Beyond braille: Inclusive tech for a fairer world

Braille mechanisms have come to be recognised as the face of assistive technologies. With new discoveries being made every day, and IT advancing faster than ever before, now is the opportune time to leverage the potential of technology to create a fairer, more inclusive world.

In this Monash Tech Talks event titled "Beyond braille: Inclusive tech for a fairer world", we’ve invited a panel of specialists to share with you:

• insights into the modern-day needs of people living with disabilities
• the current and emerging scope of assistive technologies
• innovative project examples, such as 3D-printed models incorporating conversational agents
