Meet former Chelsea FC HR Director and DE&I expert Sara Matthews

Sara has led the way for women in traditionally male-dominated environments throughout her career having been in a range of executive HR roles culminating in her role at the boardroom table of Chelsea Football Club. She has never taken the ‘easy road’ and has pioneered key ‘people’ initiatives and transformational change throughout her career including the critical area of Diversity and Inclusion.

As founder of her own consulting business, ODISEE, Sara continues to educate, inspire, inform and change organisations in the world of sport, entertainment and education. Her practical and pragmatic approach to business and the solutions required to make material change are inspiring and reinforce the fact that people with vision and drive ‘get stuff done!’
