Unknown:

People say, I don't have time to do that. But it's not about having time. It's about making time. So what was it like, before you started a business? And how did you find time with everything else going on to start a business? In life, you play the hand, you're dealt right and you make it work, despite your circumstances, if you Believe in it and want it or not, and you're wired stronger, we have to be more intentional, I think, than ever, in human history, actually, because there's probably never been so many distractions that you can use to get away from what's really important for you at the road from zero and no prior experience, and being very time poor, balancing it with a job to 4 million pounds in sales. The pain of me doing that task was so much less and lower than the pain of not achieving the goals that I'd set out. 99% of people won't do it, so it doesn't matter. But watch what happens if you're in the 1% that do do it. Welcome to the dropship unlocked Podcast. I'm Louis Smith, the founder of dropship unlocked and with me is our Client Success Coach James Adly. Now, when we're not recording the podcast episodes, we're running our own e commerce businesses and helping aspiring entrepreneurs launch their own high ticket drop shipping businesses, keen to build your own six, or even seven figure business. My book, the home turf advantage is your blueprint for launching a profitable online store, grab your copy at HTA books.com To date, and let's get you started. Now sit back, relax. And let's unlock your potential with the dropship unlocked Podcast. Today we're tackling a challenge that so many people face, it's about making time to pursue your entrepreneurial dreams, we want to talk about actively making time not just passively finding time today. So whether you are in a full time job, if you've got busy family commitments, or perhaps it's just the daily hustle and bustle of modern life, then this episode is for you. So Louis, let's dive into your story a little bit. So what was it? Like before you started a business? And how did you find time with everything else going on? To start a business? Yeah, definitely is difficult balancing your time when you've got everything going on, you're working a job, maybe you tried to start business and it's Yeah, was a busy time in my life back in 2017 was when I first started my business. But in 2018, actually, when my wife and I got married at our wedding, you know, you have all of the different tables with guests with the different groups of guests on at the wedding. We, on our wedding tables, we had these kind of batches of disposable cameras. And we ask guests to take photos. And there's something nice about those disposable cameras where they use real filth, and because you're limited in you know, their single use. And so you have to be quite selective and intentional about what you use them for. And I've always felt it's a bit like that with time. You know, we take time for granted like we do with modern day smartphone cameras, we take voters for granted because we take one wasn't great, and then take another one. It's the same thing with timing. If you spend your evenings browsing social media on Netflix, like not really paying attention to how you're using it in the long term, you forget that time is actually finite is limited. And so it's like those cameras with the disposable, the disposable cameras with the real film in them, when people realize that they only get one shot, which is and to get it right. I mean, obviously you can take several but you are limited, it just focuses the mind a bit more. And so that's the way I like to think about time, it's like it is limited. So make the most of it and use it wisely. And back before I decided that I wanted to become an entrepreneur, my old life, the old version of me wouldn't have thought twice about spending the whole evening or I hate to even admit it. But perhaps sometimes on a weekend after a night out with friends and maybe a bit too much alcohol, you'd end up spending a lot of the day just scrolling social media, watching TV, on demand on Netflix, things like that. And often you kind of you blink and you miss it like your entire weekend is gone. When I think about now how much I can get done in just the finite time that I have to run my businesses between parenting and right here. Like being out on this trip in Mexico doing all of the things that we want to do in Mexico, I have to be really intentional, like I set aside time and I have to go into it with the real focus of what are the things I need to achieve in this timeframe. I don't have an option to sit there and deliberate and procrastinate, I can't afford to just lay down scrolling on social media anymore. I don't have that luxury, but even to I can't afford to show up to do some work but actually get away with just opening the inbox and letting the emails guide me and just scrolling through that like I've got to the point now where if I let myself do that I'd be working forever because there's constantly emails coming in in various different business. So I have to look at the three biggest things I want to achieve that day that will make the biggest difference in my business and really go after it. That's the way that I tend to do it. And there was a study by Ink Magazine recently that showed that most entrepreneurs are masters at time management. And so they'll find success through efficient use of limited time. So I definitely used to struggle with this in my old job, spending all my day at the desk, you know, you just log in and you think you're being productive. But really, you're just keeping busy, you're just looking at the emails, and you're letting like other people's requests, but actually guide your day. But now I'll set a timer. And I will say to my wife and my kids, should we do lunch have one? Right? Okay, say it's 11 o'clock. Now, I'm gonna go and spend the next hour or two hours and get some work done. So that I'm forced to think about what I spend that hour or two doing. And I'm very, very