Faithfulness Pursues Purity: Hezekiah Part 1 with Dr. Jeff Warren

This message from 2 Chronicles 29 explored King Hezekiah’s commitment to restoring true worship and called us to pursue spiritual renewal through lives marked by purity and wholehearted devotion to God. By reopening and cleansing the temple, Hezekiah demonstrated that renewal begins with recognizing our need for God and turning away from anything that competes for our worship.
His example challenged us to examine our own hearts, identifying the habits, distractions, or idols that keep us from fully following the Lord. Through repentance and obedience, we were reminded that God invites us to experience restoration, drawing us into a deeper relationship with him and renewing our passion for worship.
As we celebrated the Lord’s Supper, the message reminded us that Christ has made a way for our hearts to be cleansed and restored. Through his grace, we are empowered to pursue lives of holiness that reflect his character and point others to the hope of the gospel.
