Having clear expectations is helpful in all areas of life.
If we have accurate expectations, we respond better when things happen because we were expecting it.
For example, in business turnover is lower when companies have accurate job descriptions because there are no surprises.
The same can be said in marriage.
The more accurate our expectations of marriage, the lower the divorce rate.
