You may ask, because the world is buzzing with things that need to be spoken out loud. And this energy reminds us that the future of Leadership isn't about power plays or ego, it's about cooperation, clear vision and using your voice for the collective good. I'm Nicole Hernandez, the traveling hypnotist. All right, it's time to journey within and go beyond. This is the human design frequency forecast for gate 31 July, 25 through the 30th 2025 it's all about your energetic guidance via Human Design and creative prompts here at the end, to help you to to help you show up in flow according to gate 31 and I'm Nicole Hernandez, top clinical hypnotist in New York City, based out of The Four Seasons Hotel in New York Downtown, and your success coach. All right. So let's dive in here, the frequency theme the gate of influence. So we're calling all conscious leaders this week. Please come forward. It's time to say what needs to be said. The sun just moved into gate 31 as of today, and so we're moving into what's known as the gate of influence in human design and the I Ching and and yes, we're right back in the throat center energy. Why? You may ask. Because the world is buzzing with things that need to be spoken out loud. And this energy reminds us that the future of Leadership isn't about power plays or ego, it's about cooperation clear vision and using your voice for the collective good, and as a collective we're really re examining leadership right now, and so this gate is saying here, this is the imprint of where you need to go. If it doesn't look like this, it's not the way. And gate 31 is saying, Hey, you set the vision. You point the way forward with clarity and calm, warm confidence. Let's go. If gate 31 is defined in your chart, at your best, you rise naturally into leadership. You're the one who sees the future and speaks it into being, not because you want the spotlight necessarily, but because others trust what you see and what you communicate. And here's the thing, gate 31 is projected energy. Let me explain what that means. It means that your influence shows up when others recognize you and invite you to lead so you actually don't need to chase the stage. It finds you when you just share what you know, even if it's to those 10 people on your stories, because what you say really resonates, and it feels like truth. It hits our energetic body like truth and people just can't help, but then share it out with people that they love and that they want to help. So your leadership is not an overnight happening, and it grows with time and at times that can feel really slow, but it is steady, as long as you don't give up. Now, what this transit brings to the party, whether you RSVPed or not. So gate 31 connects the throat center, or our communication center, to the G Center, our center of direction through the channel of the Alpha. That's the 731 channel. And that means that this big leadership energy is in the air. And the thing is that leadership isn't about just sounding certain, right? It's not just about having those great little talking points. It's about aligning with a future that actually serves people and actually supports our future humanity. This energy has the potential to empower real change or fall into manipulation and eco traps. So really interesting. The definitive book of human design makes it really clear. I mean, it calls it out in the text. When people are placed in power because of money instead of mutual trust and recognition we all lose. We all lose. And I just want you to look at the collective as to where we are right now. We become so materialistic that we are losing right now because what we know. Is that influence without integrity is dangerous, and we're really getting the lesson right now. But here's a brighter note. Okay, little something fun to throw in here. Beyonce actually has gate 31 and her unconscious north node. Now, the north node represents the environment that we're growing into as we age. So when we hit 50, we should be in our north node, but you'll start to feel the transition, and that's usually a time when you feel like you need to change careers, or you have a new sense of purpose. Now she's been performing since she was seven, but it wasn't until the album lemonade that we felt her soul right. We felt something deeper. We felt like this woman had something substantial to say, and she spoke to something real and raw and all of us. And now with cowboy Carter, she's breaking genres and breaking rules, and she reminded us that we get to define ourselves, and no one else has the final say. So we can let everybody say you should do this, or you too old for that, or you're not the right color for that. And she said no, and we freaking love that, right? We love that she brought that visionary energy into the collective. And that's gate 31 it shows up, it keeps going, and it becomes the undeniable leader. It's not just the executive leadership, it's the visionary influence. And there's a big difference there, the frequency spectrum of gate 31 now we're going to explore how this energy can show up in your own life. If it's in low frequency, it has a way of being in that fear and ego, and if it's high frequency, it's the heart that serves all right. So let's take out your little notes here, and let's see where you're at right now, because we can always shift this energy, and that's important. If you're in low frequency, you're doubting your worth, if your leadership isn't immediately recognized, it's that headspace that we get into that sounds like, Oh, I just posted a reel, and it should go viral, but instead, it's get 200 views and maybe three likes, and you shrink back and you say, Well, nobody's paying attention, so I don't matter. No, this is how we start. We have to stay in the game. We have to know that leadership grows with our inner depth as we own our energy, that shift will start to happen, especially when that energy is meant to serve others, not just ourselves. The second point here is hesitating to step forward and using their voice and influence, even when others recognize them as leaders. So if you are finding that people are like, Hey, you should actually speak about this or