intentional. And it's the highest leverage activity, I think that's the thing, like, even if you're intentional, but the task you pick, doesn't have high leverage, then you're still spinning your wheels. For example, right now, this morning, I could have sat here and typed out a few emails, I could have responded to the hundreds of different requests we have in the various different inboxes. But instead, I decided to film this podcast with you, James. Right. Which eventually, we hope will reach hundreds of 1000s of people in the future, because it's locked in tight. And hopefully, they will help many people get a step closer to building a life that they love or leaving a job that they hate. So if the task that I spend this hour doing gets me closer to that mission, and I know that the way I'm spending my time this morning is wisely allocated, and it's high leverage. And we live in a world in the modern day where we've got endless choices and endless things pulling us in any direction with our time. So we have to be more intentional, I think, than ever, in human history, actually, because there's probably never been so many distractions that you can use to get away from what's really important for you. So intentional, being intentional, I think is the first point. And it's I'm glad you raised that, especially in today's day and age. But the only way we can start to become intentional for me was I had to first connect to a mission. And he mentioned there that the only way you know whether you're being intentional with your time or not, is if you know what's most important for your goals and for your mission. And I think before people realize what their mission is, they actually just decide that distractions are more important than anything else that they want to do. I'm sure we'll dive into that more in this episode. But I'm keen to hear and dig into the feelings that people have. So what are some of the common obstacles and phrases that you hear people use when you know that they're struggling to find time to follow their dreams? Sure. So the biggest perceived obstacle that we see time and time again, is I don't have time, people say, I don't have time to do that. But it's not about having time. It's about making the type the time doesn't just appear for you, if you if you just wait for yourself to have time, you'll never find it. Do you ever have those days where you just have so much on your plate, you've got so many things to sort out, you know, you have your like admin list of tasks. And it's like just building up and building up a bit. And you just have so many things that you have to attend to or fix. And I think this becomes even more exacerbated when you become a parent, because it's so many extra bits that you need to think about that just throw in the idea of then launching a business on top of all of that just seems quite crazy. It just seems unattainable and unrealistic. But that's because firstly, a lot of the things that you are spending your time doing can either be batched. So you don't have to constantly be fighting fires and doing things as and when they arise, you could actually batch them and do them in blocks. Or they could be delegated to someone else. Or they could be outsourced. You know whether whether it's someone on your team or even if it's a personal thing, like if it's to do with your personal life, if you check out some of the Freelancers on websites like Upwork and look at what they're capable of doing, whether that's a personal assistant to help you with like day to day life management, or a bookkeeper to help you with your taxes and your bookkeeping in your business. Maybe as an admin organizer to just help add, organize your calendar, keep things organized for you. There are so many people with various different skill sets, who can take things even non work related things off your plate, and just free up so much time for you. Then when it comes to work short, it's going to be a long arduous task. If you're trying to figure this all out on your own, if you on top of all of those two dues. If you then say I'm gonna start a business and I'm going to figure out the steps on my own. You could be working at it for many years and still not guarantee yourself success. But if you can model someone who already has what type of business that you want, and simply follow the steps that they lay out, even if that just means every evening after your crazy to do list finishes you spend 30 minutes following a couple of actions and every day you build Hold on that momentum from yesterday. And it's that cumulative compound effect. Yeah, you might not be as fast as the person that currently has all the hours in the day isn't a parent doesn't have a job and can just work all the time in their business. But that's okay. You know, we in life, you play the hand you're dealt, right. And you make it work, despite your circumstances, if you Believe in it and want it or not, and your why is strong enough. So yeah, if I was starting over, and I was swamped, and very time, or I'd first look to delegate, what I could to automate anything I could tools like Zapier, what can you take off your plate and create to happen automatically? What can you outsource even in your personal life? You know, is it like, Are you struggling to keep the house clean, could you hire a cleaner would do it, then maybe free up a few extra hours that you could spend on your business, earning a lot more income than it costs you to have your house clean, just little things like that. And you could get to the point where, you know, 30 minutes a day over, say, a month, following a proven plan, you're not wasting time trying to find the answers on your own, you're not kind of gathering information from YouTube going down various different paths and rabbit holes not knowing where they lead. But you do that with a proven blueprint. And before long, you'll start to see the effects of that compound results coming to put into play. And you'll really start to see the results of the action that you've put it and