You ever notice how life feels like a train ride even when you didn't buy a ticket? So boom there I am running. Not the cute kind either. I'm talking full panic run. Like if I miss this train, my whole life gonna fall apart. And I see it. The train just sitting there like it got all the time in the world. I'm thinking Oh, so you got time now when I'm out here fighting for my life, I get on finally, trying to act normal. You know that little walk people do after they've been running like yeah, I meant to do that. I sit down, trying to catch my breath, and that's when it hits me. I don't even know where I'm going. Now how you stressed, sweating, heart racing, and didn't even check the direction. That's life right there. So the train starts moving smooth and I'm looking around like okay, we in this together now. Then the announcement comes on This is the silver line train. I nod like I know what that means. Like yes, very official. Still don't know where I'm going, but it sounds important, so I'm trusting it. And then the train stops. No warning, no explanation, just stopped. Everybody looking around like somebody in here got answers. Like sir, if you know something, speak up. Then the voice comes back. We won't be delayed momentarily Momentarily. That word is dangerous because it could mean thirty seconds or it could mean go ahead and rethink your whole life. So now I'm sitting there stuck, can't move forward, can't go back, and I start thinking, why is it that life always pauses right when you finally feel like you're getting somewhere? Bills don't pause, stress don't pause, but your progress Oh yeah, it loves a delay. So I lean back like all right since I'm here, I guess I'm here. No rushing, no pretending I got control. Just sitting in it. And then doors opening on the left I look up left Ain't nobody tell me I had options like that and I start wondering is this my stop? No flashing sign, no big announcement, no dramatic moment, just a regular stop looking regular. And that's when it hits me. Sometimes your moment don't look special. It just feels right enough to move. So I get up, not rushing this time, not panicking, just walking. Because I finally realized I wasn't trying to catch the train earlier. I was trying to catch myself. And maybe being delayed, maybe being confused, maybe not knowing the direction was the whole point. So yeah. Next stop me and for once I'm not late. And just like that, we made it to the end of the line. Now whether you on the right train, the wrong train, or still standing on the platform trying to figure life out, just know you're not the only one. Half of us just out here catching rides and hoping it makes sense later. And if today felt like a delay, if nothing went how you planned, don't panic. Because clearly life got you on that momentarily schedule. And we already know that don't mean nothing. So breathe, sit down somewhere, stop running for things that don't even know your name. And if this right here helped you slow down for a second, helped you realize you might not be as lost as you thought. You know, I ain't saying nothing, but I am saying my cash app stay open, just like them train doors. No pressure though. Just don't miss that stop. Alright, I'll catch you on the next ride. And remember, stay on your track even if the train don't make sense yet. Or better yet, if you missed your stop, maybe it wasn't yours.
