Hey there. What's up? My opinion, Flames friend. I am here for a quick tip Tuesday. I just want to share some stuff with you about attorneys. When somebody says, get a lawyer or you're thinking about it, I want to talk about 11 situations. Yep. 11. I'm gonna hit you with just because where you need an attorney and then three were you don't. Unfortunately, I have trudged through some B s and gone through way too many steps to find attorneys for all civil actions for me. But, uh, go ahead. Did I learn a lot of stuff along the way? And I wrote a guide about how to the no. B s guide. No bowl. I am. I'm cutting the crap. You guys, when I share something with you, I'm cutting it. So I wrote a guide for that so that if you think you might need one or you're wondering if you need one or you do need one, you can go through my guide, hit through my lessons learned so that maybe it will help you a little bit in your journey. So there's two legal categories, right? There's civil law. And then there's criminal law. So be advised that those are two very different things and attorneys rarely deal with both. They usually deal with one of the other. So you know your D Y. Instead, that's gonna be in your criminal. And then let's say, like your divorce or your employment situation, whatever that's gonna be under civil. So sometimes where you do need to get an attorney or where it's highly advice. Ah, complex or nasty divorce. It could be a simple one and not a big deal. But if it's complex, you better get one. A wrongful termination or discrimination in the workplace lawsuits. If he had slapped with a lawsuit and you're not sure what to do, just go go at least talk to an attorney. A Do I get one for sure they can help you out Drug charges. You're gonna want an attorney, a car accident with an injury. You're probably gonna want an attorney and remember all these. They don't mean that you have to run out and go take $5000.10,000 dollars to retain one. But it doubling means that you want to get some advice. So criminal charges wills and trusts when you're dealing with your estate business startups. It's probably good to get an attorney denial of a workman's comp or disability claim. And I am going to have a guide, a No. B s guide out about that specifically. So infer that guide and my other guides. You guys go into the show notes and check out that link for the No. B s guide Bankruptcy. Now, when you don't need a lawyer small claims court, you can wrap yourself traffic tickets to see their Paymer go talk to the judge lawsuits that you don't want to contest. So if there's something where you're like, yep, I don't want to deal with this, I'm just going to comply and move forward. Don't waste your money on an attorney. No reason to. And with that, that's been your quick tip. Tuesday You guys go to the show notes. Check out that free guy the free No. B s guide to if you need one and what to watch for when getting an attorney. Go check that out. Things for listening. I can't wait to see next time