you won't feel as time poor anymore. And with that consistent action, you'll be amazed at how much you can get done. So I had to batch a few tasks. As you're talking about there. There's, I remember, if you were often making food for yourself, so lunchtimes and making meals in the evening, I realized that that was just sets taking, you know, an hour every day to make food for lunch and to make food in the evening. So instead, I started to batch those tasks. So I did like meal prep. On Sundays, I've got food ready for me at lunchtime. And that saves like an hour every day that I could then put elsewhere, in terms of like cleaning and tidying, I started to batch a cleaning task to get it all done in like a few hours on the weekend. And it's just thinking about your schedule, and how can you put tasks together? And how are you wasting time in the moment that you can put better towards your goals that really matter. And also talking about that statement that we hear people use a lot is I don't have time, I just can't do that I'm too busy. So now when I first started my business, I would make a switch in my mind. So whenever I said that to myself or to somebody else, that I just don't have time for doing a certain task, I'd switch that to think to myself, I just don't care enough about that task, or I just don't care enough about doing this certain thing. Because that is what you really mean, when you say that you don't have time for something, I believe it's a really more powerful statement to say in your mind is that you don't care enough. Because it worked. For me, it was sort of tough love that I gave to myself, because it made me realize that actually it's about prioritizing where you spend your time. And when you start to say that yourself, you start to question. Okay, so I'm saying that I don't have time to call the ex FBI with my business, or I'm too busy to do that. But when I change that in my mind to say I don't care enough to call a supplier, then it makes me question actually, yeah, cause it care about that. That's how I make the business go to the next level. That's how I can leave my nine to five. That's all I can get my business to the next level. And then it makes you think differently about the tasks that are really important to you. So can you share as well as your own any other real life stories of people that were able to start a business alongside a busy life already? Yeah, there's a few examples of people and members actually of our dropship on not program that I can think of specifically, someone like Phil, for example, who actually came on the podcast recently and had a chat with us, who managed a full time job or a business that he was already running with a family but successfully launched his dropshipping business. And actually, he got it 103,000 pounds within his first four months of starting. So check out episode 43 of the podcast if you'd like to hear that story. Actually, I think when we interviewed him, he was only three months in so you'd only hit 52,000. And he then doubled it the following month to 103,000. So four months in. So there's that there's someone who used the mornings, he used lunch breaks and evenings effectively, he turned that dead time that often would just get consumed with social media scrolling or just procrastination. He turned that into productive business building moments. You know, that was the high leverage activity that he focused on was building the business now is at the point where he can pay other people to run that business for him. He can buy back his time that finite resource which is really good. Another great example and an inspiring story is a podcast episode that we recorded recently as well called Jarrods journey from zero to 4 million pounds with high ticket dropshipping. So that's episode 39 of the podcast. So definitely line that one up as well where we talked to Jared about his journey since joining dropship unlocked and At the road from zero and no prior experience, and being very time poor, balancing it with a job to 4 million pounds in sales. And they're inspirational stories to hear, because it's very relatable, everyone's busy. So many people have got so much on at the moment for hearing people that are able to break through that and make incredible businesses in short amount of time. As well as being busy at the same time. It's inspirational to hear. And also something to pick up on that you mentioned there was that Phil has got his business up to a certain level, after four months of hard work, finding time in the morning, weekends, evenings, but then he's able to outsource the running of the business. So after the first initial four months of hard graft of putting your head down and getting time towards running your business, you're then able to outsource the day to day management of that business, and you suddenly got an income stream, that semi passive, and you don't have to be working as many hours on it. That was certainly the case for me. And I knew that when I first started, and that gave me a lot of energy to put the work in to get started. Because I knew if I just completed one task a day, I did that every day for the first four to six months and put no real working to get just one task done every day. I knew at that point, I didn't have a consistent income stream. And I could hire somebody to work on the business day to day which would free me up to spend my life and my time how I wanted to. And it was getting me towards the dream lifestyle that I've always had in mind. So it's a sprint phase, I think, which is important when you first start, but also it can be fun, I always like to make it a challenge for myself. And it wasn't a drag, I never made it feel like I had to do it as a chore. I made it fun. And I thought of interesting ways of rewarding myself after I'd completed the task that I made for that particular day. So I'm sure people listening, this will be keen to hear some more techniques for perhaps how you were able to carve out and find that time when you were already busy with a full