hey, you should be the one that guides this workshop. And you're like, No, no, not. Me Be aware that you're being called into leadership. And this is where we have to start doing that inner work. We have to do that subconscious reprogramming, because there's a lot of conditioning that happens when we're young, or it can happen at any time, but usually when we're young, we have a situation or experience where we start to doubt that anyone should listen to us, or we create the belief that if we put ourselves in the spotlight in any way, that people are going to try to tear us down, and that's really scary for a lot of people. When we have that fear, our whole body responds to that, the shaking, the trembling. And yes, we can move out of that. It is one of the things that I really work on in my clinical hypnosis practice and doing that deep subconscious work. The third point here is overbearing and tries to force ideas on others. So that kind of I need to control you. You need to do what I say. You need to listen to me. Kind of low frequency energy. I'm not naming any names. Number four, uses the leadership role and its powers of persuasion to manipulate others for their personal gain, and the last one here authoritarian, or leading without being asked to lead, high frequency. All right, let's turn to the positive side so we can understand where we're going, leading with patience and devotion, allowing influence to organically grow with time. Number two, naturally guides towards a better future. So you see the future, and you're naturally guiding towards more inclusivity, towards more consciousness, towards helping more people really. Rise into their own high frequency. Number three, influences with integrity, not ego. Number four, only leads when asked or elected to lead. So I want to kind of caveat this specific sentence, because it's not that somebody has to ask you to start a podcast or to speak on your YouTube. It's more of you're sharing this wisdom, and then people want to take you to the next level, because they see that what you have to say is worthwhile and it's grounded and it's logical advice. They want you to step into that next level of leadership. Number five, here is it exhibits leadership qualities and is recognized for these gifts. So think Beyonce, the energetic Tip of the Week. What's your frequency of influence? So before you hit post, speak up in a meeting or walk into that interview, I want you just to hit pause, take a nice deep breath and tune into the energy that's running through you. And ask yourself, What am I transmitting now? What is this energy that's coming out of me? Right? Because we're all walking around, we all have this aura. We all are projecting energy all the time, and your energy is leading the way, whether you know it or not. So I want you to break down what you might be feeling before you take the action, before you say the thing is, it fear energy. It tries to control everything. You're editing that email 12 times. You're second guessing your ideas before it leaves your mouth. That's fear energy. I just want you to be aware of it. Number two is that proving energy. We feel like we're performing on a stage and we're secretly hoping that someone's going to clap or recognize us right? Maybe you over explain because you want to make sure people get it, or you talk really fast, or you feel like you need to be the best. That is that proving energy. And the third one here is the people pleasing energy, and that waters you down. It says, I need to write the perfect caption. And then we actually have that meat and that substance and that thing that we're so afraid to say, and we freaking delete that out, right? It's taking that best part of you away and diluting it. And you're in that energy we're nodding in meetings and being agreeable when you really want to challenge the statement, but when you are in that aligned, grounded energy, it is the game changer. It's what people feel and what resonates with them. It doesn't hustle for approval. It's the kind of energy that calmly says, Here's what I see and here's how I can help you. And whether that's the three people that hear it, or the 3000 it's just as powerful. So this week, be in that grounded presence. Your influence doesn't come from being the loudest voice. It comes from being clear, congruent and fully. You. All right, you all right, let's get into let's get visible gate. 31 content prompts. So if you are creating content, if you are producing a podcast, if you are writing on sub stack, if you are developing your blog, here's this week's visibility prompts for leadership that is called to guide us into a brighter future. Number one here to remind you, leadership doesn't mean louder. It means clear, cleaner, rooted, so offering a grounded reframe for people who equate influence with hustle or over performance, or I would even say who needs to be provocative all that number two, the real flex isn't being in charge, it's being trusted. So this is where we talk about perspective shift on what really influences in 2025 and beyond, and talking about the new wave of leadership, the collective wave of leadership, the integrity of leadership, and how that really is changing, or how it's being called to change. Number three, my best leadership hack is and mine is being the last to speak in the room, only after you've actually listened. I had a COO reflect back to me that he really admired the way that I really listened to people before I just started jumping in with advice. And I would ask you to look at what are your own leadership hacks? How would you best communicate? What's the tip that you can call out here? I. Number four, I've heard so many of you that blank, blank, blank. So this is where you can be the voice that calls out or names what others haven't dared to then offer the insight or the solution you know they need but haven't yet acted on. So again, this gives you some space to call out what hasn't been said. And number five, I used to think I had to be chosen, then I realized I was just waiting to choose myself. So this is about reflecting and claiming your role as a leader before anyone else did. Don't fight the energy. Stay and flow.
