This week, I’m sharing the heart behind my upcoming book (The Crown Method) — the why, the how, and the healing that came with writing it. 

At first, I thought this book would be about me — my life, my journey, my lessons. But as the words began to flow, I realized it was about so much more. It became about the women who’ve sat in my chair, the conversations that touched my soul, and the stories that remind us we’re never truly alone.

The more I lived, the more I understood that my story isn’t just mine — it’s meant to help someone else heal, grow, and believe again.