time job. So have you got any productivity techniques to share with us? Yeah, well, there's one powerful technique, which I've since found out is called the Pomodoro Technique. But actually, I didn't even really know it under that name. And I didn't use it in the way I'll describe in a moment, I used to just set a timer on my phone for 30 minutes, and just have it visibly on the desk there, maybe put it on airplane mode so that no notifications could pop up. And I couldn't get disturbed. And during that 30 minutes, I would have one goal. And one thing that I needed to get done so that if that was the only 30 minutes that I could work for that whole day, I could mark that day as a success on the basis that I achieved the number one thing I needed to do that day. So that was the way I used to do it. Now, there's something and it probably existed the whole time, I just didn't know about it, called the Pomodoro Technique, which is where you work intensely for 25 minutes, and then take a five minute break. And then presumably you can repeat it after that. If you go to amo focus.io P O M O FOC us.io. Click Start and close everything down and try it after this episode, you can just work on that main thing for 25 minutes and just watch the countdown timer coming down. And there's something about that timer that focuses the mind, it's a bit like interval training in the gym, you know, your short bursts of focused effort, it can lead to significant gains. And it means that in that time, where you know that the time is about to end, you can push yourself harder than you would if there was just this like open ended. You just got to work as hard as you can. And there's no end in sight, like you start to your mind plays tricks on you and starts to make you say, Well, you can't sustain this. So you better not work as hard. Maybe we'll look at YouTube for Bear, maybe we'll do a bit of procrastination here. You know, instead, it's just focused intensity for that time. And if you are really struggling to find the time, then a great way of using that and incorporating that technique into your day is to schedule your day in these intervals. So like you said, with batching some of the tasks that are taking up your time, will you've even sometimes got to batch the the tasks where you're building your business and say, maybe I've only got between six and 7am every day to build my business and then between seven and 8pm to build my business. Okay, so you got two hours there, what are you going to do with them, you know, that's for half an hour blocks that could be focused, intense going after one specific task at a time, and really getting the most out of it. So even I think despite your time being limited, it's not even a case of i Your time is limited, so you can't do as much sometimes you'll find you actually do more, knowing that your time is limited because it focuses the mind in a way that just wouldn't happen if you had eight hours open in your calendar. And you just like that, I'll get on with it today at my own pace. So I think there's something very, very powerful there. And another thing that I've got into the habit of doing is after you have completed a task after you've worked really hard, make sure you reward yourself afterwards. But for me today, I'm here in Playa Del Carmen in Mexico for about six weeks. I'm going to film this podcast, then I'm going to interview a candidate for a new role at dropship unlock that we are hiring for at the moment, then I've got to have Have a review of a video from our videographer that we're about to release, then I'll approve a VAT report from our accounting team. And after that, I'm taking my son's swimming to the pool, because that's the reward that I want to get those things done, because those are the most important things in my day to day. And after that, I'm going to have some downtime and spend some time with my son. And so that's, I guess that's an example of it, whatever your reward is, whether it's going out for a coffee, whether it's going for a bike ride, or run or whatever you want to do, watching TV, like that, baking that in, so that your brain starts to realize, oh, this was good, I was very productive, and I got this reward. And it starts to habitual eyes that productivity, exactly. And you can make it fun for yourself. As soon as you become intentional. It's fun to look back on your day, when you've had the three hours of productivity, but the most important tasks done, then you've had some time, do whatever you wanted to do relaxing, value time with friends and family. And you can look back, proud on the day that you've had, because you've got the most important tasks done, and you've enjoyed yourself while you're doing it as well. And now I used to spend some time on the weekend, I'd carve out a couple of hours. And I reward myself afterwards by just watching TV with my girlfriend, or we'd go and take the dog for a walk in the local park or a nearby sort of countryside area. And yeah, I used to love that it was great. It felt like it was so rewarding to be able to reward yourself after you've done the most important tasks. So it's fun, it doesn't need to feel like a drag, you just need to be a little bit creative and more intentional with how you spend your time. So prioritization and focus are going to have a key role to play to make sure that we can make time for the things that are most important to us. So how do you go about actually prioritizing things? And how do you think other people should focus on the most important tasks, or something, I find that that's helpful is to start each day by identifying the top three tasks that are going to move your business forward, knowing that even if you managed to only tackle number one, or number one, and number two, it's you can still call the day a success if you get through those things. And a good way of doing this is rather than waking up in the morning and thinking, what am I going to do today, I'm trying to sift through your to do list to find the top three things is plan tomorrow, today. So