Julie has followed a fairly standard recruitment career path having spent almost 15 years with large national and international recruitment firms cutting her teeth on traditional processes, hard-wired KPI’s, and the edgy environment you expect from highly competitive market leaders.

Haydon on the other hand had a highly successful career in industrial automation culminating in him becoming the UK Managing Director. 

His non-recruitment experience gives him a deeper understanding of customer expectations and the need to be agile whilst he has an appreciation for the importance of marketing, branding, and technology.
