Show Notes

One of the most difficult challenges we face in our mental health is courageously pressing through the effects of family dysfunction, chaos, and/or abuse.  Listen in to this episode as Ebony shares her powerful story of overcoming this experience in her own life! No family is perfect...because they are made up of imperfect people, including us. So we have to show courage to heal from our pasts and live in healthier spaces in our present. This episode is yet another one that will inspire and encourage you in your goal of being freed up!

As mentioned in this episode, if you suspect or are aware that a child is being abused--in anyway--report it...no matter how you feel about the situation. You can make an anonymous report. Reporting can save lives. Contact the Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline at 1-800-422-4453. It's available 24 hours/7 days a week and has crisis counselors available who speak multiple languages.