at the end of your day, just take some time to figure out okay, what are the big things I need to do tomorrow, that will really make a difference. And what are the things I could delegate or outsource or get off my plate and one of the things I need to do and focus on those things. And what that does is when you do it the night before, it allows your subconscious mind to kind of process those three things whilst you sleep. And you'll be surprised that when you wake up in the morning, you might not think that you have been processing them or thinking about them or considering them that they'll have been kind of dormant ly running through your mind throughout the night while you slept. And it's a bit of a hack really mentally in terms of being able to cut start the day prepared, ready to go and already have a bit of a head start on some of those tasks. You know, it's like when I packed my case, to come out here to Mexico, I was looking at all of the things that we could take for a six week trip. And I had to really prioritize what went in there. You know, you have to really think, what do I need all of this extra stuff? Or can I just take the essentials for the journey, and the other stuff can just be left behind? The same for your day. Don't try to cram everything into your day. And all of this stuff on the to do list needs to be done today. Because otherwise, your day is just a mess. You know, or if you pack too much in your case, you get charged the excess baggage fees at the airport. Yeah, I love that. I love the analogy of of baggage and packing a suitcase because it's similar to prioritization with where we spend our time. Because I realized when I started to get more busy with growing a business, that whenever you say yes to something like growing a business, you have to say no to something else. So with the suitcase analogy, yes to the hair straighteners, no to J's trainers is normally the way it goes, my girlfriend and I and she often wins that battle. But it fits in with time prioritization as well. They think about how, what you're going to say yes to, therefore you have to say no to something else. And it all comes down to prioritization. So think about what's the most important things for you. And how are you going to make sure your schedule is pushed towards getting the things that are most important to you done. And you have to leave those things that are not so important behind wherever that is for you. But you'll know your own schedule. I think we all know that perhaps we have busier times at different times of the week. And if you're the type of person that has a really busy Monday and Tuesday, that allow yourself to do less of business growth on those days, and you have a quieter time in the rest of the week. It's just about being creative and thinking about how you can make your schedule work best for you to get after the goals that you want to achieve. So setting goals and prioritization. For me, it's clear that having a very strong why and the reason why you want to achieve what you want to achieve is pivotal in really finding and making time for the things that are important for you. So how would you recommend that somebody listening to this episode So today should go around setting their goals effectively. Well, you've heard of SMART goals, right? The acronym so Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and time bound. So that's a good way. That's a good kind of acronym to use when you are building goals. But goals in business are like your destinations. If you're on a journey in the car, it's like, those are the stops, right? Those are the things that you've got to try and get to the milestones the checkpoint. So knowing where you're headed, makes the journey purposeful. It makes it directed rather than just aimlessly driving around, you know, when someone opens up the inbox and just says, Ryan, we'll start the day good, right? What's in Allison this from the accountant, oh, it's something from PR agency, I've got, you know, some couple of CV sent through for a job like, you're just there's so much task switch happening, that you can't focus on any one thing. And you'll get through all that stuff. But you'll end the day feeling like you were very unproductive and like you've got not much done. Whereas if you say no, I'm going to do this, this and this. Today, I'd like setting off an intentional car journey, knowing that those are your three stops. And another thing to do is write down your goals. Try and write them down daily, I challenge you, if you're listening to this, now, try and write down your three big goals. Maybe morning, and evening, just scribble them down on a piece of paper next to bed, try doing that for 30 days straight, most 99% of people won't do it. So it doesn't matter. But watch what happens if you're in the 1% to do it. And later on, don't don't even worry about breaking them down into actionable steps, and then kind of like mapping them out into a plan because of that happen. This is where the subconscious kind of takes over. The important thing is to actually write them out in the morning, and in the evening for 30 days straight. And you'll start to notice that the actions that you take as a person day to day will start aligning with the person that you need to become to bring those goals to life. So you must start to embody the kind of person that would achieve those goals. And you didn't even think about the strategy or the actions or the steps to do it. All you did was focus on the goals, but you kept it front of mind morning and he was really powerful stuff. So that's definitely a technique I would advise. But as I say most people won't do it. That's right. Most people won't, but the people that do will get so much benefit from it, it really outweighs so many other things that I've done. And I've started doing morning visualization for about three years ago, and I've done it ever since. Because every morning I reconnect to what's important to me, where do I want to go? What do I want my life to look like. And