In honor of the Boston Marathon, here's an episode featuring a marathoner/ultra-runner who mentions running the Boston Marathon.

If you are a mother with a daughter, or a daughter with a mother, and you want to spend an hour of sacred time together on Saturday, May 11, here is the link for MOTHER-DAUGHTER TOGETHERNESS EVENT. Register now and reserve your spot.

Karen Bonnett-Natraj is The Mindful Athlete Coach. She helps leaders and amateur athletes eliminate negative self–talk and slay the mental demons that sabotage their performance so they are calm, centered, and focused and create a purposeful life. As a long-distance athlete in running, cycling, and swimming, she knows what it takes to endure and succeed. And as a mindful athlete coach, she brings that same level of commitment to helping her clients achieve their goals in Mental Fitness and Performance. She brings her natural talent for motivation and inspiration to help her clients overcome self-doubt and stop spiraling in negative self-talk and reach their true potential. She believes everyone has the right to be happy and experience healthy relationships. When she’s not coaching, Karen is relaxing with a 1000-piece puzzle, tending to her garden, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen.

Karen's Notes from the Sidelines:

  1. We don't live up to our potential because we don't know our potential because we are limited by our fears.
  2. Inspiration from others is powerful.
  3. Never look at the miles ahead; look at the journey, the adventure, and the people with whom you are on the journey.
  4. We all get to be happy and deserve to create a life that is not fear-based.
