So I'm heading home after taking care of some business, right? And I decide let me switch it up today. Instead of taking the train, I'm gonna take the bus. Now mind you, this route used to be the XXX, but they changed it to the DWD, new name, same energy. And if you know anything about that line, you already know it's never just a ride, it's an experience. So I get on and it's packed. I mean shoulder to shoulder, no personal space, everybody just trying to get where they need to go. And I'm thinking, all right, let me just mind my business and make it home. But see, the DWD had other plans. There's a man on the bus and he's singing, not humming, not whispering, singing like he's on stage, like he's got a sold out crowd. And what is he singing about? Popeye's biscuits. Yes, biscuits. This man made a whole song about how good those biscuits are. I'm talking passion, soul, high notes. He was testifying about them biscuits. And I'm sitting there like they must really be life changing for you to give a full performance on public transportation. In the wild park, nobody reacted, nobody flinched, nobody looked up. Like this was just another regular day on the DWD. And that's when it hit me. They can change the name from the XXX to the DWD all they want. But the experience no that stays the same. That bus is always gonna be an adventure. But here's the thing. That moment was funny, yeah, but it also made me think, because life really be like that bus ride. You get on thinking you're just going from point A to point B, and next thing you know, something unexpected shows up. Something random, something you didn't plan for. And you've got two choices. You can be annoyed by it, or you can sit back and take it in. Because sometimes those random, unexpected moments, that's where the joy is. That's where the story is. That's what you end up remembering. Now, I'm not saying you need to start singing about biscuits on a crowded bus. But I am saying whatever your biscuit is in life, don't be afraid to enjoy it out loud. So here's your funny moral of the story. Never underestimate the power of something that brings you joy, even if it's as simple as a biscuit. Because if it's good enough to sing about, it might just be good enough to smile about too. And your everyday life lesson, life is always gonna be unpredictable. You can plan all you want, take different routes, switch things up, but there's always gonna be something unexpected waiting for you. So instead of fighting it, learn to ride with it. Because sometimes the best part of the journey is the story you didn't see coming. Now before I go, if you're sitting there right now laughing, smiling, or thinking, yeah, I've definitely had a moment like that, then go ahead and support the podcast. Make sure you subscribe, follow, and share this episode with your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors. Listen. Share it with anybody and everybody. And if you're really enjoying the show and you want to help me take things to the next level, you can also support me through my Cash App. I'm not asking for anything crazy, whatever you feel, a dollar, five dollars, ten, even the price of a biscuit if that's what you got. Because here's the goal. If I can get about 20 to 50 people to donate, I can reach my goal of upgrading my equipment. Better sound, better quality, and an even better experience for you. And let's be real, if a man can give a full performance about biscuits on a crowded bus, I can get a little help to bring y'all a better podcast. So if you can support, I truly appreciate. And if you can't, that's okay too. Sharing the episode is just as powerful. Either way, I'm glad you're here for the ride. And trust me, if you ever find yourself on that DWD, just know you might get a show you didn't even pay for.