also, I'm grateful for what I've got right now, which is important to balance that. But realizing what it is you're going after the sort of person you want to be the sort of success you want to achieve just sets you up on such a good platform. And that ties in to something else, which is all about where do you want to be with your life in six or 12 months time, you need to be really clear on that. And really clear on why that's important for you. So if you want to have a thriving online business, why dive in for your own specific reasons for myself personally, it was that I wanted to leave my unfulfilling nine to five job, I wanted to be proud of myself, I wanted to have a business that I could be proud of and could scale to a really, really healthy income and allow me to do what I wanted when I wanted wherever in the world I wanted to be. And that goal was so powerful for me that it meant that doing the work to get there was a no brainer, because I created that so powerful in my mind. And I think it made me realize because the the framework that I believe all humans work around. So human psychology and my knowledge around it is that we are all moving away from pain, and we're moving towards pleasure. So the way to hack that system is to make what you don't want to do with your life very, very painful, and meet what it is you want to achieve in life, not very painful to get towards. So I made it in my mind that if I didn't achieve the goals that I set out regrowing a business, I made it incredibly painful for myself, I visualized how painful that would be to not achieve that. So then when I contrasted that to can I find half an hour today to do one task, the pain of me doing that task was so much less and lower than the pain of not achieving the goals that I'd set out. And that became it made it easy. It meant I wasn't having to constantly fight with myself to do work. Because it was very, very clear, simple and easy for me to realize that finding the time was a lot less painful than not achieving the goals that I'd set out for myself. So what actions would you recommend then, for people to take from this podcast today, Louis, things we've talked about, for people to take away and do straight after listening to this? Yeah, well, if I were listening to this and thinking about starting a business, then I would start from the position that I'm in now and I'd use whatever time that I have available at the moment and I would use the techniques mentioned in today's episode whether that's bad Choosing the current tasks that I have, so that I can free up a couple of hours per day, making short made using the timer technique or the Pomodoro Technique using the visualization, the perfect time to do it will never come. It's about making that time now. So if you're looking to get started with the simple first step, and you don't want to figure this all out yourself, and you just prefer a step by step process to do it. So thank you to Rachel who's left her question in a recent YouTube comment under one of the podcast episodes. So I'll read it out for you. Now, Lewis remember if you have a question, and you want to ask Louis to answer it on the podcast, and just leave a comment under one of the YouTube episodes of these podcasts. Okay, Louis. So Rachel has asked, How long does it take to start making sales with a high ticket drop shipping business? Great question, Rachel, thank you very much for leaving the comment. So the timeline for making sales is going to depend on the hours really, that you can dedicate to the business each week. But more than the variation in the time that it takes to make sales really what's important is consistency. Because whether you get there in four weeks, or six weeks, or eight weeks or 12 weeks, in, like in the long term, that's not going to make a difference. You know, once you've replaced your salary, and you're looking back on this in two years, you're not going to think, to how I wish I'd made my first sale in four weeks instead of six weeks. If you're not, you're going to have completely forgotten about it right. Now, with our masterclass program, we often see members start from scratch having never done this before. And getting to the point of making their first sales within six to eight weeks. That's kind of what what we see doesn't always happen that way. Sometimes people can only put in 30 minutes a day, sometimes they can put in two or three hours a day. So it really does depend on the the time that you can allocate to building your business. But then from there, taking that first sale, which is kind of just like the first milestone, isn't it in terms of you know, it's where the proof of concept of the business becomes real, I've just earned some money online, you know, from there, ramping things up is where it really becomes fun. And so that's where people like Phil, who I mentioned earlier, who hit 103,000 pounds in sales within just four months of starting, or Jared, who flew out the gates when he started with us 310,000 in sales in his first six months, and has since gone on to surpass 4 million pounds over the next four years. Those are the really fun parts of the business. So don't get too hung up on whether it takes you 15 days, 21 days or 30 days to make your first sale or 40 days or whatever, like those things will pale into insignificance once you're at the point that Phil and Jared are out now. So yeah, I think the answer to it is it's up to you how quickly you want to move how fast you want to scale your business, how quickly you can implement and take action. But yeah, even if you have limited time, don't let that put you off, because prioritizing those daily small actions is going to be the best way the long term. And that's the way that you choose relatively build on yesterday's results each and every day. So I hope that helps. Also completely agree. And thank you, Rachel, for your question for a question that's very closely related to the topic of this episode. So now we're going to highlight a review as well that we've had from a listener.
