some more ideas will come and it all begin to layer together. So just allowing myself to not have to rush to get it all finalized and packaged up, but I can now be still and allow more to come through if more needs to come through. Number three, committing to nervous system, care, naps, boundaries, saying no so. Because I was so feeling depleted yesterday, I decided to push back plans with a friend. I was supposed to go to her home today, and instead, I said, You know what, let me wait until Saturday. I am going to see how I feel. I need to really rest. I need to prioritize myself, because I cannot burn out. I also know that I have sessions on Sunday at the Four Seasons, some hypnosis sessions, so I want to be fully energized for those as well. So I've got to prioritize where I'm putting my energy. So four high frequency is using your pressure to focus, not self destruct. So can I actually sit here and maybe, yes, I feel a little bit of additional pressure, but can I be in it for like 10 minutes, 20 minutes to focus on one thing number five, building systems that create ease, not more work. So maybe you want to look at what are the things that are happening in your life, maybe different systems where you feel depleted or you feel frustrated, and you can revise them to create more space and ease. The last point here is grounded, steady, magnetic. That's what it feels like to be in the high frequency of gate 52 all right, let's look at the energetic Tip of the Week. Audit your actions. So this week, I'd like you just to make a quick list of the things that you plan to do. Maybe you're going to a dinner party, maybe you are planning to clean out your closet, maybe you're planning to get really clear on your finances. Maybe you are looking to rewrite a landing page on your website. Look at all the things that you have planned for yourself, and ask yourself, are any of these actually driven by fear instead of expand the potential, instead of my satisfaction, instead of my joy. And if you see that things are driven by fear, I'm going to ask you to maybe take one of those off of your list and not do it this week. Give yourself stillness in that space, pause and observe what happens when you don't operate from urgency. All right, so let's get visible gate 52 content prompts. So if you are someone who runs your own business, or you're creating social media content or your podcast or whatever that might be, I have these prompts for you so that you can use the energy of this gate to not only speak to your audience, maybe just to do a little bit of your own inner exploration and to share your own challenges, just like I share my own challenges with you here. So this week's energy asks us to slow down, to sit with pressure and trust what emerges from the stillness. Use these prompts to share grounded wisdom, personal reflections or client stories that reveal the power of the pause. All right, so number one, this week, I gave myself permission to do less, and I uncovered this powerful insight. Insight. What is that powerful insight? Number two, here's how I learned to tell the difference between productive pressure and fear based urgency. So what is that switch for you? Or what have you learned about examining your actions? Let's share that with your audience. Number three, I paused one fear based task this week, and here's what unfolded instead. So you might do this at the end of the week, after you've done your little energetic tip for this week, and notice what actually came about from it. If number four, stillness isn't laziness, it's strategy. Here's how I use rest to make clear more aligned decisions. So if you are someone who is in the practice of being still, if maybe you're starting your day with some kind of ritual, or maybe you have cleaner energy, then tell us and share with us. How do we do that? Use the gate of 52 to really be the guide that walks us through this time. And number five, I noticed this pattern around pressure showing up again. But instead of reacting, I did this. So just like I shared with you earlier today that I started working on my messaging, that I was noticing myself starting to get really fatigued and exhausted, and I got really clear on my pattern, and instead of continuing to do, do, do, I actually slept late. I took things off of my to do list and gave myself more time. So what is that for you? All right, don't fight the energy. Stay and flow. The final note for this gate 52 is it is not here to make you lazy. We often equate stillness or not doing with laziness. It's here to make you wise. This is the kind of wisdom that only comes from being fully still long enough to hear your higher guidance. So my question to you is, will you choose to slow down.
